If you have a foreign luxury car, these guys are very knowledgeable about traditional issues that your vehicle has likely seen, such as with my Jaguar F-Pace. After diagnoses, they send you videos explaining the issues they uncovered as well as a detailed itemization of the repairs. They are not going to recommend taking shortcuts to manage cost but they will work with you to help manage costs. One other perk is if you plan ahead they offer loaner vehicles while your car is being repaired

Fantastic service for our 2012 Jag XKR! They performed a thorough inspection of everything I wanted. Once inspected, the summary shared had video and / or comment details for every item inspected. The online review / quote allowed me to opt-in/opt-out of anything they came across. Once scope of service was confirmed with them, they ordered and completed the work in remarkable time!! Great quality, very professional, reasonable pricing, overall an outstanding experience! They are my go-to shop for certain! I highly recommend!

Really professional process and execution at Luxury Auto. I've got a somewhat unique car, a Smart Car with 84k miles, and the Luxury guys found a number of problems with it. They have a great system of video documentation that made the repair decisions so much easier. They accomplished the work expeditiously and presented the charges with transparency. No hidden fees. My car is happy as am I.

I had the pleasure of working with Brett and Adam to repair a luxury off-road vehicle. I spoke with both of them about my repair needs and although 4x4 is not their area of specialty, they did take the proper steps to thoroughly review and inspect what I needed to determine if they could perform the work, to which they did and to perfection. Throughout the entire process, both were attentive and communicative and I couldn't have asked for a better experience overall. I highly recommend them!

After careful consideration I felt it was best for potential customers as well as the staff at luxury auto works to post my honest review. I m new to the area so counted on reviews unfortunatelyNice staff(Brett ) and enthusiastic at our first meeting, but hard to get a hold of from that point on(very poor!) , I had to call repeatedly , it took almost a month (convertible top service) for what experts since have told me didn t need to be done($3100- battery(didn t correct )- pressure sensor(didn t correct) - module) ) there only needed to be a system reset. Was also told I needed $3000 worth of coolant repairs( hoses water pump thermostat etc ) (which I told Luxury had just previously completed by Sewell , who has since found a hose had come loose they apologetically covered under warranty. Their senior mechanic consulted with me to explain how most mechanics don t know how to reset these convertibles so they just replace electrical parts) to try to resolve the issue Which is why I m posting this review. I recommend be cautious , it may not have been intentional but you ll spend a lot of hard earned money to pay for repairs that may not be needed if you re not. I wouldn t have posted this but since finding they wanted to charge $3000 for a problem that s a loose hose it s in the public s and the luxury owners interest to know. Even as my work is under warranty with Luxury auto regrettably, I wouldn t let them work on any of my (7) vehicles again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First time buyer and I must say i was a little leery at first buying a luxury car from a non traditional dealership but I had a great experience, John was a professional and very customer friendly. Bought my first high end car and I overall they gave me VIP treatment. Definitely would recommend John E. as your guy.

We have been using Luxury Auto Works repair shop for the last year since we moved to Austin. They did work in our 3015 Mercedes C300 and 2014 BMW 428i. They were very honest and very professional. Lately Brett my advisor for repairs on my BMW is as very thorough and worked with me on the repairs. Everything was tranpetent and they sent a great detailed ~13 mins video for all the diagnosis on my car and the repairs needed. Things were clear and made sense after showing the location and the shape of the issue. After discussion we settled on the most important repairs and they were very fast in completing it, he also gave me manager discount on one of the items.They also provide complementary wash to the car but unfortunately because of the rain they were not able to provide it to me, but that is a good complement to have. People in the location are very friendly and accommodating. The price was little high but the provided service was worth it. I definitely recommend this place for your luxury car repair need.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto sunroof glass replacement, Oil change

