Audrey was great. Kept me in the loop the entire process. Had a small insurance issue that he took care of. The customer service was top notch, professionalism was great. His calm demeanor was reassuring in the process and that all concerns would be addressed. Great sense of humor as well. He is an honest guy. Spoke the truth from day 1. I know it seems like I m speaking more about him rather than Caliber Collision. I am! I realize that you Never ever deal with a-single company directly. actually you deal with the people inside the company that make the company what it is bad or good. Hence the feedback about one of there great employees.

My experience is with the Celina location. Outstanding customer service and CC has streamlined their communication process through an App that keeps you up to date with their progress on your vehicle. From the front desk to the service techs everyone was very friendly and professional and they made me feel as if they truly appreciated my business. Highly recommend (the repair was also flawless!).

My car was totaled so there is no chance of repair but the visit was helpful. They helped me with whatever questions I had and the process was smooth and fast. No delay on their part in my claim process, they updated the insurance team super fast.

I d highly recommend Caliber Collisoon for repairs. They did a great job repairing my vehicle. They kept me informed throughout the process and explained all the work that needed to get done. Also, they made the rental car pickup and drop-off seamless.

My Ram 1500 faced some damage on the roof possibly due to a car wash I went through. A rep at Caliber Collision named August looked it over a few months back and gave me a quote based on if the dents could be repaired and another quote on if my roof needed to be replaced.I had to wait until I had a second vehicle available so I could drop my truck off. Two months later I finally took it in and I m so glad I went there. The estimated time to complete the job I was told would be 1.5-2 weeks. After about 24 hours I got a text from August saying they were looking the truck over and felt confident they could repair the dents. They ended up having the truck done 3 days later. What I appreciate the most was the consistent communication I received via text giving me updates along the way. That s a huge deal for me!I take great care of my vehicle and I m glad they did too. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Celina. August was a huge help. We live in Light Farms and this place is super close.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at Caliber in Celina for hail damage repair on my car. Despite clearly communicating my rental coverage (30 days) and the urgency to minimize expenses, there was quite literally zero communication and progress. The promised completion timeline was repeatedly extended, leading to months of inconvenience and frustration. Upon finally retrieving my car (the first and second time), I was shocked to find multiple obvious issues, including a cracked tail light, loose trim/molding, and overspray inside the vehicle. The manager/GM (about a month+ into this) promised to "help me out" and reimburse me for rental expenses. He apologized for the zero-communication as well as the lack of quality-control on the repairs, paint job... He also offered a car detailing for the overspray. While the repairs were completed - eventually - I didn't want them touching my car any more than they had to, so I did not take them up on the detail. Got that done at my own expense. He conveniently 'forgot' - I guess - about his commitment regarding the rental expenses. Now, months later (rainy season), I've discovered a leak in my car, further highlighting the subpar quality of the repairs performed. To be candid, best case - they tried, performed terribly and communicated even worse.... worst case - they don't care, performed terribly and consistently and blatantly lied. Given this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Caliber in Celina.

My entire experience with the Caliber Collision Celina location was fantastic! My car was being repaired due to significant hail damage and after they completed the repairs it looks brand new! Everyone throughout the process was wonderful. They took an otherwise stressful situation and made it a smooth process. Everyone I communicated with here showed they truly care about their customers. It is so appreciated, thank you!

I was pleased with my service from Cameron and the front desk lady! They always were honest and kept me up to date on everything regarding my car! Unfortunately my car did take 3 months to get fixed, but I will say it had nothing to do with them and I understood that. So thank you so much caliber team in Celina! So glad I have my car now and it s amazing!

Caliber did a fantastic job of fixing my vehicle. I had some suspension damage from a single car accident and a curb They kept me updated on important steps during the repair process and got all the issues taken care of as fast as they could be. Highly recommend them for any repairs/bodywork needed to get your vehicle back on the road.

Everyone here was great! We needed to get some repairs done after being rear-ended. From start to finish we were communicated with, given reasons when there was a delay, and treated respectfully from the first call. To be honest, we had called an independent local repair shop first, but we are glad timing did not work out for them to do the repairs. From Aubry who answered our call initially to Audrey, our service tech, along with everyone in between, things were handled efficiently, but with friendly professionalism. We also were picked up by Enterprise for the car rental while we were in the shop. We have already referred folks over to this Caliber location, although we have had friends and family with positive experiences at other Calibers in TX and other states. Being hit is an inconvenience, certainly, but being able to walk away from an accident, then have your car restored by those who treat you like they would treat family, is a huge blessing!

