I really enjoyed my experience with Heritage! Unfortunately, I got a big scratch on my Tesla and was able to get a quick quote from Heritage Body and Frame. From the beginning, I was greeted very nicely by Grant. That same cordiality would continue throughout the whole process. Grant answered all my questions attentively while my Tesla was being fixed. I liked getting the updates from the body shop to know the status of the repair. They did an extremely high quality job on the repair. The cherry on top was that the car was detailed and left in pristine condition. I highly recommend Heritage Body and Frame to anyone looking to fix their Tesla.Service: Body & Trim

Mr. Jacob demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism during my interactions with him. He provided me with repair estimates within 24 hours on both occasions that I visited the establishment. Furthermore, Mr. Jacob was able to provide an accurate repair estimate off the top of his head when I inquired, which was later confirmed by the written estimation.

James and Fernando were fabulous! They did a Perfect job with my car after I scraped it against a pillar. This was not the company my insurance company recommended, but they had higher ratings and their was lower to the insurance company! Win win!Heritage Body and Frame was so prompt getting the car in and after just a couple of days the car was ready and looking brand new! I am so very happy! I honestly hope I don t have to go back, but I know I have a trustworthy and honest business that I will return to and can highly recommend!

My daughter was involved in a fender bender and we filed a claim. She went to Heritage Body and Frame in Cedar Park. They gave her a quote, they said the would work with Geico and we would only have to pay our deductible. 1st they did not detail it after the work was finished, next they did not honor the quote they gave my daughter, which was in writing, and then they told her that they were not in Geico's network, so they had additional fees. They had already received over $4,000, from the insurance company then we had to pay another $2,000 out pocket for the, "out of network" fees. They took advantage of a young girl who thought they were an honest company. I guess she was wrong, they are just in it for the money who cares about the customer. I will never use Heritage Body and Frame again for any of my car repairs. I will also tell all my friends not to use them as well. They are an unethical company who deserves to go out of business. No customer service. This place is awful.Mary, unhappy

My car was rear-ended in traffic and the insurance company tried to weasel out of paying for a lot of the unseen damage. James at Heritage Body and Frame took great care of me, everyone went above and beyond to make my repair quick and painless as possible. I had gotten rear ended and needed a new door for my van. Upon turning in my vehicle I was assured that everything would be taken care of and I d get the vehicle back all fixed up. I had asked to do the minimal work needed to have it operating normally , so changing out a door, seems simple enough. I was told that they don t do half jobs and since it was covered under someone else s insurance, why not, I was told. Well 2 weeks later and I get my car back with a new bumper, door, and various other small touch ups, awesome, except I notice quickly that my car throws off warning signs when put in reverse. I was then told that the camera mold needed to be replaced and the part was on order, in a week they could change it and fix the issue. Ok, a week later we change out the camera mold and it doesn t fix the errors. I m told I need to go elsewhere and they closed out my auto claim. Now my car is more annoying than ever, they won t fix it, and never intended to. I have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been fixed when working on the car.Bottom line, if you want to change out your cars problems for new ones, this is your place. Very friendly all the way through, til the check is signed and then it s up to you.Could have at least told me you couldn t fix the sensors, I woulda gone TO A REAL BODY SHOP, certified to work on Tesla s but can t fix an bumper sensor. Thanks for the new issues, and the paint quality sucks, bubbling already.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Heritage is the absolute best in the business!! Grant and his team are incredibly honest, friendly, thorough, and truly care about their customers. They re passionate in their line of work and it doesn t go unnoticed. I can t recommend them enough! They communicated with my insurance company, sent an update on my vehicle status often, and gave me back my car looking cleaner than ever (even the inside)! Amazing customer service from start to finish. Grant Fitzgerald was my specific service manager. He was outstanding. Honest and went the extra mile to ensure I understood the process and got even better results than expected.Everyone working there (always at least 2 people) are quick to greet you and ensure you are checked in and helped.They came in under quote and did more than I expected to clean up an overspray.Worked well with my Insurance and I never had to get involved.I highly recommend Heritage Body and Frame and Grant Fitzgerald.Service: Body & Trim

Grant and the team recently repaired my Honda Ridgeline. I chose to have the repair work done at Heritage based on some recommendations from friends in the insurance industry who know their reputation.The repair did take longer than expected but that was completely out of the hands of Heritage. I really wanted OEM parts wherever possible and Honda has supply chain issues for some select new parts. The particular piece my vehicle needed wasback ordered across the market.That being said, Grant and the team always provided updates, were friendly and understanding with concerns, and I could always reach someone who knew the details of my vehicle if I called for an out-of-cycle update.The vehicle looks impeccable and I couldn't be happier with the work. Heritage also provided a couple concessions because of the longer wait time which, again, was completely out of their control but I greatly appreciated them going above and beyond to make things right.If your primary goal is to have your vehicle repaired with attention to detail and a focus on quality, you should seriously consider trusting Heritage with your repair.

