There is no supervision, much less empathy for the client. It is the third time this month that I have come to this place to try to change the oil in my car and on all three occasions it is closed, you try to ask and no one answers the reason

Ordered a battery online. They installed it free. Battery here was less than half what local battery shops were charging.

I just had to write in a review about this particular location, after receiving really wonderful customer service from Grey, the Store Manager, and Roy, the Service Technician. About 2 months ago, I brought in my truck because it had a dead battery. I had been having a horrible time that day trying to get a tow company to my house to tow the car and finally got it up there. Once there, a sales associate in the car center informed me they may not have the additional cable my battery needed to fix the connection issue I was having. Grey, the manager, stepped in and asked for help from Roy, one of his service technicians. They were both able to help me out and got it fixed. They really did a wonderful job in going out of their way to make sure my truck was back and running again. Thank you both so much for the wonderful customer service and for treating me with such kindness and respect. I will most definitely be back to your location and greatly appreciate everything you did. Thank you!

Not sure what happened. Went in for a typical service visit: oil change, cabin air filter, tire rotation & balancing. No issues there, they did a decent job & called out an issue they saw with the rims. That said, after i got the car back, the glove compartment now drops like a rock like old wagons, perhaps they missed putting a spring or something back after replacing the cabin air filter. Also, the wipers somehow were damaged & now need replacement. You don't realize this for days with Texas sunshine. Not sure if I can recommend for anything beyond basic services.

This is one of the most inefficient auto care centers. Several people constantly walking around doing nothing while two other people actually do the work. Then you have supervisors or managers that walk around and talk to the people the standing around talking they get nothing accomplished. Walmart should shut down all these centers as it can t be profitable for them with all the labor wasted

Auto department is a joke. Zero leadership out there.They knocked out 3 cars in 45 minutes. Then took 1 hour for the car in front of me.Then did mine in 15 minutes after I lost my patience at the 2 hour mark of waiting.I'm very concerned They messed up my car or didn't do the oil change at all.Trash service.Service: Oil change

I used to love this place! Even from its humble beginnings as "Sparse Lots", it was always a good time shopping experience. You never knew what you'd find, and you always found amazing bargains.Now....They're an overpriced version of the Family Dollar. Chinese junk sold at Target prices.My company used to spend about $3k/year (seriously) in this store on snack foods for our staff.The candy and imported cupcakes section was amazing for nearly a decade.Now it's like a tepid version of the Walgreens candy section. Undersized and overpriced.The last time I was in one of these stores they were selling ultra low quality Chinese Christmas lights at stupid high prices, and exorbitantly overpriced canvas top gazebos that I'm positive would shred to tiny pieces and blow away at the first sign of inclement weather.Their "sales prices" and about double of the Dollar store.

Went for an oil change and The car was finished faster than usual. Afterwards Mr Philip gave me a run down of the great job he did. Turns out out they did nothing at all to the car. Just printed out an all good to go form. So Don't go first thing in the morning, I guess when "I hate my life Philip" is on the clock

I would give it a 5 Star because the Manger and Assistant learned as well as I did on how to set up an appt online because no one knew how.The 3 Star is because when I went to pick up my vehicle I was in line and the cashier Damien was the one attending to the customer's, when it came down to me he asked for my name, didn't even ask for my ticket, he quickly told me that they hadn't turned in the paperwork but he didn't even give me a chance to say that I got a notice that my vehicle was ready. After he rudley cuts me off, goes into the office by the register and looks like he's having a fit and I just stood there. I ran into Phil, he's part of the pit crew, very approachable, he asked me if I had gotten my vehicle, told him I was waiting on the paperwork, I came back around and told me it was their, that as soon as Damien gets back I can pay, thank goodness he didn't attend me, he has a very bad attitude towards the customer's, it's not our fault they put him their or that they're shorthanded, he needs a refresher in customer service.

I waited at the store 5 hours to get one new (in-stock) tire. I confirmed a tire tech was there. They didn t start on my car until the 4 hour mark. There were hardly any other customers all day and the bays sat empty for long periods of time. Absolute incompetence. Never again.

I went there to get 1 tire changed and was told there was a 30 minute wait I said no problem there was only two people a head of me and I counted 7 employees outside that we re working on two cars why I don t know any ways after 3 hours of waiting I decided to leave why did I wait so long truly I don t know I guess I was at a disbelief that my car was skipped over 8 times. Will I ever go back to Walmart for tires? Hell NO wayService: Tires

They were able to patch my tire on a Sunday morning. It had a staple in it :(. They got it done quickly and only charged $15. The older gentleman that checked me in was super friendly, and the man at the checkout also watched my cart for me while I moved my car to the front. Friendliest and best customer service I've received anywhere in years. I'm very impressed! Thank you!

Save your money and go somewhere profession. I went in to get 2 tires replaced since the tread was almost bald. I only had 2 bad tires and 2 brand new tires. The team replaced my good tires and left the bald tires on the vehicle. This whole process was a bit over 2 hours with an appointment only for them not to complete the job. Absolutely waste of time and money.

