I called Caliber Collision last minute this morning after noticing that my front bumper was coming off. Cody told me that they only take appointments but asked me to come in anyway because he didn't want me to drive around with a messed up bumper. I arrived and sure enough, Cody helped me out right on the spot where my car was parked. I was beyond appreciative of his generosity, thoughtfulness, and kindness. This speaks to the type of service Caliber Collision has and I'm fortunate to have used their services. They have earned my highest recommendation and I know where I am returning to next for autobody work!

I want to thank the team at Caliber Collision Cedar Park for taking such great care of my car. The communication from Cody and Nick was top notch and they helped to make a difficult process go very smooth. I can not thank these two guys enough. If the customer service and attention that these two gentlemen showed wasn t enough, they even delivered my car to me when it was ready. Give them a call if you are in need of auto body work, you won t be disappointed.

As always, Caliber Collision delivers excellent work and detailed, friendly communication regarding all aspects of the repair. UPDATE: I took my car to Caliber again, after my car was hit in a restaurant parking lot so I am updating this review to praise Caliber with another 5 star performance and communication by Nick. I am also writing to address the recent negative review, which appears to be completely incongruent with the numerous commendable testimonials and my personal encounters with Nick and the Caliber team. Nick consistently communicates progress through both text and calls, the receptionist demonstrates extensive tenure, attesting to her seasoned presence. Furthermore, the caliber of their work is consistently superior. Nick exhibits politeness and meticulousness in explaining repairs, providing comprehensive details on costs, anticipated completion times, and any potential delays. For these reasons my insurance company and I wholeheartedly recommend the Caliber team and Nick for excellent skills, timely communication and quality repairs.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

The work on my car was OK but the service follow up is awful. I have been trying to get a failed clip on my front bumper replaced for several months. They don't answer their phones (a recorded message would be a plus) and don't return calls even if you do get a live person. I will try hard to avoid this place in the future.

Myself and my insurance called many locations near my home to see which location could take my vehicle immediately. I ended up taking my car into the Bell location in Cedar Park, Texas as this location said they could get to asap. The storage facility dropped my vehicle off to Caliber on 1/4/2024, then the following Tuesday 1/9/2024, I signed documents to approve their work and get them started on my vehicle. I was quoted 10-14 days for my repair.Towards the end of the January I called to get an update, as it was passed 14 days. I called in and the person handling my vehicle, Nick, gave me several excuses, and promised to call me that afternoon or the next day with an update. He didn't.The following week I called again to get an update and Nick said he would call me back in five minutes. He didn't.I called again a few days later and called him out on his lack of communication. We were well into February and he literally has ZERO knowledge of my vehicle. It was truly astonishing. Nor did he show any effort in trying and help figure out a ballpark date of completion. His ability to not give a hoot is disturbing for a service position. I mean, why do you even work in a job that you clearly aren't happy in?When I spoke with my insurance adjuster, He told me when he spoke to Nick, that he said I didn't approve the scope until Jan 26. This is FALSE. I signed Jan 9 and I have proof. So I reported this location to the board of insurance and they are not being truthful and causing additional damages. This lie was told because they hadn't started my vehicle and made this up to get by. It caused my insurance company to have to suck up the bill for my rental car to be extended, again and again. This is horrible business ethics. Then we also received several excuses of my vehicles needing parts and so they were waiting on parts and then they needed to contact the parts person....blah blah blah. And to top it off, I called and asked to speak with a manager on Feb 20 and the new girl gets on the phone. She too takes ZERO responsibility for my vehicle taking way too long. Ha! I guess they all are taught from the top. She is not different. She said she would call me that afternoon and she never did. Even though she said she was on it. The only thing she's on is the excuse-train with Nick - CHOO CHOO!!!My car is also out of tolerance. Ford's tolerance is 1/8 and my car has a gap of 1/4. Nick said no it's not, we aren't fixing that. I mean, just zero attempt at being helpful in any way. My husband just finally had to just shake his hand and walk away or he was going to lose his head. It was incredibly hard to deal with such ignorance and a person with such disdain for his job.So in the entirety of the nearly 2 months (49 days) my vehicle was in their facility, I received ZERO update phone calls from them. The ONE and ONLY call I received from them was the call at nearly 5pm that my vehicle was ready.Do not use this location. It's a complete cluster. They deserve negative stars.I highly recommend Crash Champions, as they are amazing at updates. My fleet vehicles will never see a Caliber Collision again.

