Black Optix did such a great job on every level! Walking in, they made it super easy to pick the exact tint I wanted while showing me the different levels of heat resistance I would feel with an awesome display, they had my car finished before half the day was over, the tint just looks phenomenal, and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The best part is that I know if Mother Nature ever comes and messes up my tint, i can go see Jay and the rest of the team and they ll fix it up right away with the warranty! Such a great experience, and I am super thankful for this hard working team!

Booked for tinting front windows in the same day. Work was done quickly and good quality. Price was also good. It is a nice new place with waiting area while your car is getting tinted.

Found black optix tint in cedar park Tx via instagram. I spoke with Jay and he helped me fix the previous tint company's errors. Not only did they offer me better tint they beat the previous company's rate. I looked over to see how they were doing as install had started right away. They took extra step to cover door panel with a protective plastic. I have worked in tint install many years ago. That extra bit of protective measure really impressed me. They have nice clean waiting room and their display of products made me feel more secure of the film I had selected

I got the windows tinted on my brand new Jeep yesterday and Black Optix nailed it! The customer service was great, they kept me informed during the process, the prices were great and they were very professional/knowledgable. The Jeep looks so much more sleek now & l ll definitely be going to them for all my car accessories/upgrades from now on! Thank you so much!

Great service. I had a work truck that needed wrapped and they did a great job. Took a little longer than expected but they communicated with me and kept me updated and I was not concerned about it. Over all great job and a great team Jay has, will definitely be referring any one I know who needs to update their ride to him.
