Ben Hornsby and his team are angels. This has been one of the worst weeks of my life. I bought at car in Orlando and was trying to drive it back to Colorado when EVERYTHING in the car started to break down leaving me stranded in TX. I had it towed to Ben's shop where he and his team went above and beyond to try to help. Sadly, the car will have to be towed back to Colorado but Ben, Emily, Joey and the rest of the crew were kind, compassionate, professional and helped to make a very hard situation a bit more bearable. Please give them your business!

They didn't try to push me to buy extra items, but did recommend a could of things. As you see from my air filters, they needed to be replaced. The were quick and had different price options for my oil change.

Wonderful HONEST service! I needed an oil change but Bobby noticed I had a headlight out. I had a new bulb to put in. Bobby volunteered to put it in for me!! Nice! They checked the air filter by my request. Clean! My tires were filled as well. Super awesome with no cussing or vulgar music. Thank you, Joey and Bobby! Professional!

Best of the best. I have two cars and back in June I went for the first time to Jiffy Lupe to get a car inspection the Hispanic guy was such a friendly guy he help us out and talked to my husband in Spanish like super friendly and he does has a great customer service. I recently went 2 days ago and all the staff members were super welcoming, friendly and fast. Best in town. The guys helped me replaced the windshield.Super fast I was out in 15 minutes

Everyone was busy and doing other task, I came in for an inspection sticker for my vehicle, the inspector was busy replacing a bulb on a customer s car. It seems he is the only one that is mechanically inclined, this I had to wait till he finished the install, by training other techs to dismantle vehicles to change bulbs and work on vehicles you could improve the efficiency of your service to customers by freeing up the inspector to service those customers needing an inspection! It s just my opinion and the overall experience I had was pleasant and I would gladly return to your store, I was not in a hurry and the service was excellent! Thank you Ocie McCutchen

Bobby B greeted and treated me with kindness, respect and desire to serve. He is a nice, kind and knowledgeable person with enthusiasm and positive mental attitude. He is kind of a rare jewel who is happy to work/serve others. I couldn't be happier with the experience. This was the fastest and best service I've received for an inspection. They took me in early and the techs Jayden, Jr. and Alberto were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place . The guy who spoke to me, his name was Joe or maybe Joey, was professional, confident, and helpful. He explained my choice options, and I agreed with his recommendation to use 100% synthetic oil in my Cadillac. I interacted with one other guy, I explained that I needed to use the bathroom due to a medical condition (my colon was removed due to colon cancer several years ago). He was understanding, personally guiding me to the bathroom; which was almost spotless! Please thank these boys for me.

THE BEST OIL CHANGE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! Joey and Ben were so personable and explained everything thoroughly.Admittedly I have been in desperate need for an oil change and there wasn t any guilt/lecture given to me at all like I was nervous about!The BEST part ..I got to stay in my car! The guys working here went above and beyond to fix a problem I created in my coolant system. They were able to fix the problem and then complete the coolant flush. I don't think they thought of it so much as a problem, but more of a challenge!

Nice staff. The guy in charge there (i believe) who also rotated my tires didn't rotate them correctly. He only swapped the left side tires on the left side, and then vice versa on the right. I know because I put labels on them.Meant to write this review 5 months ago when it happened.

This was my first experience at this Jiffy Lube, and it was TOP-NOTCH!!! My license tags were expiring and I needed a state inspection fast! Even though it was a short wait, one of the guys checked in with me several times and had me move my car once to get to a quicker spot. Ben was the inspector and when I couldn't find my insurance card, he suggested I try online, and waited patiently while I got a digital copy. Jason took my money with a friendly smile, and another guy directed me out safely. Seriously, fast & friendly. Less than 30 minutes total. Thanks! As The Terminator said, (in my best Terminator voice), I'll be back!

The 1 Star rating is an attempt to bring to light the poor service received at the Jiffy Lube on Bell. I have actually had all my vehicles serviced at this located for the past 5 years. There was a stint where staffing was a challenge and covid did not make it easier but I have been loyal throughout and service was consistent so I was not hesitant to bring in my older model Mercedes for an oil change. I was informed that the filter for this model was not available so I would need to bring the filter and would only be charged for the oil and labor...makes sense. After leaving I noticed my service light was still on I thought nothing of it, maybe I just need to drive around a bit get the new oil circulating (heck I dunno). My car eventualy went into limp mode after two weeks and the gauge cluster lit up like a christmas tree. I was informed that after the oil change the cars computer needed to be reset so I brought it back. This is where everything went downhill, I was approached by Jack who confirmed he could not reset the computer as they did not have the tool to do so. Not a problem, wish I knew that at the onset as I would have went elsewhere no harm no foul. Tone is everything when communicating and Jacks tone was one that clearly conveyed my presence was a bother and he had no intention of helping me. Jack advised I contact corporate and ask them what to do, I asked if there was a manager or owner that I could speak with that may be able to give me some advice Jack informed me there was no manager on site I could either come back tomorrow or speak with corporate. Imagine how insulted and angry I felt when I found out that Jack was indeed the manager. Another manager Gilberto overheard the conversation and immediately took charge. Gilberto instructed Jack to help another customer and guided me into the office at which point he allowed me to explain what happened. Gilberto not only apologized but completely blew my mind by offering a refund as the cost of the dealership resetting the computer would be twice the cost of the oil change. There are sooooo many options in the area for quick car care, after speaking with Jack my mind was made up to never return with any of my vehicles. I am overjoyed to hear that Gilberto may soon be managing his own location, I will definitely bring my car to his store once it opens. In summation Jiffy Lube has never done me wrong but I recommend service and leadership training for Jack. As a manager associates will begin emulating his interactions and Im not sure if thats the best thing.Loyal and concerned customer

Hands down the most professional and reliable Jiffy Lube in the area. Ben was amazing he went above and beyond to take care of a problem that occurred from other Jiffy lubes who kept referring me to another location stating " they didn't know what was wrong". Not only did he fix the problem, but he stayed late and came in on a Sunday to get the job done. He was honest, reliable, and was really able to communicate with me what was wrong with my car and how to fix it. I felt taken care and treated with the upmost respect like family. I will be 10000% returning for future issues/ oil changes as this location really knows how to get the job done RIGHT! Thank you so much Ben!

For starters, I love that this place is open on Sundays. That's very convenient when your schedule is jam packed during the week and on Saturdays. The person who assisted me throughout my oil change, Trent, was wonderful. He was very courteous and made sure my vehicle was in and out as quick as possible. With three cars there, it took about 20 minutes from start to finish on a Sunday afternoon. He was also very patient with me when I didn't quite know if I had visited before or what type of pill I use. I plan to come during this time and at this location again. Quick and painless.

From the moment I arrived, Ben went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional.Not only did Ben perform a thorough check of my vehicle s fluids and air filters, but he also took the time to show me the condition of my air filter, which was indeed in need of replacement. His transparency and expertise were truly impressive.What truly amazed me was Ben s thoughtful gesture of vaccuming the seats and washing my windows. It s these little details that truly set Jiffy Lube apart. The cleanliness of my car after the service was remarkable, leaving me feeling like I was driving a brand new vehicle.To top it all off, Ben provided me with an invoice and even applied a generous discount. Came here for an oil change today, September 23rd. The team working today was very friendly and changed the oil very fast. A lot faster than I expected. I will definitely come back to this location.
