Great experience at the ReCon shop yesterday. Our 2023 Lexus had a nasty parking lot door ding. The ReCon techs did an excellent job of removing the dent. Shop is organized, office is well ran, price for the service can t be beat. This is the place you want to come to get your body work done Jeff Barton

The ReCon Shop can do magic! Charlie is a magician and can make hail dents and door dings disappear! I highly recommend them, and will definitely go back if we get more small dents. As long as the paint is not damaged, they can probably fix it!

Charlie at the ReCon Shop did an absolutely fantastic job with our 2023 Buick Enclave Avenir! We cannot tell there was ever a problem. We dented the front driver side fender and were worried it would require significant body work, but after receiving a great recommendation from a very reputable body shop to use Charlie we decided to go the PDR route, and could not be happier! We highly recommend The ReCon Shop.

The Recon Shop is the BEST! Hands down - no competition - the end. They are communicative, professional, friendly, AND do top notch work. Our vehicle was heavily damaged from a hail storm and when we picked it up it looked BRAND NEW! Seriously, we cannot thank them enough. If you re considering working with them, stop considering , and just do it - you will not regret it!!

The Recon Shop does it right. Truly a 5 Star experience. They handled everything with the insurance company and had all repairs completed in less than a week. My truck looks great and I would highly recommend The Recon Shop. Thank you guys.

Owner is so nice and worked me in within a week even though they looked super busy. Workmanship was stellar and had my car repaired within a couple of hours. Has the best quote from several places.

Excellent work! I had some major hail damage to the whole body, side mirror and rear bumper, but Shawn and his team did an amazing job at getting my 4 Runner back to looking like new!! I highly recommend The Recon Shop!! Thanks guys!!

I can't recommend the Recon shop enough! My car had dozens and dozens of hail dents of every size. Now you can't tell the vehicle was ever damaged -- I felt like I have a brand new car! Every person I worked with at the shop was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated every step of the way and worked great with my insurance. Recon was amazing. If you're looking for hail repair, look no further!

The process from start to finish with The Recon shop was smooth and pleasant which seems odd to say since my car insurance company was involved. My car looks fantastic after the hail dent repair. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I recommend them 100%!!!

Charlie did his magic and took out a dent in my new Audi car! It was a deep 4 door ding on the rear driverside. I didn t want it to get it fix the old conventional way. WOW, you can t even see it anymore! He took really good care of my car and was very friendly. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!

I recently took my truck to The ReCon Shop and was blown away by the level of service I received. From the moment I called, the staff was friendly and informative. They took the time to explain the repair process and answer all my questions. The work they did on my truck was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I caught a rock or something on my hood right along a ridge. Small dent - hail damage size. The ReCon Shop was recommended by a collision shop. Their work was amazing. I cannot find the spot at all. I have no idea how they do it. My hood has a heavy liner, which had to make it harder. And, they were prompt and friendly. Great people. Glad to recommend them.

Super place, excellent and quick service, did a fantastic job on a softball sized dent in vehicle s quarter panel. Looks like it never happened! True to their word on the quote, and even drove to pick me up from my house when the job was finished. Highly recommended!

Charlie and his team were able to fix a very tricky dent on my rear driver side quarter panel within 24hrs and you would never know there was ever any damage. I would 100% recommend using them and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the Recon team! Great folks, and happy I could support a small local company! If you have a dent, check with Recon before you go the traditional paint and body shop route. You may be able to save a significant amount of time and money.

Shawn and his team were great to work with on my repair. I had a dent in my hood caused by a neighbor that needed to be removed. My neighbor recommended Shawn at the Recon shop since they have done lots of work for folks he knew. I took it there for an estimate and they were able to get it I. For repair within a week. A one day job and it was all fixed and looked brand new.

