They lived up to my expectation. Not having to incur unnecessary cost is truly awesome. While they provide cost-effective service, others may not. It s recommended that you seek an evaluation from another store before you come here.

If you have a high insurance deductible like me, definitely worth checking this place out and skipping the insurance altogether. My boyfriend and I have both gotten new windshields here for much less than our deductibles. They are super fast with ordering and installing, great customer service and even move all stickers over to your new windshield. Very happy with my experience here.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I called with a strange issue. They took the time to talk to me about it and ordered a part. Scheduled me two days later and installed the part quickly. Excellent communication, service and price - I couldn t be happier. THANK YOU!!!

This has been the worst week of my entire life and to top it off I backed into a low hanging limb shattering my window. I had 3 dogs in the car with me one who isn t the most friendly with people. These amazing gentlemen not only had my window in stock they got me in within the hour AND set me up in the waiting room behind a closed door so that my dogs were not stressed. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and I couldn t be more grateful. This is just one less disaster for me to worry about

Like many others, my car's windshield got damaged by the hail storm at the end of September and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment last week and today, I brought my car in shortly after 12pm to have it taken care of. The efficiency of the place is quite impressive; from the moment I walked in until I drove off, the entire process took less than an hour, and the job, from what I can tell, is pretty darn good. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and the price. While I would not want to have my car's windshield replaced again (It would mean something bad must have happened ), for those who need it, I will recommend Low Price Auto Glass of Cedar Park without hesitation.

I have had two vehicles windows repaired here and the experience has been supurb every time. The first time they came to my house at an appointed time and the second was a drop off. Each time the prices were fair and the turn around time was quick. This will be my go to spot on future cracks and car window replacements.

I was sent here by a third party. LPAG assured the third party that they had my windshield in stock. I called LPAG and was able to get in same day. They were well aware of the experience with the third party and assured me it would only take an hour. After two hours waiting I asked for an update. I was told oh they delivered to the wrong location when I asked why I wasn t informed I was told eh uh I thought he told you before he left. When I asked how long until the windshield arrives and how long to install, I was told it will be here in 20-30 minutes and we have everything ready to go, so not long. 2 1/2+ hours later I am STILL waiting for an update, a windshield, my car since I have ample idle time on my hands, I figured I d use their Wi-Fi to give a review and save others the hassle.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Until someone refer I didn t know that windshield prices are less. I changed for my 2011 car so easily. Better call them upfront and enquiry about the windshield availability. Schedule your appointment first in the morning without delay they will replace in 30 minutes. I am very happy with their service.

UPDATE: I am really impressed with the owners' commitment to making things right with their customers! They redid the windshield installation as promised and did a great job. Definitely a business I would recommend as a consumer looking for a place you can trust.Replace windshield here. Significant amount of air was blowing in from bottom left corner. Had to go back twice to patch. First patch made big difference in the amount of air coming through. Air leak still there but gave up on going back to patch. Wish it had been done right the first time.

This is my third time using Low Price Auto Glass. I needed a new windshield for my Ford Edge. Appointment scheduled for the next day...in and out in less than 1 hour! They work with many insurance companies. Highly recommended.

Nicest and most helpful people in the office. They do the BEST work and are truly LOW COST and high quality. I have used them for my company to replace 5 commercial windshields, 1 personal windshield, and I will not go anywhere else. I simply call for availability and if they have material in-stock they usually get me in within a day or sooner. If they don't have material in-stock they get it quickly. PLUS they repair rock chips on new windshields for 1 year!! Professional, helpful, honest, and affordable...all great qualities and a company I hope stays around for a long time. Walked in nervous about some chips from recent hail and was ready to pay to have them repaired. He walked out, examined, and assured me it was only surface damage and I was good to go. Have to appreciate an honest business.

