Absolute worst. Been there 4 times and every time I've gone they have an excuse. "Technicians are at lunch, their inspection machine isn't working, they're short-staffed and can't get to me (for an oil change), come back tomorrow morning." Today, I tried to drop it off and once again, they won't take it because "everyone is at lunch (at 1:30 pm?) but come back in an hour and we'll get you in within 20 to 30 minutes." I go back in an hour and once again, "we have 6 cars ahead of you and we only have 2 employees so we can't get to you." Don't waste your time, this place is a joke. Never again!

Very clean & comfy waiting room with coffee & bottles of water available while toy wait! they got me in and out quickly for my stayed inspection on a Sunday!

Came in for an oil change at the end of the day. Was greeted with a smile by Eric although I m sure he was ready to go home. I waited there while other customers called and picked up their cars. Each customer had numerous questions and Eric was friendly and patient with each one and thoroughly answered all of their questions in the most respectful manner. You don t see friendly and good customer service much these days. Eric delivered!

They have taken care of my cars for years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Super friendly, veteran discounts, very honest and great work. I highly recommend them for anything your vehicle needs.

Went in for an oil change today, great customer service. I also got my inspection done recently at this location as well, wait is never to long. I normally deal with Eric, he is always respectful and kind to me and anyone else who comes through the doors. In addition, he is very knowledgeable about cars.

I appreciate the first class service. I was traveling by myself back out of town and found this location with zero oil left in car. Eric was very nice to get my car serviced in timely manner so I could back on road safely.

I had my car brought in recently to have some work done on my wheels and Assistant Manager Eric was super helpful and providing me the right information I needed. My car was repaired in less than 24 hours! Very glad I took my car here and will do so again in the future.

Waited almost 3 hours for a oil change and inspection when I was quoted an hour and 30 minutes. It appears they damaged and broke the oil drain plug and had to replace it, and went to the store and bought a new one to try to cover their tracks. Blamed it on the previous oil change, but it was also done by a Kwik Kar, so they quickly changed the subject. No one kept me informed of what was really going on, or really seemed in a hurry to fix the problem they caused. They mentioned they have new people but it's still not an excuse to not own up to your mistakes and work quickly to remediate the mistake. Someone offered an apology for the wait and a $25 discount, which feels more like an insult considering how long I waited. Won't be going here again.Update 9/12: So it seems the person responding to the reviews is a liar and will say anything to save face.1. I witnessed the tech struggle to remove it and strip the oil plug, regardless of how tight it was, if done properly, it could have been removed without destroying it. So that's your fault.2. You caused the damage! So yes, you should replace it at NO COST. You don't get credit for that.3. The information provided during the interaction was very limited, and you only gave details that didn't make you look bad until nearly 2 and a half hours later when you finally mentioned about the drain plug, so no, that doesn't count as keeping me informed throughout the process with updates when the majority of the time I had no knowledge about what was going on.Again, the timeline was ridiculous to do these things, almost 3 hours? Not acceptable.It's clear with your defensive response, instead of owing up to the problem, is evident that my 1 star review is accurate. DO NOT GO HERE or you vehicle may end up damaged.

Went in because I had a leak. They found the problem and fixed it. Great customer service! Will be going there in the future for oil changes.

I took my car here a couple months ago because my AC started blowing cool, not cold in the middle of summer. The manager Terry told me that my compressor was going out and it would cost me around $1200. I paid it and dropped my car off for a day (Ubered home and back to get my car) after I picked my car up, my visor was broke and now my AC was intermittently blowing warm air which was worse than before dropping it off. I called and went back and fourth with the manager, he offered for me to bring it back in which I did and paid another couple Uber fees plus spent another day without a vehicle. Apparently they then replaced a whole bunch of other parts on the house . I pick up my car and now it s blowing HOT air intermittently. I am now getting pissed because this is a giant hassle I m dealing with. Terry kept insisting my AC WAS FINE EVEN JNOW IT WAS LITERALLY like the heater was on when the AC was supposed to be on. Finally, after spending weeks in a heat death trap of a car trying to line up the master mechanic working, me being off work and the car doing its heat trap, Terry offered me $150 to get a rental car and to drop the car off for a few days and assured he would do whatever it took to get it fixed. My rental car cost me $240 and $60 in Uber fees. I go pick my car up 3 days later and AC is still not working. I m now pissed and want my money back and my old AC since it worked better prior to my car coming here. He said all sales are final and I could just continue playing this drop off car and them not fix it game but won t refund my money so I can go somewhere actually capable of fixing an AC. Total scam and unprofessional manager. Rude and clearly shady business DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED and have the manager gaslight you.Service: A/C installation & repair

