SCAM ALERT!!!DO NOT GO THERE!I came with a flat tire, drove on my spare. They said I needed to replace the one I had and tried selling it to me for a 100 for a used one. I asked if he had anything cheaper so he went on the back checked and said that he didn t. So I told him no thank you I ll go somewhere where I can get it cheaper. He saw that I wasn t gonna buy it for 100 so he asked me if I d get it for 75 and I agreed.So they took my tire and started swapping it. They didn t remove the spare yet and didn t bring the used that they where gonna sell for 100 and then 75 when they came to me with a receipt and I was gonna pay when I saw warranty charge there of $40 for tire warranty (for a used tire) that is also required to pay(they say)I said no thank you I will not pay for that. He said that I had to, so I asked him for my old tire so I can go my way. Then he said to his colleagues to remove warranty charge but then they won t balance it. I said that it is part of their job to balance it (at least every other shop does it) so I will not get a tire from them if they won t finish the job. After that he finally agreed to give my tire back and was super rude. What he did next is absolutely crazy!Because I wore earrings he assumed that I was gay and said very offensive comment that I won t repeat here. I asked him what did he just say and he said nothing. When I said that he was rude he pointed me at the door and said have a good day in a very rude tone.I left and another shop later that day sold me a used tire in a really good condition for $60 and no extra charges.Important fact that I didn t mention that the dude has gun shop in the same place he have tire shop.

Worst service I ve ever had in my life, upcharged like crazy after the work was done andded sensors without even ansking and ruined all 4 rims from what looks like using the wrong size. And these rims were not even 6 months old. Every single lug nut has been messed up. Would leave no stars if possible!

The owner lacks business acumen, charging excessively high prices. I requested a change for one tire, initially quoted $60, but then offered a $100 tire when I insisted on the cheapest option. Despite my request for the cheapest option available he claimed not to have it citing financial constraints. As a fellow business owner, I prioritize customer satisfaction. Due to my severely damaged tire, I had no choice but to proceed with the replacement. Eventually, he offered the cheapest tire but added labor costs of $21, $65 for the tire, and nearly $8 in taxes, totaling $95. He then attempted to explain his business practices on a sheet of paper , attributing his behavior to nationality. Overall, a disappointing experience. I suggest he reconsider his approach to business .

Stay away from this shop. The shop owner said he doesn't even know how to use a tire depth gauge and uses the 1-10 method of rating tires. Quoted me $400 out the door for 2 tires and then went to $650 to put them on. Told him, NOPE and we settled at $450. Unfortunately, I was out of town and had my brother in law bring the car in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

Very bad service. He was rude to the customers as well as the employees. I don t understand how this location is still in business. I needed 4 tires and every shop I went too didn t have them or they were closed.I went here and was quoted 400 for the tires but walked out paying over a grand for them. If I knew I was going to pay that upfront, I would have went some where s else for the same price. However, I had to eat the bill because they already had the tires on the vehicle.I would not recommend this location. Also, he sales guns and they are hella pricey, just fyi. Shop somewhere else

Would rate lower if possible. This place is absolutely horrible and just the worst of the worst. My dad came here to get his tires changed and about 3 weeks later this happened. Loose lug nuts caused the rear left tire to completely come off. This is poor quality work and could have have caused a major traffic accident. Do not recommend this place at all!

This place - WOW. My spidey sence got me out of there thankfully with limited damage. This place is a joke..owner is 100% a con, very verbally agressive and will oversell you and overcharge you as you get into his back and forth. I should have looked at the reviews before i ever turned into his parking lot. I just needed to replace a blown tire on a truck I am selling, hard used tire to find, but he had last week, so I came into today to get put on and conversation led to all the others were in bad shape. I dont disagree that other tires probably could be replaced but the bait and switch that started after that was CRAZY. Dont let his young side kick, good cop bad cop routine fool you...on top of that, I left with my replaced tire on and now the truck is shaking and wobbling like crazy and they didnt put the tire sensor back in (same as in other posts). $280 dollar lesson learned...just google the reviews before you walk in. if you give $1 to this business, you are crazy...I should have looked at review prior. RUN!

No wonder this place has 2 stars. Owner was inexplicably rude to me and had 0 customer service skills. Was not even willing to have a polite conversation whatsoever and wanted to remove a sensor to dismount a tire and charge 20 bucks more for the kit the sensor doesn t even need. He also bumped into me in a very rude manner and didn t even apologize or excuse himself. No amount of rational conversation would have made him be respectful, he doesn t deserve to run this place. Do not recommend this place at all, you re better off getting your tires mounted somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Never ever again! Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Joey's 1 Stop Tires! Their prices are better, and staff actually wants to be there! Reviews are very real! From the owner at Josh s being a total rip off POS, to his staff who you can tell he s just rubbed off on, attitudes are horrible and they literally make up prices on the fly. I literally watched him quote 3 different prices to 3 people for the exact same thing. Price just kept going up. And his excuse was payroll has only gone up. In 10 minutes?? Sheesh! The absolute bottom of the barrel. Don t waste your time! Ur welcome.

