Exceptional service! Joel gave me the full rundown of the process and made sure I completely was comfortable. Joel ensured that his team would take great care of my car while in the shop. Not only did they go beyond my expectations, they absolutely killed the job! My car is looking like a whole new car, I couldn t stop smiling when I went to pick my car up today! My easiest referral for any hail repair needs!

I was in awe when I saw my truck for the first time after leaving my truck with PDRTX Auto Hail Repair; I had to look twice because my truck looked like it was new. The service that was provided by PDRTX Auto Hail Repair was amazing. When I dropped my hail dented truck off, they provided me with a car to drive while the repairs were being done. The courtesy of this company was second to none.PDRTX Auto Hail Repair went beyond the hail repairs and even had my truck detailed inside and out before I picked my vehicle up. No doubt so many people have given them 5 star reviews. Joel was amazing in handling the issue. My car had a lot of dents from hail storm on 19th May 2023 when I was at the StoneBriar Mall. I contacted PDRTX and visited them at their Celina facility. Joel asked me to get a claim number from my insurance and once I got that claim number he gave me an appointment to drop the car. My car was with them for 3 weeks during which time I got a loaner vehicle from them. (I had that option on my insurance)Approximately 10 days was taken by Insurance and them to get the paper work and agree to the claim damages. Everything was handled by PDRTX. Apart from getting claim number and dropping my vehicle at their facility I did not had to worry about anything.When after 3 weeks I got the call that the car is ready for pickup I was surprised with the quality of work. No dents at all. They even cleaned the car and made it look brand new.No Hassle, Quality Work. Definitely recommended.

These guys are legit!Communication is prompt, and they back up everything they say with results.There was a quick hail storm in Prosper that left over 10k in damage on one of my vehicles and these guys had me in a rental in no time and dealt with the insurance company 100%They had paintless dent repair done in under 2 weeks and the results were nothing but immaculate.Ask to speak to Joel! Cannot stress enough how seamless this process was with his team!PDRTX really takes the hassle and worry out of everything that comes with a hail storm.10/10! More than 5 stars if I could!

I have a 2020 Orange Shelby GT500 Mustang that was door dinged last week during the state inspection. I have only owned this car for 2 days prior to the inspection. I was so furious until I called PDRTX. I sent over pictures and they put me at ease telling me that they could get that dent out no problem. When I arrived they had a nice, neat and clean shop to work in. It took them about 15 minutes to work the dent out and I swear to you that you can never tell it was there. These guys were so I good I m having my wife's car repaired from a hard door ding that she has on her fender. They showed me all of the latest and greatest tools that are available on the market today. They happen to have them all. If they can t get it out you may need to replace the car. J/k. These guys are no joke. They are good at what they do. Thank you for fixing my GT500.

These guys did an incredible job on my Jeep! Took the dents out without having to repaint! My insurance covered everything, PDRTX paid my deductible, detailed my vehicle and gave me a brand new loaner car to drive while my Jeep was being fixed! Not only is the service amazing, these are really good guys! Great experience! Highly recommend them!

These guys are amazing. After the worst hail storm I have ever seen, my car was near totaled. Joel and his team got me in quick, worked with my insurance company, and restored my car to new condition quickly. Excellent workmanship and customer service. Very nice loaner car. The perfect experience all around. Would highly recommend PDR TX Auto Hail Repair.

The service from getting my estimate to getting my car delivered was excellent!All the people I had contact with were very professional and accurate with their timing. They worked on my car during holiday season and still sticked to the time frame they gave me. Have nothing but good things to say about this company. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them their high quality work.

Joel is an amazing person and a great professional. He quickly looked at the door dents and suggested me to get the PDR done on it to restore the original condition.As per my request, Joel took care of the issue right away himself. After the job was done, he reviewed the work with me and made sure I am good with the after results.I can say it s definitely back to its original condition now.I do highly recommend PDRTX for hail damage, door dings and PPFs for your car. I myself be going back to PDRTX for getting PPF done.

Jose s team did an excellent job of installing PPF on my Tesla Model 3. The work is flawless. They also removed a small dent from my hood. The office manager Jayden was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company. I plan to bring my next Tesla to the team for installation of PPF as well.

My car had significant hail damage and I was at a loss as to what to do or where to go. I was told of two places but both were an hour away and I did not want to go that far so I just did nothing for several months. Then I saw an ad on PDRTX auto hail repair and decided to call them and I am so glad I did. It has been a delightful experience from the beginning! It is a family run business and they are dedicated to being honest, fair, and doing things right. They dealt with my insurance company on my behalf and then took every dent out of my car and there were hundreds that had to be fixed. Perfect job !!!!! Great job and incredibly nice family! My highest recommendation!

These guys are the best around. Very quick turnaround time on a new car that was close to being totaled by the hail storm and made it look brand new again and even fixed a few door dings and scratches that they didn t have to do. They made the whole experience extremely easy on us. We didn t really have to do anything at all because they handled everything. We will use them on every time. 10/10

Joel and the team at PDRTX were great. Our Tesla was damaged from a hail storm and we found it difficult getting places to give us quotes for repair. Not only did PDRTX get us in quickly, they also worked directly with our insurance, and did a phenomenal job getting the car back to new. PDRTX will now be the first shop we call when we need hail damage and dents fixed!

My car had over 200 dents, broken mirror, and broken tail lights from a hail storm. Took them only a few weeks to fix and my car looks brand new. Joel kept me updated on the process and timeline and I had a loaner car from them the entire time. Great customer service and the workers did an amazing job on my car. I would 100% recommend them.

Top notch shop! Had a door ding on my beautiful car left by someone at work. Took to Jessie at PDRTX and he was able to get me in almost immediately. Only took 20min and I was back on the road! So happy with my experience at PDRTX! They are the best! After I heard back from my insurance, I dropped my car off (right before heading out of town on vacation) and they handled all the details. I didn t think about the car (or insurance) at all on my trip. The day before I arrived back home, they reached out to let me know it had been completed. Everyone I spoke with at PDRTX was friendly and professional. The car looks brand new! No hail dents anywhere! They definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything with insurance was handled and that my car was ready and PERFECT right when I returned from vacation. 5 stars all around! I highly recommend PDRTX!

They took care of everything with insurance for me and made it as easy and quick as possible to drop off/repair/pickup my vehicle! And they let me use a loaner the whole time my car was being repaired which was really helpful! Great people to work with!

Stopped in after reading some great reviews and wasn't disappointed. I had been looking at a small dent on my truck for over a year and after taking a quick look Joel said he could take of it right away. After about 20 mins the dent was gone and I was off to enjoy the weekend. Cheers to Joel for taking care of me on the spot.

Fast, effective and fairly priced. Amazing work on my 2019 Toyota Highlander. Less than an hour to remove a large dent caused by a fallen garage cabinet on a pearl white finished fender. Could have been so expensive to fix but Jesse did his magic!!!Highly recommend these folks for any dent repair!!!