Went in for a state inspection. The manger or office clerk was beyond friendly and helped answered all questions I had. There were a few people ahead of me but was in and out within 40ish minutes. I've been changing my own brakes for 35yrs, I have 5 kids and change their brakes. However, I ran into a scheduling issue and wanted someone else to do it, so I stopped by Kwik Kar to get an estimate. Mindful I expected a markup, but the estimate I got for rear brake pads was extraordinary. When I asked for a breakdown, the the lady tried to explain to me that they change the pads and rotors every time because it's the only safe thing to do! How many people are duped into unnecessary costs to change parts that if they are doing regular maintenance should not happen! I'm new to the area, and as I get older I don't have as much time to turn wrenches. I was looking for a local business to take all my cars to... this place is definitely not making the list. I hope others are getting second opinions.Service: Brake service & repair

Quick, efficient and courteous. Took my car in for oil change and state inspection. I left the car there and went home, although I could ve waited in their nice waiting area also or walked over to the SummerMoon or other nearby businesses. Car was ready within 90 minutes and they called to let me know. Price was fair and I even got a $10 discount for making me wait (his words) while the service specialist figured out how to get the computer system to issue my bill and pay. This was my first time there but I will be going back for this and the other auto services they offer.

I had my first experience with this company yesterday, having electrical work done to my car along with a oil change. The staff at this location was extremely professional, just as polite and very patient with an over-excited customer.. namely myself. I'm satisfied with the work, I had follow-up questions that they went out of the way to answer. I was treated very well and will definitely do business here in the future. First and last time I will attempt to use this location. Scheduled an appointment the day before for an OIL CHANGE. Called to confirm the appointment and pricing. Show up and verbally tell the guy I NEED AN OIL CHANGE. He asks for my insurance? A little thrown off but I ve never used them so I provide insurance. I m told 15-20 minutes, okay that makes sense for an oil change. Then I m told my car is ready and the total is $18 and some change. My registration and inspection were just renewed in may of 2022. Therefore my sticker shows valid until 05/23. I told him that s not the price for an oil change. Then he says didn t you give me insurance? Yes bc you asked for it. Why would I get an inspection after it was done 3 months ago?? Then says they could change the oil if I can wait 30 minutes. What s the point of an appointment or verbally telling you I need an oil change if that s not what I m going to receive?? Dumbfounded on how this was even possible.

Recently visited for smog check. They are pretty quick, I was out in like 20 mins and rate is also very reasonable. Will consider this shop going forward for any car repairs. Thank you.

Terrible experience. I went and they replaced my battery. I drove home about 1/2 mile and car was fine. I left home about 2 hours laters and was turning right and my car went completely died! I waited a minute and got it started again. All the way home it was dying. I made it home and opened the hood and sure enough one of the bolts was not tightened AT ALL. It was sparking trying to make contact. I took the car back in the next day the same guy that put the battery in checked it and said everything is tight and everything was tight yesterday Nope it was not tightened yesterday! The manager was too busy to come talk to me!! Will never return!!!Service: Battery

I've taken my vehicle here for an oil change before. They handled that fine and finished in good time. More recently my car battery died, so I called up asking if they could squeeze me in an hour before closing. I had been busy that day and didn't have much of a choice. The manager promised he would have me out before closing and he made good on that claim, thank you Corvin! After both experiences I'm happy to recommend this business, and probably visit them again sometime!Services: Battery, Oil change
