I needed to get my son's car and my car inspected, the guys at CB were so incredibly nice and accommodating. They were super fast and got me in, out and on my way in no time! The waiting area was very clean and cozy and I enjoyed the music and reading material they had to offer. They offered water and coffee with real creamer (not that powder stuff) and the coffee was fresh and delicious! I was super impressed with my trip to CB and I look forward to returning for any of my car needs!

I seldom post reviews. My belief is that good customer service is just my expectation. My experience would have to be incredible, or disastrous for me to take the time. Such is the case with Christian Brothers in Celina. I ve been there twice. My first visit was absolutely great. My second visit, earlier this week sealed the deal for me. These folks every one of them are absolutely focused on serving the Customer. They are genuinely friendly, and take every opportunity to connect with their clientele. They kept me informed about my car, and thoroughly explained the work they felt was necessary. With Christian music in the background, fresh coffee, and even a warm Kolache, my visit couldn t have been better. This shop gets it. I spent a 40 year career in Retail Management. I know what great Customer Service is. (I also know what it isn t!). This Team is incredible, and I truly commend their management and ownership. I am so glad I found them. They re the best automotive service provider I ve seen. (I m 72 and have seen a lot!). Great job, y all.

I had an amazing experience at Christian Brothers! After a bad experience with another local company, I stumbled upon this shop and was delighted to find Luis was able to take care of my inspection even though I arrived past their usual closing time. The office is both professional and cozy, with a Bible on the table and local magazines showcasing the wonderful small town of Celina. Everything was clean and well-organized. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was fantastic and super sweet. I highly recommend and won't go anywhere else from now on!

Service with excellence! Dealing with car trouble is never fun, but from the time my car was towed to Christian Brothers in Celina, I knew it was in good hands. Consistent communication with text updates and accurate timelines for when I would have my car back. This place is super reliable, friendly and beyond fair. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers in Celina.

Everyone was great to work with and got my car back to me very quickly. The only issue I had was my horn was left unplugged and a few of my plastic covers around the radiator were left unfastened and just sitting in place rattling. That being said they got the car back to me in better shape then I had dropped it off so I would definitely go here again.

Damon and crew did a great job on my grandson s car. Great work. Alignment, inspection was quick. Trunk would not open and they quickly determined it was valet safety measure. Timely completion! Am I happy with these guys? Extremely!

I don t typically write reviews, but I was blown away by the stellar customer service. The auto lounge is cozy, the employees held the door open for me, and everyone was super friendly. This is good old fashioned service at its finest. They also over delivered on their great pricing, auto knowledge, and ability to get my car in and out very quickly. I m not getting paid for this review; I m just super impressed with how well they treat their customers. Great job guys! Keep up the outstanding customer service!

Please do not come here- all they care about is money and up charging. Always get a second opinion on anything that they quote you or anything they tell you is wrong with your car. Everything they told me was wrong with my car, wasn t. I was also charged over $300 to diagnose my car- the first $150 diagnostic wasn t enough so I was charged another $150 to investigate further. A&G in Celina is AMAZING- trustworthy and reasonably priced.

There are not enough praises for this shop! Every time I go there they surpass every expectation. The staff is very friendly and they answer every question so you are able to understand what needs to get done and why. I have always been able to pick up my vehicle same day which is unbelievable. My family and I will continue going to this Christian Brothers location due to their professionalism, readiness to help, and amazing staff.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the recent car servicing experience I encountered at your establishment. As a loyal customer who entrusted my vehicle to your care for necessary repairs, I expected nothing short of exemplary service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the reality of my experience fell far below these expectations.Upon bringing my car in for servicing to address issues with the brakes and rotors, which had worn out and were in urgent need of replacement, I had hoped for a swift and effective resolution to the problem. However, following the replacement of the brakes and rotors, I immediately noticed an unusual sound emanating from my vehicle. Concerned by this unexpected development, I promptly approached your service team to address the issue.To my dismay, your representatives attributed the strange noise to a tire issue rather than the recently replaced brakes and rotors. They suggested that I seek assistance from Costco, where my tires were purchased, to investigate the potential tire-related problem. Acting on their advice, I promptly contacted Costco and had my tires thoroughly inspected. Much to my surprise, the Costco team confirmed that there were no issues with the tires that could be causing the sound.Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I returned to your service center seeking further assistance. However, I was disheartened to find that your team remained steadfast in their assertion that the issue was with the tires and refused to conduct a thorough investigation or rectify the situation. This dismissive attitude towards my concerns only added to my disappointment and frustration.Determined to seek clarity and resolution, I sought a second opinion from an independent mechanic. Upon examination, the mechanic identified and demonstrated the source of the sound, confirming that it was indeed a rotor issue. Furthermore, it was revealed that the incorrect rotor had been installed during the initial servicing, exacerbating the problem.The series of events that transpired have left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by your establishment. Not only was the root cause of the issue misdiagnosed, but the subsequent refusal to address the problem effectively compounded my frustration.