Worst experience with a body shop in my 55 years of life! Had my car for about a month and it still was not fully repaired when completed! USAA recommended them but am turning this body shop into them for horrible service and repair. When I got it out finally, had error messages in my car that were not there when I turned it in. They could not figure out the problem. Would never use them again and warn everyone to stay away from this Cedar Park location! Plus, they still got full payment for their shoddy work.

I don't really know what the procedure is for taking a car apart after an accident, but these guys seem to have done everything right and AAA just are unresponsive. They sent out a quote to my insurance the day after I dropped my car off, but AAA didn't tell me until I called them.Very high repair costs but I don't know enough to say if it's accurate. I wish I got a second opinion before taking it here because I couldn't get the car after it was declared a total loss. They were polite and respectful the entire way through though, even helping me carry my stuff out when I was cleaning out my car. They aren't allowed to do anything like help disassemble a dashcam though, so unfortunately I was forced to leave that behind.

Caliber Collison on Bell Blvd Cedar Park TX performed an excellent job on Mt vehicle body work. Initially I was concerned after reading another customer's derogatory review, wondering if I made a huge mistake selecting thus shop. The Service Coordinator Nick has excellent communication skills. He kept me informed at every phase of the repair from ordering parts y to installation, paint etc. He even had the interior vacuumed giving he vehicle back cleaner than it came in. The entire process was painless, very professional and I highly recommend this shop.As a side note the bad scathing review by the customer (Feb 2024) I really don't understand why other than some people (aka "Karen") are never pleased regardless of impeccable service. W hich is what my experience has been. Impecablw!

I had a truly exceptional experience at this Caliber Collision, making it one of the best ones I've visited in a long time. Lynn, one of their skilled professionals and manager, provided me with outstanding assistance regarding the bodywork my car needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The level of expertise and attention to detail displayed by Lynn and the entire team at this location truly stood out, making my visit a memorable and positive one. I'm genuinely impressed with the fantastic job they did, and I highly recommend this Caliber Collision center to others seeking high-quality service and exceptional craftsmanship for their vehicle repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The quality of repair seemed moderately good at the start. The bumper and obvious parts were replaced and paint seemed nice. However, I am not sure the radiator and other parts are back in proper position. The hood does not quite match up the way it did before. Additionally, when the shop tried to deliver the car after the repair, there was a substantial dried paint drip on the front grill area. Then they took it back to the shop while we were there and tried to buff it down. Finally asking if we were okay with it still being slightly noticeable or if we wanted to be painted again. We asked for it to be painted again and picked it up a few days later and the paint was much better. But there were other issues. I noticed after I picked up the car that front license plate seemed slightly tilted. After removing the plate myself, I found that it had been drilled in the wrong place, missing the predetermined screw locations. There are indentations in the part that show where the screws should go and there is reinforced plastic behind the holes, but the holes drilled by the shop were between 1/8 and 1/4 inch off, making the plate tilted. I re-drilled the two holes myself, but now there are 4 holes hidden under the plate mounts. Even more, we noticed plastic shield covers dragging on the ground under the car while driving the car home. I took the car to a local mechanic and we discovered the under engine shield covers were not reattached properly. Nearly 8 plastic rivets were missing under the radiator area. I purchased rivets at the local auto parts store myself and placed them, but I am still not sure if there are missing shields. My overall satisfaction for this whole experience is not great.

