We had a family owned Automotive Service Center for 35 years in another state. Retired now we moved to Texas. In the years we've lived here we've heard a number of people remark about the honesty, integrity, and quality of service performed by First Choice Automotive in Cedar Park. Still ingrained mentally in the industry, I've had several Auto Parts Stores in the area adamantly recommend First Choice Automotive to take my vehicles to for repairs and maintenance service. I recently went there, met the owner Tony, and left my pick up for a repair and a maintenance service. Their service is exemplary and a great experience. It would be crazy to take your vehicles anywhere else.

This was my first time visiting this mechanics for simple oil change. I asked if they could also check on the windshield water as it didn't come out even after we filled up the water. Long story short, the gentleman filled my water tank and repaired the hose in 5 min all all for free. He only asked us to come back. We will definitely go back as they care!

This shop is honest and not overpriced. Tony and Ryan are friendly and know what they're doing! This has been my go to auto repair for 10 years. Highly recommend!

Thanks who ever I talked to at the front desk. We were in a pinch and needed a quick turn around. They couldn t help due to backlog of work, but were quick to point me to a high class competitor that was able to get things fix. Appreciate their honesty and helping the customer.

As always the team at First Choice Automotive is wonderful. They NEVER talk down to me because I am a woman, like another place I know does! Tony sent me a quote for the problem within 10 minutes, I accepted online, and was NOT charged 1 penny more...as always! Problem fixed, and I am safe on the road again. First Choice Automotive came highly recommended by a co worker, who has gone to Tony for 10 years. After not being able to find a shop I could trust for a year and a half during the pandemic, I am glad I checked them out.I drive an older vehicle and older vehicles can be difficult to maintain. After it sat parked during the pandi, I ve had lots of little issues and it was hard getting my vehicle to pass inspection.Tony and his team have taken great care of my ol girl. From finding parts that are not readily available and helping figure out some of the tricky issues that can hide in an aging vehicle, I definitely appreciate all the years of experience and knowledge Tony and his Team have.Tony and a team are Honest, Knowledgeable and are Great at communication like explaining the issues and fixes for my vehicle. Tony and his team did an amazing job repairing the bumper on my Audi A6. I was fed up with our local dealerships, and they made the process very easy, working directly with my insurance when needed. The body work completed made my car look like new.

A couple of months ago I had all 4 of my brakes and brake pads replaced. First Choice Automotive and their owner are and will be "FIRST CHOICE" for me from now on. The price of work done was quite a bit lower than what I had been quoted from another place. I dropped off my car when they opened and they were done with my car in just a few hours!! I have lived in this area 44 years and have always tried to use private owned businesses when I can and have ALWAYS found family businesses the best...this is ONE of the best for sure!! I can't say enough good things about my experience with you guys!! First, you listened to me and understood exactly what I needed. Second, you got me in and out on the schedule you promised. How refreshing, especially since I had left the vehicle with the dealer, and another shop, for 2 weeks at the dealer, and 3 weeks at the other shop, and they never even looked at the vehicle during that time. All the dealer wanted to do was try to sell me another vehicle! You also caught another issue with the vehicle that I wasn't even aware of (Radiator), that had the potential to leave my wife stranded on the highway. She travels alone, a LOT, and that could have been really bad. Lastly, while the repairs were somewhat expensive (not your rate, just the nature of the work), I feel like you treated me fairly. You could have easily upsold me for add'l camshafts that don't appear to have been needed. That fact is much appreciated! I might add that the vehicle has been purring like a kitten since the repairs.I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write this, but I've been really busy.

Needed throttle replaced on my 2005 Saturn Ion. Now it runs almost like new.Not bad for an 18 year old car. They were very quick and the owner and all the employees I came in contact with were very knowledgeable and friendly. Will continue to return for any other car issues. Highly recommend if you need any kind of car repairs.

Great service and honest.Transmission went out and was leery of a transmission shop. Had it towed and work was completed quickly. Linkage broke so instead of a 7000, dollar repair it was 500, most of that was because the parts had to come from the dealer. Phenomenal service, quickly located the issue, and quickly returned my vehicle to me at a fair price. Had I gone to the dealer, I d still be waiting another month or two and it would have cost me over $500-$1k more at minimum. Communication is great so I m not making phone calls checking the status of my vehicle. Easily the best at what they do in the area.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

If I could give 9 stars, I would. Tony and his team have taken care of our family vehicles for years. The team went over and above to find the gremlins in our Miata. I called Tony a few days ago and he contacted a towing company immediately. Our company vehicle was brought to his shop and our truck was fixed around noon the next day. This may not happen for everyone, but was very impressed by how efficient and effective his business took care of ours. We will definitely start bringing our vehicles to First Choice Automotive in the future.

Excellent work at a fair price. We brought 2 older vehicles in for an overall mechanical checkup, and they both needed a little bit of work. Both vehicles came out of the shop quickly, and running beautifully!! We felt like the price was just right for the amount of work done, and that they put care into ensuring a top-quality job was done as well. We will return to First Choice as often as needed to keep our vehicles in tip-top shape!!

Tony and the crew at First Choice Automotive are by far the friendliest and most honest mechanics that I have ever dealt with! I have been using their services on all 3 of my vehicles for the past 5 years and they have always taken care of me.
