This is a family run business that takes great pride in their history and their customer service. They provide old-school, hands on service. You talk to "real" people, they care and they put their customers first. I have been a customer for decades and would not consider using anyone else. I challenge you to find ANY agency that provides the level of service that Celeste Insurance Agency does!

We have had our insurance with Celeste Insurance for several years. Following the recent winter storms, we had to file a claim due to water damage. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous during the whole procedure - we even received occasional calls to make sure that things were progressing. It was reassuring to know we could call with any concerns, knowing they would be there to help.

I ve been with the Celeste Agency since I was sixteen. They have always been interested in my needs as a customer. I have never considered another agent, even though I live three hours away. Great place for insurance.
