I stopped by NTB at Cedar Park today to get 4 new tires, alignment, and get brakes checked. The manager was very helpful, answered my many questions, and got me out the door with everything I needed in good time! I do not write reviews normally but it is helpful to have a review on an auto repair type place and I received good service here. Give them a try!

Nicest guys, and the only place I take my cars. I drive some odd makes and models and always have special requests and they always take the best care of my cars. Brought in my TR6 and they had no problem at all

Justin and crew were outstanding!I had an odd size trailer tire and they not only had options, but were able to explain the tire rating. The service was prompt, the knowledge they gave was even better.I would highly recommend this center to friends and family.It is a quick right turn driving passed 1431 south bound 183 ( bell) . Best tire experience I have had in 20 years

I worked with Eric and the owner Muhammad upgrading my tires to 37's. They did a great job, tires were there as promised. I did quite a bit of shopping and NTB had the best price I could find. This is the second set of tires I've bought at this location and will be back.

Manager is great communication and very patience with me. People are very nice. I m satisfied their service and did met my needed and followed my instruction .Suggest you to go this place, service, communication are very good.I always come here and replace, repair tire, alignment and others for 15 years.

Great customer service! We had an unexpected issue with one of our tires on the way to a surgeon appointment, and they got us in right away and took care of the issue quickly. The young tech doing the work was very respectful.There was an older mechanic who was a jerk to my wife about the TV volume being too loud, but the cranky is expected with mechanics.

Easy 1st Time ordering tires online quick delivery next dayonline appointment madeI went in early and they took my car right away very accommodatingThey were Professional and was able to get a rebate.I got the best price possible and they honored a coupon for an alignment, very pleased with the service and pricing.

Fantastic service. Came in October 2023 for new tires. They were fast, professional and courteous. Fast forward to February 2024, I find I have a nail in my rear tire. Brought it in and was greeted and received service as soon as I walked in. The technicians were quick and efficient with repairs!

I cannot thank Mo enough for his service! It is my second time at store and he is always welcoming and on it. He took care of my tpms light which I have been dealing it for a while. 15 min in and out, no hassle and always friendly! Appreciated for excellent service.

Mohammed was very enjoyable to work with and his team did a great job for me. Needed 2 new front tires to match the 2 rear. He found them in the NTB warehouse, had them shipped in overnight and installed them Saturday morning. The entire purchasing experience was excellent.

Went to the NTB off of South Bell in Cedar Park and the service was outstanding. Purchased a whole set of tires from them with an alignment for a great price. They were very personable and treated me like a human and not just another dollar amount. From the front desk to the automotive techs, very detail oriented and made sure I knew what I was spending my money on. Would definitely recommend anyone to come to this NTB!

My daughter's car had a flat. We aired the tire and got to NTB in Cedar Park. Mohammed was excellent. He looked at the tire and said they could repair it as it was a screw in the tread. They had everything fixed and ready, including an overdue oil change, in 45 minutes. Clean, friendly shop.

Daniel was super helpful and friendly. Was shopping around for a set of tires and these guys have me sold. Found a set of quality tires at a way better price than I was quoted at Discount, Firestone, Pep Boys and all the other places I've stopped by. Will definitely be setting my appointment for tires with these guys!!

Needed new tires. They have lots of options for difference typesand sizes of vehicles. Prices are a bit higher but, you get a quality product with a warranty

One of the best experiences I've had. Jackie was phenomenal with her help and support. And the technician JR took care of the issue quickly and had me in and out within 1 hour.I highly recommend this location. Stellar service!Thank you very much. I'll definitely be back.

I have been a long-time NTB customer. The customer service I recently received was not only exemplary but above and beyond my expectations.Store Manager Mohammed, after confirming that the battery I needed was not in stock and that I would have to travel upwards of 50 miles round trip to obtain the needed replacement, took it upon himself to personally go pick up the battery with having to or being asked to do it.It is absolutely a breath of fresh air to see Leadership of this caliber. It is very evident that Mohammed has set the bar high for his entire Team, as everyone at that location seems to be honed in on providing the highest level of customer service. Thank-you

If you're looking for an honest opinion or recommendation, I would definitely recommend this location! Not only were they honest and addressed my concerns, the staff was absolutely amazing! Talk about wonderful customer service. I was able to ask all my questions. I felt respected and cared for. I am very happy with my wheel alignment and will be back soon to have my brakes done. Many thanks to all of the staff here!

I deeply appreciate the high level of service that Frank provides at the Cedar Park NTB location. They have a customer for life. Such affability and efficiency are rarely seen these days in the auto service industry. I am glad that Frank and the rest of the NTB team are the exception!

We get all our tires here and they always help me out when I pick up a nail. Great hours too. Came in at 7:30 pm so I didn t have to deal with it in the morning. The assistant manager Frank is great!

This place was extremely helpful! The Boss, David was able to give us a great discount and really help us out in the payment. And JR was super fast and efficient in getting the tire replaced. I ll be coming here from now on for all tire replacements. 10/10 recommend!

The customer service is excellent here. Jackie helped get the parts needed for my vehicle and scheduled the work as soon as possible. JR was the technician that worked on my Jeep and did an excellent job. I m new to Austin and so glad I found NTB. I ll definitely be coming back to NTB.

I m so pleased with the service that Jacob and Daniel provided me today. They were thorough and provided excellent customer service. They didn t just make give me a total, they educated me on what was needed, why, and what the results could be if I continued to prolong the needed corrections. I recommend everyone stop by and get their vehicle needs taken care of.

I can not boast enough about how fantastic these guys are! I woke up to my husband's car stalling and having to get it towed to noticing that I had a nail in MY TIRE! Needless to say, it had already been quite the morning! Popped into this establishment and was professionally and passionately assisted by Kevin! He explained the whole process thoroughly and was super helpful. Even decided on an oil change while I was there. Customer service here is remarkable and I will definetly recommend this place to my family and friends. Kevin, thank you so much for helping us out and making this experience super comfortable and smooth, while giving us a few laughs too!!! What started out crummy turned into a positive just by randomly stopping in :)