Spoke to Brett, I explained that I have a vehicle with a DSG transmission, this car has been to another German car specialist and they did all that they could $1800 and they were unable to determine the root cause of the vehicle shifting hard. They stated they were unable to proceed any further because they did not have the capabilities. They suggested another Transmission shop that specialized in this type of transmission. The business they referred me to stated that they would not go near this type of transmission due to the complexities. They referred me to LUXURY AUTO that specializes in German vehicles and this would be my best option. I called Brett, I explained the entire situation, explained that the prior shop replaced the motor mounts and flushed the transmission. They also stated that the transmission filter may be the issue but they were hesitate to make that decision and charge me any additional $$$ when they were unsure. DSG transmission is not an easy transmission to work on and this was explained to me from the first repair. Brett stated he has had in the past a VW with a DSG transmission (personally owned). After I explained that we have already spent nearly $2k for repairs that did not improve the vehicle he stated"I will put the vehicle under diagnosis and run our tests on the vehicle, IF the diagnosis does not show any faults I will not charge you the diagnosis fee". Simple, and gracious. Brett... "If the vehicle shows faults I will then charge the standard diagnosis fee in addition to the repairs that you approve". Brett called the following day, the vehicle did not show ANY faults, but from what we understand the ENTIRE transmission needs to be replaced.$7300. Ok, the car's value is 3-4k. I received a phone call from Ashley, not Brett, stating that the diagnosis for the car will be $223.00. I arrived at the shop, greeted by Brett and Ashley and asked to pay the full amount, according to Brett the owner (Thomas Dere) stated that we worked on the vehicle and that is our price. Thomas, you wasted my time and money. These are the facts, everything I have stated here is the truth. I have been on Google Review for 12 years, this is only the 3rd time I have created a review. LAW, took advantage of us because they knew that they were able. I handed Brett a letter when I walked in explaining how they took advantage of us for only $223. He looked at it and read the entire note and just walked away with his head down, coward. This is my honest post, someone falsified my previous post.Service: Transmission

I want to start by saying I have had this Audi A4 for almost 6 months. For the last 4 months my car has been causing me a headache with the constant noises that kept got worst week by week. I have brought this car to Audi North Austin at least 6-8 times in these last 4 months and they kept telling me it s the rotors, it s the breaks, it s the alignment, etc.. after spending thousands of dollar of repairs and the noise continued I decided to say F them and bring it to Luxury! It took one phone call and Brett had me in the same day. It took one day to diagnose what the issue was and had it fixed in a day and a half. Audi North Austin had my car for weeks.. I mean WEEKS and they didn t even come close to even fixing the issue.. this was not meant to be bad review for Audi North Austin (which is it) but it shows how freaking good this shop is! Brett even saved me $800+ and told me to call him anytime if any noise comes back to fix it! You have no idea the weight relieved off my shoulders from knowing I can rely on them for any future work needing done! Worked with Brett here and the experience was overall fantastic!! Brett was able to squeeze me in on short notice. They did a full assessment on the vehicle then provided me a video showing what they found. It was excellent service and really impressed my wife and I. He kept me updated every step of the way! It was an absolute pleasure working with Luxury Auto Works - Cedar Park. I worked directly with Ashley Johnson who was incredibly responsive and helpful. I specifically had to get my BMW X3 an oil change, rear rotors and brake pads, along with a 30k service. They were able to quickly schedule me in, provided a loaner, gave updates, and overall answered every question.I also had the opportunity to work with Brett who gave me updates on the car, talked me through the estimate, and answered questions on the car. His approach helped me trust his recommendations. I have a good amount of experience with cars and Brett knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to upsell me which I appreciate.I'd recommend bringing your car here to get great work done and to work with a great team!

Had some problems with parking module software and needed dealership equipment. They jumped on the problem the same day, troubleshooted, and the next day, they got proper equipment and were able to fix the issue by noon. It was a little bit pricey, but within the budget. Dealership would be around the same amount, if not more, and for sure not as fast as Luxury Auto Works.Thank you!

