I went to this location to purchase the light bulb to replace my Nissan Rogue's front right blinker bulb.The Parts Sales Manager Kel O. did an outstanding job. He helped me with the installation even though it was raining outside.Thanks so much Kel.

They were ready to help not just find the windshield wipes I need but they also installed them! A chore I was dreading was so easy and quick. Most importantly, they couldn t have been any nicer!

Tim is the man! I pulled in 30 mins before closing time which I know is SO annoying but Tim helped me out right away and even double checked things for me! 10/10 would recommend!

Nice store with a good selection of everything! My last visit I had the help of one of the managers Renee and let me tell you she was one awesome chick to know her way around cars so well. She had me pop my hood ans she gave it a look over and then crawled under my jeep and even helped me change my wiper blades! Such good customer service!!!

I am a widow and went in to ask about a message on my car. SRX. Cadillac. To replace a battery on my remote. I had no idea what this meant. . A young man with a ponytail was very rude and never really answered my question. He had no personality nor looked up to help me. I asked if someone could help, He Merely said, you ll have to wait in that line to get help. No help finding a battery etc.

Writing this on Dec 26th at 7pm, needed to verify they had some universal spark plug wires. First guy told me they don't have any universal wires so I said look up a early honda civic, then he said we don't have any spark plug wires in stock and actually hung up on me. I found a part number for a duralast plug set that the website said has in stock. The manager on duty then answered the phone I asked f9r some better help without any results. Gave him the part number he Still couldn't figure it out. Offered him the ski number and she said he can't look that up either. All of this is examples of unqualified employees working a job to just get paid rather then actually caring about the customers. Fire them!

Lori and Renee helped me replace my headlight, which was not easy because of the kind of car I have. They did not give up and I truly am appreciative of their time and dedication. They were helpful the moment I walked into the store as well as, knowledgable, answered any questions I had and most of all friendly. I'll def be back for all my auto needs :)

Renee at this location was amazing!!!! Please give her a raise she deserves one! I came in to get nut thingies for my Lincoln MKX and she knew exactly how to help and was really kind and had an amazing attitude! If I need anything else I will return to this location just so I can be helped by her! I live in Steiner ranch which is not close but worth the drive just for her help!!!!!

If I could leave no star I would. Mitch .S in a striped collared shirt looking like a manager was nothing acting like such. He was no help when day prior I called for my alternator and another manager said "No problem bring it in and we can swap it out" I even made sure they had one in stock and they did. Now Mitch .S is lying on the phone to his manager or whoever is above him saying I was not willing to talk to the General Manager when those words never were said from my mouth. I even corrected him and said I never said that 3 times as he continuously lies to who he was on the phone with. He was very disrespectful and rude.

I bought tail light bulbs for my car, Two days later one bulb went out, went back to store told the man who waited on me what happened he said he would refund if it happens again, so I bought more bulbs. Everything was good for about a week then the right bulb went out again. Thinking it was an electrical problem went to the mechanic come to find out I was sold the wrong bulbs twice. Seventy dollars later my expensive tail light now works.

I went in with my alternator that I had struggled trying to get it's pulley nut off myself, they were so kind, attentive, helped me get the old pulley off and even put the new one on! I was so amazed at their service and generosity! I was honestly turned away at a competitor not far away, saying they couldn't help me. They deserved all the stars! My classic car is running because of them today!

Wasn t impressed with my experience at this location. Normally when I go to an Autozone (I have been 3 times this month) I am greeted and assistance is always offered. I don t typically need the assistance, but it s always appreciated that they are there to help. This visit was very different. I was searching for my product which happened to be on a display right in front of their check stand. I didn t necessarily need help (either wise I would have asked for it) but the employees were just standing there at the check stand talking about schedules and overtime. This was fine and didn t bother me too much, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged or just a friendly let us know if you need any help. What really bothered me was that after I checked out and was attempting to leave the store... one of the employees (he appeared to be a manager or shift lead) was literally standing in the out labeled door with the door cracked and he is smoking a cigarette. Maybe go where customers can t see you when you need a smoke break and especially don t stand in the one door where customers are able to exit your establishment smoking a cigarette. I prefer Autozone to other auto parts stores, but I will not be back to this Cedar Park location.

Went there for battery test and after testing the lady said all good. But battery continued to not hold charge for the next one week and I wasted my time driving an hour or two hoping to charge the battery. Finally went to the dealer and he told battery is bad and replaced the battery.