From beginning to end, Heritage Body Shop was awesome to work with. They were very honest from the beginning and let me know immediately that the hourly rates the insurance is recommending does not meet the average hourly within the area of any body shop. But, it was very worth it because they took care of my needs, and went above and beyond, and returned my car to me in better condition (cleanliness wise) than when I left it. I got rear ended and suffered some damage to my vehicle bumper, taillights, and even the frame of my trunk. I read all the great reviews and decided on Heritage Body and Frame despite being 20 - 30 mins away from my area. Right away I knew this was a good shop when I arrived. When I received my car it looked like it came right off the show room floor. They detailed it outside AND inside. The people here are great and their work is impeccable. I definitely plan on using their service again for some cosmetic custom work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wound up taking my hail damaged vehicle here because it was recommended location from my insurance company. I'm sure glad I did everybody here knows what they're doing. I personally will never bring my vehicle to a large chain repair shop or body shop again. I suppose many people enjoy McDonald's but I'm not one of them. I am certainly finished with McDonald's style in one door out the other door quick garbage work. I feel like nowadays these chains only care about turning a profit. Heritage is absolutely not that way. The care and time they took with my insurance claim speaks volumes to me. When you go to any of their sites their shops speak for themselves. Clean work areas and even clean restrooms. This is the kind of business I support.When I had issues with my insurance company and the claim they took the ball and ran with it and dealt with just about everything leaving only the things that absolutely needed my attention or signature.We will definitely be returning for any of our needs in the future that is for sure.

I'm told I can take my car to any body shop. I had a good experience with Heritage at a different location so I stopped by this one for an estimate on my car repair. As soon as they learned I had State Farm insurance they told me they would not be a good place for me to get my car repaired because they don't like working with State Farm. If you have State Farm insurance find someplace else to go or find a different insurance company.Service: Body & Trim

I've been using Heritage for years for all my auto body repairs. They take the time to understand the issue. The perform the work right the first time. While I often experience sticker shock (where did the 5 mph no damage bumpers go) the "back to new" results make it worth it. This trip, shared my "fantasy" schedule for the work to be performed while I was on a weeks vacation, David Reis was able to make it happen and I was able to pick my car three days after I returned. I was impressed. If I have to complain about anything: both location parking lots are difficult to use, full of cars, few spaces and difficult turning spaces. I had a rear blow-out in my 2000 Dodge Ram 2500.I had taken to get estimates from another Company and I was not satisfied. A friend had recommended Heritage Body and Frame to us. We went up there to have the vehicle estimated and their personable and friendly staff made us feel so comfortable.On a Friday the vehicle was estimated and was in the shop the following Monday.Heritages estimated time for the truck to be complete was 10 days.The Truck was ready in 7 days.The truck looked amazing, they did an awesome job!!! They even worked with my insurance to make sure everything went smoothly. I practically didn't do anything. I would recommend this shop to anyone that might suffer body damage to their vehicle. This Company and its staff are amazing. Thanks Guys!!

I bought a car from Carvana that had a problem with the license plate brackets. Since Silver Rock was the post sales warranty company I was a little worried about getting the repair done, but these folks kept me updated on all progress with the paperwork and when it was ready for me to drop it off. Then I dropped it off and just had to wait. It took them two whole days to finish is up and contact me for the pickup. I didn't even get to use the service they offer to stay up to date on my repair status. (which I'm not complaining about) I go in to pick it up first thing in the morning and they had it parked out front waiting for me. It smelled like a new car and had just been washed, better than expected. As much as I enjoyed their service, I hope I don't have to see them again...lolBut for real, highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had two great experiences with Heritage! The first one was when we took the car in for a few different estimates and Heritage gave a fair quote. The best part of working with Heritage is they stuck to the original quote and didn't try to add on. The second time (two weeks later) is when our car was hit by another driver. The insurance tried to lowball an estimate and Fernando was great working with him to get the quote covered. The staff and Fernando are very responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I m normally not the type of consumer compelled to write reviews, but this particular incident warrants one. I want other potential customers to be fully aware of what Heritage Body and Frame guarantee on their body work really is, and the durability of their work.We took our brand new Honda Pilot to Heritage for repairs and paint to be done to the rear door panel and rear quarter panel.A few days after getting the car back (which initially looked wonderful) we noticed the paint chipping off in a small circle in the middle of the door. We took the car back, since the work was guaranteed for life. We were politely greeted by the manager who inspected the vehicle in the midday sun, and couldn t tell why it was chipping so brought the car into the shop and under those lights discovered a small dent in the area. He stated that there must have been something that made contact with the vehicle to cause the chipping, so it was not covered. Despite his enthusiastic attempts and light bending antics to convince me, there was no dent or scratching of any kind so we were pretty confident it was a defect in the application or quality of the paint they applied.They agreed completely that this chip would not have happened had the car not recently been painted, because it is apparently very susceptible to damage while not completely cured .They gave us a quote for 670 dollars to repair a paint chip the diameter of a pea, which again had no dent. They additionally stated that the chip would likely grow in size if we didn t let them repair it. When we reached out a second time to voice our concerns, they suggested we bring it back for their supervisor to review it, but it was just the same guy wasting our time trying desperately to convince us that there was a dent so we wouldn t give them a negative review.Their promise is to return your vehicle to you in perfect condition as if it never happened. We don t feel it s feasible to assume nothing will ever touch the paint on a car, and that every contact will create a chip , and since this is a repaired area that fragility is supposed to be acceptable.We think initially their work looked great, but if you are in the market for body work, be aware that their paint jobs are apparently more susceptible to paint chipping when they otherwise would not and that their lifetime guarantee is just an empty marketing ploy.

I chose Heritage to repair my front end after a low speed collision. They were professional, friendly, and gave me "good vibes" about their honesty and loyalty to their customers. They finished the work ahead of schedule, the repairs were top notch, the pricing breakdown was very transparent, AND to top it all off, my truck looked *better* than the day I bought it (used). That's right - washed, dried, cleaned inside and out, top to bottom. :) It was such a nice surprise! I have more repair work to be done on a pre-existing "injury" to my truck and I will definitely be using Heritage once I pull together the funds.