The staff here is consistently friendly, dependable, and very competent. Clayton has been great, and so has Eric. I've brought three different cars here since they've opened and each was serviced in an exemplary way. Their shuttle service is also a big plus, and the drivers are always so friendly and polite. I'd recommend these folks very highly.

They did a great job on my 1989 Ford Mustang.I liked that they kept me informed of the progress of the work on my call.They also let me know of other issues with my car and gave me the option if I wanted them to fix those as well.They are good listeners and very knowledgable.

They were able to fit me in very quickly i showed up at 430-5pm to drop off my vehicle because the check engine light came on and I wanted a diagnosis. They had a short diagnosis for me immediately and then a full diagnosis and estimate early the very next day. Their facilities were immaculate and everyone was extremely attentive, understanding, accommodating and welcoming(warm)!

Great waiting room (coffee, water), very friendly reception on the part of the staff, fast service, reasonable prices. I was in and out for my inspection in 30 minutes. Can highly recommend.

Great explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle, why it occurred, and what was needed to repair. Received breakdown of repair and expense for approval prior to work.Very nice people to deal with and seem very professional.Love the dog in the office which keeps you entertained while waiting to check out.

I have an old 2008 Honda Accord which requires frequent servicing. I had an oil leak and those can be difficult to find. Christian Brothers found and repaired the leaks ( there was more than one) in no time. My service advisor, Clayton kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel like a valued customer. Very happy with the service and this is now the only place I'll take my car for service.

I visited Christian Brother Automotive at 4075 S. Preston Rd, Celina, TX 75009, for a power steering light that came on my dashboard. They investigated and told me that all the wiring was good and the issue might be a faulty EPS module. They said replacing it would cost about $1,900 and they would need to order the part from the Honda dealer, but they had no timeline for how long it would take. So I took my CR-V back after they charged me $168 for the investigation. I then took my car to the Honda dealer, who found the torque sensor wire was cut. After replacing the wiring, the power steering worked properly, costing only $650. I do not recommend Christian Brother Automotive to anyone. I wasted my $168 service charge.

First time going to Christian Brothers Automotive in Celina and it was a wonderful, easy experience. Needed an oil change and also received a courtesy inspection. The complimentary shuttle service made for a stress-free day . Friendly and safe car attendant and wonderful staff. Definitely will be back here for future car needs.

I brought an older car that I had bought knowing it had some issues, when i came in I told them I just wanted it driveable, it had negative camber and i didn t know what the rattling noise was in my suspension and I had asked them to diagnose it. When I checked the oil in the car when I bought it it was dirty, but had about 75% of oil. Eric had my car for about a week, heard nothing, then I get a call from them saying I had no oil in the car and there was oil leaking all over from every gasket. They ended up diagnosing the rattling as an inner liner fender? Tell me how that makes sense. They wrote me up for over 4k in repairs that they said were extremely necessary. Since I m not a mechanic I put my trust into them about the oil leaking. Well, they lied. Because when I got my car back it had the same oil in it, dark, mind you they told me my oil was empty. I contacted Eric, the mechanic who worked on my car and gave me his number personally to answer any questions, and he blocked my number with no response. This place is a scam and takes advantage of people with little knowledge on cars. I am now paying for a bunch of repairs that made little improvement on my car s actual performance. I ended up going to get the rattling issue diagnosed somewhere else and they said it was tie rods. Eric never even said anything about tie rods. I have never experienced a shop that is so shady. My car is somehow now leaking oil out of the gaskets I got done already.

Once again, I am impressed! My car had smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Scary. CB ran a diagnostic and said nothing was wrong except a pice of carbon from the catalytic converter got dislodged and it burned. There was no charge (except for the diagnostic test $195). They could have told me anything and charged me whatever; but they were honest. God bless this company. I am never going to a Mercedes dealership again! Service adviser Clayton is a gem and shuttle drivers are amazing too! Thank you all for making the world a better place.

There are many words that can be said like warm friendly professional but willing to give great quality service to each customer. My family had to bring two cars here and didn t get the news we wanted but received great customer service. Will continue to bring our cars to Christian Brothers. I have been to many auto shops with my C250 Mercedes but none with service as great as these guys. I am usually without my vehicle for 4 to 5 days but it's been less than 2 days with shop for each time my car has been in. I was super pleased with the quick turnaround time for my repairs. And the customer service is superb. The vibe is pleasantly amazing and the shuttle service is added bonus for living way out here. I can't say enough great things about this place. Thanks so much! Clayton is awesome.

Man what service this place offers! In and out so quick! Love the Christian atmosphere and the coffee from Africa. I called them 5 minutes before arriving for a State Inspection and boom in and out no problem. Loved the service writers and managers who took very great care of me. Clayton did a wonderful job and was respectful, nice, and Efficient. This experience was effortless and easy. Thank you CB Isaiah 57-12

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and do what they say they are going to do. When it comes to auto repair, it s refreshing to trust the company you work with.