For your own good ..take your business somewhere Else, They don't deserve even one star, the owner is a SCAMER straight up, its bad when you are the owner and you scam your customers like that :( , the worst type of people, i walked in and i talked to him to change 2 tiers , he gave me a price and i agreed, a minute later he came back telling me that "i have to change the sensors every time i change tiers and it is $11 each" here i knew that he is just trying to get more money because that is not true, i told him "no plz keep the old sensors" and when they are done , i found out that am going to pay double of what he quoted me, they added the Sensors and ridicules Additional hidden labor fees which he never told me about before, and when i got mad he showed his real face and told me to get out of the store or he will call the cops "the thief wants to call the cops" , this is the scumbags who live by scamming other people and he doesn't deserve any business.

SCAM ALERT SERIOUSLY! This guy up charges you after the service has begun. Has absolutely no decorum what so ever and know from his demeanor that s he s taking advantage of your situation. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Went to get a rhim, he said he can repair mine. For $40 at the end I paid $93. Told me it would take a few hours. Never called me. I called and was told to come the next day. Went and to find out he messed my rhim up way much more. He put the rhim back on my tire hot and melted some of my tire. Really really bad service.

I believe every one of these many bad reviews. I was charged over $60 dollars for a patch-plug----took forever. Scammer /con I can't believe they still in business. Vultures just waiting for prey.

They told me $50 for a tire over the phone, my lady went to get the tire because I am at work. He charged her $80! Do not go here!

Management are A** HATS, as my pregnant wife and I (8 months) wife arrived on a flat (in her brand new bmw, the run flat was bad also) we parked in a spot the owner didn't like so when she didn't move to another spot fast enough, we were told our business wasn't wanted and to leave. So I sucked up my pride, and gently asked the man to sell us a tire please. He told us " to leave or else" (mind you this place is also a gun shop) . I WOULD'NT BUY A TIRE FROM THIS PLACE if I had four flats and they were last place in Texas that had tires, I'd buy a d** e scooter first.

Don t even think about stopping at this jankey facility. They do terrible work say that they ll cover things and then never cover them. You ll spend your money at a reputable facility that will actually fix things when they mess them up. These guys are back there using crowbars and ripping them over your wheels to pop the bead in. Extremely ghetto they mount weights on top of other weights. There is a fire stone right down the road a lambs tire right down the road a Discount in Tire right down the road among several others. I should ve known when I walked in. It was a pawn shop on the inside. Buyer or customer beware. When you need work done on Sunday, it s probably worth it just to wait until the next day.

This place is a scam. He quoted me 60 dollars for a tire then added extra expenses they broke my sensor then made me pay for I ended up paying double highly would not recommend

I wasn t going to leave a review but felt i needed to. Please avoid this place, called for pricing and decided to go with it, arrived and was told different pricing, then he excluded the extra charges until it was time to pay. I walked out paying over double what i was quoted originally. Just got two tires here and will never go back, what a crook!

Zero stars if I could, grade F. My wife went there today to either get her tire repaired or get a used tire for her 2013 Nissan Pathfinder, not to get her AC checked without her asking and get a fee charge of $30.00! She just asked the tire person if he knew of a good car AC guy. I went there before with my personal car and all went fine but this time, I think because my wife went, they totally ripped her off! My wife got charged a total of $154.81 for the used tire, mount and balance, Sensor? Labor for the AC (appears that he just looked at it), You can view the receipt for yourself and see the unnecessary charges. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place as my wife and I will not be returning. Integrity goes a long way and this place has lost our business.

Please for the love of life do not go there he has extra charges on every thing . Provided road side to change my tire 125 plus extra 100 and some extra changes told me he had a used tire go there the price. Changed to get off old tire that was on my rim charge me another 225 basically charged me by the hour total I spend 500 . If I could give this place negative I would give a negative he s rude curses his employees. The prices changes at every moment please run for life I would give it negative 100

I came in for a slow leak. They showed me a nail in my tire. Tried to charge me $60 for patch. I declined. Went to a close by location and found out he took out the nail out AND slashed my tire before I left THIS SHOP IS CROOKED AND DANGEROUS! STAY AWAY!!!!

NEVER GO HERE, EVER! No matter how desperate you are for a tire do not trust this place. Everyone i know who has gone here ALWAYS gets a bad tire, including me. Total scam artists, i cannot believe this place is still open. These people definitely do meth, its extremely obvious. You will most definitely waste your money here.

People should never ever stop here to fix any tired or buy any used tires or any of this service this guy is a thief with a business license , charge me $56 dollars for a small leak on my tires even the workers there didn t believe that , also talk bad to others and not show any respect, this shop should be check for a high pricing , never ever again !!! This store socks

Never again, I called the business and was told they have plenty of the tire I was looking for. I get there and conveniently they only had 2 now. That was the first lie. Then the owner tells me its $75, I ask if thats out the door and he tells me yes so I agree. I go inside and the dude charges me $103 instead, thats definitely not $75 out the door, thats the second lie. The dude was dry as hell and unprofessional. I dont argue with people I just dont give you my business anymore and make sure to tell others not to go to you either.

If I could give this place a no star I would. Service is horrible owner is a d****bag, agreement on price for tire then added additional charges to price when asked was told no refund just in store credit. Yelling at employee in parking lot because tires weren t in spot he desired. Waited 2 hours for mount and balance then was told no time for install because employee was trying to quit using racial slurs toward employee.

DISHONEST UNTRUSTWORTHYSCUMBAGSI went there and he charged me 178 dollars for two used tires that were suppose to be almost new and they were mismatched and so bad that when I went to get my car inspected they would not pass and they told me they didn't have enough tread on them! The owner was pretty stuck up and kinda rude on top of all of it and I am going back there today and asking for a refund or different tires!