They wouldn't rotate all four of my tires cause I have a broken lug bolt on right front tire. So I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they balanced the other 3 tires. If they would have told me this prior to working on my car I would have gotten lug fixed then reschedule rotation. Instead of waiting two hours for them to basically get nothing done. The important part of tire life is proper tire rotation.

Showed up at 3:45 PM. Waited in my car for 30 minutes before someone came up to let me know that they were only going to do the two cars in front of me for an oil change. Said they can t do any more today. It is 4:15 PM and they say they can t handle one more oil change during the last three hours they re open? That s a joke.

I ordered a tire that should have been delivered yesterday. I called the auto department and could not get through. I finally got through today and they said my tire is delayed and they don t know when it will come in. I m driving around on a donut. There is no way to cancel or get a refund. I regret choosing Walmart so much.Service: TiresService: Tires

They have never done me wrong. Gone to other oil changes places because I heard they were better. Regretted it. The last time went, the man who greeted me at my car seemed a little rude at first, but he was just about doing his job. They have a woman service provider that always makes me feel welcome and glad I use them. The bearded guy and older gentlemen who work the cad register are priceless and very trust worthy. The service is quick. Will never go anywhere else again.

They drained my transmission fluid on accident and couldn't refill. I had to have my car towed to a shop and get a rental car for the weekend. DO NOT COME HERE!!! They also drove the car and possibly damaged my transmission.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Mark and Lala were the only good things about this experience. The female manager was a joke. They did not have my appointment or tire on file. I offered to give the my confirmoation number multiple times. Did not care. They had to check three times. Asked them to keep the lettering on the new tire on the outside. What a shocker. They completely forgot. I should have known. My fault I guess for not checking until I got home. I also got a text that my appointment was cancelled while I was shopping. I walked back to the counter to make sure everything was getting done, and she said "it's still back there ". I thought I was taking crazy pills. Just keep an eye on them if you have to go to this location

Don't go this auto center for a 15 min work which I got done at other Walmart auto center these guys said 2 hours even after being the first person at 7 pm. They simply discourage to come there

Worst Walmart Car Care Center . Nasty attitude from Roy Narong. They installed the wrong size tires on my car. When it was discovered I returned for them to replace the correct tires.Asst Manager Greg was helpful and responsible and ordered the correct tires and told me to return in a week.I called ahead Saturday Jan 8th when Greg said he would he there.Manager Daisey answered phone verified tires were in and told me to come in.I arrived Daisey greeted me, for the third time I confirmed that this would be handled at no charge and she confirmed!I waited over one and half hours before they started working on tires. At this point Daisey left work and left Roy in charge.Roy tried to charge me when managers said no charge. He then went on to say out loud it was my fault the wrong size was put on and that I was responsible for their in competence! He then made several other inflammatory, disparaging remarks in front of a large crowd of people. Wal-Mart should fire this jerk!He is a black eye on Walmart.DO NOT GO TO THE WALTON WAY STORE in Cedar Park they are horrible and allowing this Roy near the public or in charge of anything!

I went to 2 other Walmart auto care locations and both of those locations were completely rude and one location even completely ignored me as if I wasn't even there. I waited in line just like everyone else but the cashier lady decided that I wasn't in line and helped the 2 other people behind me then after helping them she walked outside and brought in one of those customers cars into the shop and continued to assist them. one of the mech even told her that I was in line first and she seemed to not even care.. Walton way is gonna be the one I go to because they actually help their customers and don't pick and choose which ones are priority

Took care of a nail in our tire on a Sunday afternoon! Thank you for taking us before closing. We had called ahead of time and were hung up on three times then put on hold while hearing their conversations for an unlimited amount of time, so we showed up! Price was double the amount than they quoted before work began but glad we got taken care of.

I've always had good experiences with them over the years for tires and batteries. Although the waiting rooms always look like a third world bus stop.... Broken TVs, non functional coffee machines and filthy furniture. Kinda smart on their part because it forces you to wander aimlessly around the store for a few hours, inevitably buying stuff you really didn't need all that much....Like spatula sets, glitter nail polish and bike parts for a bike you haven't ridden since the 1970s....

Super happy with the service I received tonight! I called an hour before they closed and asked if they had the time to change two tires. They told me they did, as long as I showed up before 7. Arrived fifteen minutes before they closed and they got my car all fixed up!

The Walmart Auto Care Center is a great and cheap place to come to if you need the regular oil checks, tire changes, etc done to your car... If you have to wait a little bit until your service is done, then it's always nice to look around in Walmart. Altogether, it's a great place with cheap prices in my opinion.

The wait time here for an oil change is outrageous. I mean seriously, i was standing and watching an auto technician lady literally walk back and forth doing absolutely nothing for a good hour and a half. So my advice is, change your oil yourself unless you have time to waste. Dont get me wrong there was one kind man working the entire time/ doing all the work so kuddos to the guy with long hair and a beard.