My first time using Luxury Auto Works and it was a great experience! From the time I walked into the office I was treated with respect by Adam and Brett. They were friendly, had a great sense of humor and were totally professional. I will use Luxury Auto Works again. We have used Luxury Auto on more than one occasion. They have been friendly and fair. They have done diagnostics including something as simple as recommending a data update from the dealership to car repairs performed by them. I had my car maintained here without getting alternate quotes. Was charged 3k for transmission oil changes and rear brakes. Felt like I was over charged but had nothing to reference.Bought a different car and wanted to get quotes first. Got quotes from 3 other places including Audi themselves. Luxury auto was 40% higher. When advised of this, was told there s some wiggle room .Call around before you do any business with these folks. Prices are too high and being quoted a higher price first and then told they can reduce it doesn t seem genuine or honest.

Luxury Auto Works is a great garage and I am incredibly happy taking my car in for work anytime I suspect something is not right. They welcome you from the moment you enter, provide diagnostics and recommendations for the vehicles needs and they also apply warranty work before billing which is a huge plus. I have found the work to be solid and complete so far and will continue to use them as my vehicles maintenance and service providers. I was very impressed with this automotive repair business. My car had been in 5 different shops leaving with same concerns each time but paying for some sort repair regardless of the issue I reported. It caused me to lack trust in taking my car anywhere.. I had a friend refer me here and it was a pleasant, trustworthy experience. They sent me a video of the issue, which was the transmission and was causing the car to hesitate and run very rough. I m so thankful for their service as my warranty runs out in less than 5K miles. I worked with Patrick who was very professional and kept me updated regularly. I highly recommend this place.

Nice Clean shop. Repeat time there with my Mercedes E350.Guys are very nice, easy to get an appointment. Took a little long for an alignment, but car drives great. More of a value for convenience. Price was about $100 more than I pay at the dealership when done their with other service. Timing is just as long as the dealership. Also didn't really like the extra services that I felt a little pushed on, (both times there). I understand they are recommending but were suggesting stuff that was not quite needed for my vehicle at the time. Then on the invoice it has comment of owner declined service. Nit picky thing but the difference for me from 4-5 stars. Wanted to give 5 stars, I think they do good service.

First time working with the service side of Luxury Auto. I had a great experience purchasing through them but I had an amazing experience getting my car serviced through them. First the communication was on point and the customer service was above and beyond. I honestly wasn't sure about going through them but I'm 100% satisfied with my decision. They first gave me a quote, I dropped my car off and they offer to take me home while my car was getting serviced, washed it for free, got picked up, and I left a happy customer along with a $5 Starbucks gift card.

I've been going from shop to shop trying to find a straightforward, clean and honest shop. After a few disappointing experiences, I finally found a fantastic shop in LAW - Cedar Park. My brother and I both have 2007 Porsche Caymans. After my brother told me about Ashton and Les and the team at LAW, I figured why not give them a shot.They did not disappoint! From the first time i set foot in there, Ashton took care of me and you can tell that he knows his stuff. He gave me a detailed overview of my car, pointing out all his recommendations, and honesty in what was a must have versus items I could address later or on my own.The price was probably on par with other independent shops if you're only matching dollar-for-dollar, however what you get at LAW is experience, honesty, a free loaner car (older but still better than nothing at all!) and they wash and take care of your car as if it's their own.The shop itself is immaculate, and the quality of cars they service tells you that people trust this team. Those two items in itself are a reflection of the great service you can expect from this place.I fully recommend LAW - Cedar Park and their team. I will continue to get my car serviced here. Keep up the great work guys!

I had an awesome experience. My parts were delayed due to...well heck...its just the way it is now. To Brett my advisor to Curtis the General Manager, tip top service and communication. When i picked up my car, they had even washed it! The facility was amazing and everyone looked like they just were having a "great day" I would highly recommend this place

Posted my first review to the Austin location and meant to post for the Cedar Park and just realized.As someone who just moved across the country and didn t have a place to take my car that I trusted, I was super happy with the service I received. McKay was very helpful and professional, with a level of service that was unbeatable. If you have ever had a bad experience getting your car worked on and you are weary of taking it in you don t have to be with the guys at luxury auto works will take care of you with no problem!
