Vanilla flat tire repair for Mercedes SUV costs $45.13. Great service, great staff, informs you about the price before service begins in an email. No complaints about any of this except pricing felt wild, had tried searching before driving but did not find online so sharing here to avoid any surprises for future customers. Again if pricing is not an issue absolutely go here great place!

Everything was great! From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and knowledgeable - I felt like I was in good hands. I was walked through every step of my repairs (bonus points for explaining it in a thorough yet easy to understand way). I felt extremely taken care of and pleased with the work performed. Everyone was very nice from start to finish. Also, everything was done in a timely manner.

Highly recommend!!! The customer service is amazing. Not only did they take care of my car but they also took care of me during the whole process. Brandon, Justin and Priscilla gave the best customer. I walked away happy from my experience with them. They give great communication through the whole process and treat you like family.

Went in today to have new tires installed on my Tesla model Y. Came home and found three wheels were chipped and damaged. The car is less than 3 weeks old and wheels were in perfect shape. I removed the wheels then also found dings, scratches all over the wheel barrels. Can tell they had nothing to protect your wheels during install. I never had a tire shop installed new tires damaged your wheels this bad. I am furious and heartbreaking seeing brand new wheels now with chips, dings, scratches

Some of the nicest people working here! I was working across the street, in a pinch and in need of a charger.I called before coming into the store to purchase one and they graciously offered to borrow one. It may sound a little silly but this kind of kindness and helpful staff makes me want to come into this store for all my future car needs. Thank you Justin!

I read the reviews before I choose this location and they did not disappoint. I was about to give up on Firestone but these guys were amazing! They were very honest with me. I highly recommend this location.

After being told that just to look at the vehicle would take 1.5 hours and then I came back at 2 hours and it had not been looked at. It sat outside for another hour before being pulled into the shop. It took 4 hours to get a tire changed. The person who helped me was very flippant after I told her I had been a lifelong customer of Firestone and the past three experiences, the service I got repaired the car, however it always took far too long - even if you made an appointment. I expressed my disappointment with Firestone and that I would be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I recently visited Firestone for a vehicle inspection, and it turned out to be an utterly disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was informed about the inspection fees, and after signing the necessary documents, the inspection commenced. To my dismay, the same receptionist who informed me about the inspection fees approached me during the inspection, insisting that I needed to replace my windshield wipers for an additional $80 to pass the inspection. Feeling coerced, I reluctantly agreed, only to be told later that the inspection had failed, and I needed to pay the fees again.The blatant dishonesty and manipulation displayed by the receptionist left me feeling utterly betrayed. When I expressed my refusal to pay for unnecessary services and opted to seek inspection elsewhere, I was threatened with double labor charges if I left without paying the initial $80. This predatory behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Firestone's integrity and customer service.I strongly advise against patronizing Firestone for any automotive services due to their unethical business practices and blatant attempts to exploit customers for financial gain.

I was informed to repeat my failed state inspection at any time without need to go to the front desk for check in.When I did, the manager said I should go to the front desk, even after I was told otherwise.Then because took 2 weeks to get parts to replace and wait for +100miles after fixing, they charged me again for the inspection fee. I was never told I had 2 weeks to re-do the test.

Joe is always extremely helpful. He is very upfront about what the car needs right now, needs later, or even what is not worth fixing. They never charge me for services that I do not need. I really appreciate how they have been taking care of my cars for the past 18 years. We have moved further away now, but I will continue to go to this location.

Greeted upon entering, said there'd be a little wait but would try to get my car close to my appt time. Overall the wait was more than acceptable and of course great customer service once again.

I did Tire Rotation, oil change wheel alignment and after the vehicle is ready with in - mile I got low tire pressure warning. This has happened 2nd time.I suggest Firestone can check Tire pressure especially when doing Tire work.

I initially received a warm welcome, which was appreciated. However, I was quoted around $20 for a flat tire repair, yet I ended up being charged nearly double that amount, more than $40. This significant discrepancy in pricing was quite disappointing and unexpected. While the service itself was satisfactory, the unexpected increase in cost left me feeling dissatisfied with my overall experience.

This is one of the best auto repair stores around this area. The technicians are skilled and honest about the diagnosis. I have been to this location a few times over past 3 years and always had a good experience. Recently my ac compressor need replacement, the dealer quoted me about $3400, got it done with Firestone at about $1500. On another instance I had a flat tire and went to Sam s club to get it fixed since I have membership there, they diagnosed a tire replacement even though the puncture was nowhere near the sidewall. Firestone fixed it with a patch for less than $40. Highly recommend using them for any car issue

Went to the Firestone in Leander for a inspection and was told would be an hour and a half. Gentleman called the cedar park store and they were able to get me right in. When I arrived I sat down for maybe 15 minutes and it was all done. Great service from both stores.

My second set of tires at this store. Justin is attentive and very knowledgeable. I moved and drove 300 miles each way for this set of tires. The techs are very skilled and I trust their work.

Went in for oil change and inspection which was covered by Silverrock the girl at the front said that they don t deal with them, meanwhile every Firestone within a 50 mile radius does. She said they give them too much problems. Now I think she was just lazy to call them for an approval because the Firestone down the street took me. She even had the nerve to tell me the dude that scheduled me was new. She straight up lied and I even took off work. Huge inconvenience and horrible services

I'm happy with the service I received at this Firestone location. I was in need of a wheel alignment and I spoke to Joe. He was helpful and even answered a few of my unrelated questions about check engine codes and my AC. I arrived at 7am on Monday, and left around 7:35. I'll definitely be back.

I went for a two tire installation and tire rotation (one of my old tires needed to be change- front left) they installed the new two tires and they left the bad one on it. I went back to the shop and they kept saying they did rotate them. Now, I still have to air the same tire (front left) until I buy another new ones.

They installed my air filter upside down. If they can't change an air filter, I'm unable to trust them with the rest of my car. Will not be going here again.

I'm currently sitting in the lobby and had to write this before it slipped my mind.I can't even express how great this place has been. It's about consistency to me and the reps at the front are outstanding! Joe is an example of someone that I wish I had for my business. He's just so easy to get along with and we're talking about issues that I'm having with my vehicle. Very informative and straight to the point, communicates in a manor that makes me feel like we've known one another for years. So grateful for service like this, it's rare IMO. I hope he knows how appreciative people are of him, such an asset to the company.

My go to place for all car related problems. We had a noise complaint and asked them to check it out. Turned out to be much bigger problem than anticipated. They were thorough and got the job done in an expedited manner as we had to leave town at a certain time. They were very honest up front that more work was required and to bring the car back for further work.In general, I have had very good experience with them for any issue, small or big and pretty much go to them by default.Can get busy. Better to call ahead and book a time. The mechanic came out to talk to me personally and explain what was done. (probably because he had never seen a car so badly maintained!!!) Great and friendly staff!!Service: Brake service & repair

Always our go-to for any repairs! In the 5 years we have been going to this Firestone location, we have never been disappointed. We know we can depend on them to be honest about what needs to be done (or not done) and that the work we do need will be done right.
