I was a little upset because I had to wait in line longer than I thought, but when I pulled up the tech Brody was so cheerful and happy and helpful it was hard to stay mad. Once I got in the bay he was quick and efficient. I also want to add that my husband and I go to this location a lot and this was the first time I had to wait more than 10-15 minutes so I really shouldn t have been upset. I just had a lot of errands to run and time was not on my side that day. They always do a great job and we will continue to use and support them.

I went today to express oil change to get my first oil change in my new used Tiguan. I was approached by a technician named Ben and he politely greeted me and informed me if their policies and guided me to an oil bay. I was offered to stay in my vehicle which was very convenient since I had my daughter with me. Throughout the process Ben was courteous and professional. I was shown that my oil plug was stripped since it was plastic and that it be good idea to get a new one. Ben went over the different recommendations and saw I had a screw in my tire that couldn't be patched . He called over the manager Bobby and he offered to get me a quote for some new tires. By the time Ben finished the oil change Bobby was back with the estimate which in all took about 10-12 minutes. These guys very professional and willing to explain different questions to me in a manner that gave me the power to choose what to do. They were not forceful about anything. I highly recommend to anyone in Cedar Park area to go see these guys. They even have a full mechanical side in case of major things. I will definitely be back.

I recommend this place for great car services. Everyone is knowledgeable about their tasks. Very informative technicians, fast oil changes, affordable pricing. I ve been coming here for years and I will continue getting my car serviced with these guys. Thank you and I appreciate you all.

Love this place! I have been using them for years and have never had a bad service. Knowledgeable people, great customer service and always willing to go the extra step. As a female who doesn t know cars well, they have always treated me with the most respect. Ladies they are the place to take your car to!

The Auto Tech s go above and beyond at this location. Jaydon was our Tech during our last visit and gave us our greatest experience yet. We needed a cabin filter along with our oil change and as soon as Jaydon realized there was not a cabin filter in stock at that location, he ran across the street to pick an air filter up, then came right back to install it. Huge thank you to Express Oil Change for always providing excellent service. See you in 3,000!

I recently had my brakes done, and it was top notch service. Everything was done in such a timely manner and explained completely to me. The entire staff was incredible friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This team has always been honest and professional! I really appreciate seeing the same faces here for as long as we have been coming, 11 years. Prices are affordable and never any pressure - just recommendations - and that is sometimes! We highly recommend coming here for your auto needs!

There's no signs or anything that tell you where to go when you get there, so I just kind of pulled up. There we a couple cars already inside and guy came out pretty quickly. I said I need an oil change and an inspection. Very gruffly he said "pull up behind the van and stay in your vehicle" and that was all he said as he walked away. So i pulled up behind a parked van in front of me and i waited. and waited. and waited. about 30 minutes i sat there confused about what was even going on while i watched 5 or so vehicles pull up behind me and be directed into service bays for their oil changes. i was confused about how long i needed to wait, and why other cars were getting serviced while i stared at the '10 minute oil change' signs. Eventually the van was pulled in and there was a tiny sign in front of it that said 'park here for state inspections.' so i guess those take longer, again i still don't even know. at this point i've still had no communication so i chose to leave. i drove 1/2 mile straight down the road to the inspection sticker place and i was in and out in 10 minutes with lovely service. i don't see myself returning here for any reason. maybe if you just need an oil change they are better but i couldn't tell you because no one spoke to me outside of that first man's 5 words.

They charged a reasonable price $80 for an oil change and filter with top off fluids (which I don't even know if they did) and they checked my air filter. The bad is first I guess they "free hand" pouring oil because they managed to get it all over the top of my engine and somehow about 8-10 inches away ontop of my air filter cover and were my cars hood latch is. I guess they don't have funnels or something and free hand pouring it and get it all over your engine covers and some of my wires. Secondly they only filled it to be barely touching the minimum line, I have to go and get more oil to at least be in the middle, they said they poured the required amount by manufacturer but I don't believe them. I usually do oil changes myself and I thought for once I won't do it this time and have them do it because they charged a reasonable amount. Seems I regret it and just should have done it myself. The images show it AFTER I already tried to wipe it and clean it. You can still see the residual marks.

Terrible service. I brought my 39 Chevy for an oil change. The kid said that the manager said to bring my own oil and filter and they would do it. Waited for 30 minutes while the manager walked right in front of me with his pringles not doing anything at all. They finally pulled my car into the bay, and then the kid that was helping me went to lunch. So then they left me sitting there another a few minutes, so I just jumped in my car and got out of there.

i had a great experience with ben and express oil this morning. i came in for a simple oil change as a new customer. i was in and out in 15 mins! ben also inspected several other components of my vehicle and made recommendations. i elected to wait on the recommended maintenance items but was provided a list and a coupon for when i want to return to have some filters replaced. i recommend this shop and will be returning for sure.

We have been coming to this location since 2011! Bobby and his professional team have always been honest and true in service. There are guys that have been working here for years and some that have had moved on with promotions. If that doesn t tell you then . This is THE place to go for your vehicle maintenance!

These guys are great......I always feel like I stepped back in time because their service is superb! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and they are not pushy at all on recommendations. You can tell a great place to work too when you see the same people working there for a long time. We take all of our, and our kids vehicles here! New manager is garbage, broke a Reservoir on my vehicle and denied it, poor communication skills on what he has working and available in his shop. Doesn t keep up with what tools that work or are broken for work for special request maintenance ( like anti freeze flushes) even though i asked over the phone multiple times. Been using them for 8 years. What s a shame.UPDATE AS OF 11/16/23THEY IN FACT DID NOT LOOK INTO THIS NOT CONTACT ME FOR A RESOLVE.

2022-Apr-06Friendly staff was quick about the oil change.They struck a nice balance between showing all the services and upsells that they offer without being pushy or high pressure. Not even the appearance of pressure.The stay-in-car oil change experience this franchise uses (like Take5 and Valvoline) is certainly my preference. It feels like there is less opportunities for shenanigans or fraud when customers have nothing better to do than watch every move the technicians make.It s certainly a great touch when the oil change is done and the tech shows your dipstick at the driver window with fresh honey-colored oil up to the max level line. No faking that.The cabin air filter offered was certainly less than OEM quality (about half the pleats = half the filter media) but it was convenient so I bought it.Overall communication was great, the techs were cheerful but professionalWorking conditions seemed efficient but relaxed pace. Techs couldn t be too miserable at the job because they were smiling among themselves.

Shane and his team are TOP GUN when it comes to caring for your vehicle! I live in Virginia and my family is here in Texas. When I make the visit to see them I make sure I take my daughter s vehicle to Express Oil Change for routine servicing as you should take your vehicle as well for a great Customer Service Experience!! My car's engine was missing badly. I drove into this place because I saw a sign that said Auto Repair. Mike was quick to identify the problem and I was able to get it fixed immediately. They are professional, courteous and quick. I will be back.

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is my go-to for oil changes and light service work. While they might not be the "cheapest" they are the best! Very professional, quality work and supplies, and they're friendly too. Also I LOVE that I can just sit and wait in my car while they do an oil change. No heading into a cramped waiting area with awful coffee lol.