Caliber motors fixed my daughters car after a bad accident. Looks as good as new and the staff were very helpful and responsive. They also will text you updates which gives you peace of mind that all is going as planned. Caliber motors in Celina made it very easy and Sal is awesome. Repair time took longer than expected; however, Sal stepped in & kept me informed of the repairs. He also was an advocate for me to cover my rental for an extra 8 days of the repairs after I maxed my policy with Geico. The experience was professional & ethical along with empathy even down to payment options. I can't complain at all because they all at Caliber kept effective & open communication during this process. Just make sure you have car insurance because their work is quality & it ain't cheap.Service: Electrical

Alberto is very professional. He is very good on his job. He kept me updated on the status of the process. Very smooth process on returning the car as well as car fixed. The staff is very friendly. My SUV had its windshield replaced, roof and hood painted. It looked brand new when I picked it up. My service advisor August was regularly updating me regarding the repairs. It was repaired five days sooner than my ETA. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Great service and friendly people. I brought the vehicle here for hell damage repair. They kept me informed of the service status the entire time via text and the vehicle was ready the day they told me it would be. The only issue was the vehicle was dirty on the inside around the A pillars and the headliner where they had to remove it to fix the dents on top.

We just had our second experience here at Caliber Collision in Celina and I can not say enough amazing things about this location.The front desk receptionist is friendly and helpful. She made sure I was aware of rental options at the location.Our associate August is amazing. I ve had a ton of car repairs on a ton of vehicles and August is the absolute best. He makes sure the car is examined thoroughly. They ordered the parts and they called as soon as they had an ETA on the parts to get the car scheduled. August kept us updated and we were able to get the car back before we expected to.The repairs on the two vehicles we have had here were done perfectly. We have had no issues.At this point I wouldn t trust my car with anyone else. The team here is phenomenal.

I took my Toyota 4Runner to Caliber Collision in Celina because they were near to my house and it appeared that my insurance company works with Caliber in other locations. This location is relatively new so I wasn't sure what to expect. My vehicle had been rear ended and needed repair. I was assisted by August who was very professional and courteous. He did explain that parts are getting difficult for some vehicles and repairs may be delayed due to supply chain issues. Throughout the repair process I received updates on the progress of my vehicle repair. They also coordinated with the rental car company to ensure that I had a vehicle available to me for the duration of the repair. I got my car back today and it looks and drives like new! I noticed that it has a full tank of gas and I am pretty sure that is not how it went in so that is a bonus! If you need your vehicle repaired, this is a great place to go. Nice folks, professional, and did a great job on my repair. Thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My CX9 was Comprehensive covered by Geico with broken passenger glasses and body damages. Albert helped in replacing all broken glasses and trim, replace door and repaint. The paint job is top notch. Knowing where they re-painted, I can t even find the difference.To me they are Friendly and Professional. They fixed all issues, kept my Car well, Full detail cleaned, updated and delivered in time. They stood by their work with warranty. I will repeat and recommend this Caliber center for any of their servicesThanks to their next door Christian Brothers as well for recommending them to us. I didn t have to drive my rental back to enterprise they took care of it there at the shop awesome place honest and respectful staff the manager was beyond helpful took care of my car I can see why he is a manager customer service was beyond customer service i will bring my car back in the future if I have any issue. I'm sure it's a good shop based on the reviews and I had great experience with girl at front desk. (she is reason I didn't give 1 star) I was ready to do business until she told me they aren't taking any tow-ins right now. Huh?!? Isn't this a car repair shop? First in first out makes sense to me no matter how the vehicle got there. Your management needs to reevaluate this policy or decision. I know you can't make every customer happy but you won't have a chance to make me happy cause mine needs a tow.

The best car repair experience I ve ever had!! Heather is extremely nice and helpful and Albert was the tech who worked on my vehicle and kept me informed (he was wonderful as well). I can t say enough positive things about my experience here.