Incredible service! I couldn t be happier with the work from The Recon Shop. My car looks like it just rolled off the lot after having storm damage repaired. The interior was also spotless after I m sure they had to be in it to complete all the repairs. My hood and roof are dent free (there were a lot), my windshield was replaced, and my front fender and side doors had to be repainted. The biggest value to me was Brandy. She communicated every single update with me proactively and I never had to wonder how things were going. She also offered some advice on my options. The shop overall also stopped the work and asked if I really wanted a very minor mark redone that couldn t be fully covered by paint. I chose not to because it was so small, which saved me around $700 for not replacing the door panel. Things like that will make me drive out of my way to take my car back to them if I ever need more work done. Thank you Recon Shop for being so great to your customers!

Can't say enough positive things about Charlie and the Recon shop! He has worked on two of our cars and the results have been amazing. He just repaired a sizable dent that I thought would require major body shop work. Not only did he take care of it but there's no evidence at all that the damage ever occurred.. and the work was also performed quickly. What's more, their office initiated full updates on the status of repairs and my car was ready at the promised time. Honest and upfront, I highly recommend them.

I was really amazed at how perfect the fender repair looked! If I had not known where the dent was I would never have found it. Paint was perfect match, very smooth, factory type finish. Perfection!!!Charlie was very friendly and easy to deal with. Very very fast service!!! Again I was amazed!!

I recently was in a terrible hail storm while driving out to the hill country in my new pickup. The ReCon Shop restored it back - like it had never happened. They are easy to work with and managed things with my insurance company. I recommend them without reservation!

I was referred to The ReCon Shop for the repair of a dent on the driver s side door of my Honda Civic. They are great!!! From the initial call to the finish, I was able to bring the car in right away, immediately they accessed and repaired the damage. The dent disappeared!! Excellent work and service. Thanks to everyone, especially Charlie which was the technician that doctored the dent. Charlie knows what he s doing!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. If our car gets hit by hail, shopping cart or any other dents, we will definitely bring our car back to The ReCon Shop.

My car had hail damage from an April storm. To do the repairs, ReCon was recommended to me by my son-in-law. I hadn t heard about them before but I called and set an appointment to look at the damage. They specialize in hail damage.They were professional and customer-focused from the start. They filed a supplemental claim with the insurance company and once the insurance company agreed, the repairs were made quickly. I was very pleased with the repairs, the way I was treated, and work being completed on time as promised. I would recommend ReCon to anyone.Oh since my son-in-law made such a great recommendation, I decided to keep him

Shawn and Brandi did a great job on our vehicles, we like many others got significant hail damage from the storm a few months back. They handled the insurance interactions and repairs were completed timely and in a quality manner as they promised they would be. We were very happy and they look great! Brandi did a great job keeping us informed on progress during the repairs.

The Recon shop came highly recommended from a business associate. I was not disappointed and glad we were able to sync up. Shawn was much easier to work with than the two other shops I took my truck to. He set expectations from the get go and didn t leave me wondering when I would get my truck back. He worked well with my insurance company to make sure every hail ding was accounted for. The Recon shop definitely over delivered. Well done!

When you need hail damage repair on your vehicle, look no further than Charlie Molina and The ReCon Shop. I am amazed at the quality workmanship and the excellent customer service I received there. Charlie is a very talented technician who went above and beyond to provide me with a superior repair job at a fair price. He's also one of the best people you will ever meet. The ReCon Shop did a great job repairing the front fender on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. The repair looks great and they did it for a fraction of the price quoted by several traditional body shops. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and great to deal with. I will definitely bring my vehicle back should it get banged up again in the future.

The ReCon Shop is the best! I messed up my daughter s car on the day we were going to trade in her car They actually squeezed us in and fixed up her car almost like nothing happened. I had read previous good reviews and they are definitely true! They are nice and friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their customers! I highly recommend them!

I never leave reviews, but I just had to this time... I HATE dealing with car issues, but the staff at the ReCon Shop were so friendly and easy to work with that I didn't mind as much this time. Shawn makes you feel like family and Charlie was able to quickly fix a large door ding on my new car and it came out much better than expected - like it never even happened. If I'm ever unfortunate enough to have hail damage on my car I will definitely be taking it to the ReCon Shop. This is the first "car shop" I've ever been happy to recommend!