While replacing my front window they cracked the dashboard and put a hole in the middle of the center dash AC vent. In addition, scratch marks were also on the inside by the upper window. The manager response was that the dashboard was already cracked it was NOT. The manager said that he was responsible for the hole but not the crack. I was told to go and get the hole fixed but they were not responsible for anything else. How do you fix a hole in a center dash AC vent? The entire section will need to get replaced. As I stated NO cracks were in my center dash AC vent.

Did a great job at a good price (which was actually cheaper than a quote I got from another LPAG location). They had my windshield (2022 Kia Niro EV) in stock for a next-day install.No warping, accurate calibration, and an install clean enough that you can't notice it isn't the original windshield from the factory.The one way that it is different from OEM is that the glass is actually clearer and has better color than the OEM windshield (which had a blue-green cast to it).Overall an excellent experience earning my full endorsement.

I originally had an appointment with Safelite auto on Howard Lane through Geico. I went to Safelite at 9 AM and at 10 AM. They called me and told me that they could not do my windshield replacement, because there was some black epoxy on top of the glass on the sides from the previous owner of my SequoiaWhen I went back to pick up my key, they advised me that I would have to take it to a body shop and get all that removed and then reschedule after that. They had already taken the $250 out of my bank , I advised the receptionist that I will not be back here ever. I told my friend what had happened and he said let's stop at Low Price auto glass on the way home as two years ago he had his windshield replaced there. I sure wish you would've told me prior. I pulled in there they came out, looked at it and said no problem that will come off when we pull the old window off, So I set an appointment for 3 o'clock the same day , I got back there at 2pm they took me right in. I was out in an hour, it was the best experience. I can't say enough about the way they treat their customers the cleanliness, and the job that was done on my windshield.

Needed my windshield replaced as soon as possible called Oscar at low price auto glass got a quote quickly and they beat everyone else in price. They were very professional an honest...I called at 3pm an they had me in an out before they closed at 5.. These guys are lifesavers! Resourceful, friendly, and efficient!After my car was in the shop (a different issue and location) held up for supply chain issues for 6 months, I needed someone to replace my windshield and was nervous that I would have to wait another 6 months for the part to come in. LPAG not only hunted down a windshield from the OEM, they were able to get it shipped within the week and scheduled me for the repair immediately the next day.The car lot was clean, gated so I wasn't worried about my car overnight, and I never had to wait to be greeted once in the lobby. The workers were friendly and although the work only took 3 hours, I opted to wait until the next morning and everything was ready for me.As expected, I only had to pay the deductible, and everything was clearly documented on the receipt. They explained that I needed to keep the tape on for a couple days, and answered all my questions. My inspection and TxTag stickers were re-applied in eerily perfect alignment.Hopefully I don't need any other auto repairs, but if I do in the future, I would definitely visit again!Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I had my windshield replaced and there was an issue in the glass that we didn't see until after my boyfriend brought the car back home. I called them up and they had me bring it back in to have it replaced the next day they were open with no issues. They were super helpful and professional and gave me a great price. We'll be using them again the next time we need a new windshield.

The customer service here, both on the initial phone call and when I brought my 2022 Ford F-150 Tremor in for repair, is UNEQUALED! Thank you Brent in the office and (other) Brent who did the chip repair.I am a repeat customer and when I called today, I had a faint memory of having been very pleased with Low Price Auto Glass from a couple of years ago (windshield replacement) my memory was accurate. I needed my windshield replaced and called around to a few different places here in cedar park - This place had the lowest price. I made an appointment - showed up about 5 min early - I waited maybe 15 min and they were done. The guy at the front was very kind. They got me in and out very quickly and for the price you can't beat it! 100% would recommend this place!

These guys are awesome. Super quick, reasonable prices, great attitude. After my wife's glass replacement I decided to get my 15 year old glass replaced due to pitting which I wanted to do for a long time but couldn't afford it. Highly recommend.

Company has great prices, does great work and takes extra steps to go the extra mile that most companies wont. The tech was very friendly and worked to get my windshield done in a timely manner. He also let me watch the process and explain how its done. Great service. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else!