I was nervous about bringing my 14' Toyota Camry Hybrid in for repairs after I had my accident as the cedar park location did have some bad reviews. However, after realizing that many of the bad reviews were over a year old I decided to give them a chance. Stephen and one other (I forget his name) were awesome. Every step was simple, quick and quite efficient. I received an estimate for the repair and scheduled a drop off time for the car. When I dropped off the car, an enterprise rep was right there to drive me to the enterprise location. 5 minutes after arriving at enterprise I had my rental car and was good to go. Throughout the repair process I received automated messages giving me updates on the repair and reminded me of the shops phone number just in case I had specific questions. When the repairs were complete, I received a call letting me know everything was done. Once I had dropped off the rental car at enterprise, an enterprise rep drove me back to the Caliber Collision, I paid the deductible for my insurance and 5 minutes later I had my car back looking good as new. Stephen went over what they had done and before he left to help someone else, made sure he had answered all my questions. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and Caliber Collision did an awesome job keeping me informed and ensuring the whole repair process was transparent. I've attached pictures of before and after. Definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely, do not use the Caliber Collision facility in Waco TX.Cedar Park TX. Location dropped the ball and tried to do a good job, it only took them 6 months to get it done.Pay attention to the details when picking up your vehicle after it has been repaired.Great that you have a warranty, but don t hide behind it. Instead, stand in front of it!Caliber Collision in Waco TX needs a management restructure. They are more concerned with quantity NOT quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to have a fender replaced and the driver s side mirror as well.Caliber Collision did an excellent job fixing these items, and in a very timely manner. And to top it all off, when I got my car back, it looked brand new because I guess in order to make the new fender look like it was always on my car, they blended the paint on my entire vehicle so all the paint matched. My car looks brand new! It s beautiful!I want to thank everyone who worked on my car to repair it and then make it look so beautiful!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I tried my best not to give a bad review but am forced. Maybe this will save somebody! I took my 4 runner in to get rear bumper repaired. Took 3 weeks to get it in and when they finally got it done it was terrible. I swear I've seen 1 day paint for $399 look better. They put aftermarket parts. They redid it and when I went to get it they had forced the center trim on breaking a tad which left a big gap. Also they failed to order the flares and I noticed they twisted off 2 bolts. After another trip they put the new insert fixed the bolts but no flares. After another trip they rushed it thru and only replaced 2 flares and handed me the other 2. So I went home and did the other 2 my self. 6 months later after hearing a rattle for months I crawled under and they failed to put the 5 bottom bolts that hold the bumper cover. Absolutely unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and choose a company that has some kind of quality control. I bet I have more time invested in the trouble & trips than they do in the whole repair!

I brought my vehicle in and they had it fix within the week. Mrs. Lynn has GREAT customer relationship, easy to talk too. She is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to fixing your car. She called me everyday to keep me in the loop of my vehicle. Every aspect of the project. If she s busy she will call you back . Not much of that going around nowadays. Because of her I had a great experience at the Cedar Park location.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

*absolutely DISAPPOINTED with this service at Caliber Collin in Cedar Park. Besides the fact that they did a thorough job fixing damages to my car, their employees are NOT trustworthy. They will take your belongings while you trust them with servicing your vehicle. The waiver you sign regarding that they are not liable for anything if the property is broken into and if things are stolen but I was never notified if my car was broken into and when I went to pick up my vehicle, my Ray Ban sunglasses that were in the holder up along with the case and everything in my center console was gone. That, along with my bible were the only items in my car. But of course no one would steal a bible.I have NEVER ever written a review before, but it s the principle that even though places like Caliber may get the job done, it s the customer service that will determined an establishing relationship as well as recommendations that make it worth your time, trust, and money.

Was told they could not even look at my car for repair since I wasn't planning to go through insurance. Had no suggestions for where to go otherwise or a time frame for when they could look at it in the future.

Use this shop at your own risk. My husband s truck was hit and we took it to Caliber for repair. When we finally got it back his center console had been tossed. He had a flashlight, a lot of change, and a $50 Visa gift card that were all stolen. When we inquired about this we were pointed to their signs saying not responsible for lost or stolen items. We only then learned from the manager that for the month they had our truck it was kept off site and unlocked. Though given the items that weren t taken it seems more likely that an employee stole our things. In any case, be aware that no security measures are taken for your vehicles when you leave it with Caliber.Service: Body & Trim
