Ahmed (owner) was very professional cordial and genuine. I wasn't expecting to buy the car of choice (2015 Audi A3) due to the asking price being reasonably fair but he stepped in and negotiated a very good deal that I could not refuse. I was very impressed with this Car Lot and even more with Ahmed. I will definitely go there to buy another car in the near future. Thanks Ahmed for making my Monday!

Thanks to Texas Luxury I got a car within an hour Even with a prior repossession I got a great deal! My payments are 50$ less a month than I asked for and only 48 months note, with a 2 year warranty! Nice Thanks Ahmed. You really helped my little family out, big time.

My daughter and I stopped by to look at cars and Ahmed Butt was extremely honest when asked about which cars that were in our price range would fit her needs. She fell in love with a little Beetle. The buying process was quick and painless, Ahmed was there when we had questions but also gave us space when needed, unlike most salespeople who hover and hound you to force the sale. We noticed a couple small issues after purchasing and Ahmed met me the next day and more than handled our issues which he absolutely did not have to.

Do NOT do it! Bought a car that s spent more time in the shop than on the road. Thousands of dollars lost. Biggest scam ever. The one year warranty through secure one is useless. Do not waste your time or money!Update: had to replace the whole engine. The WHOLE engine. Shame on this place. They know what they re doing.

This place is one of the best please to buy a used car at prices are upfront and they will get you rolling they don't sell junk. I was looking to buy a car and passed by this place for years so we decided to stop in looked at a few cars and decided on a 2014 Cadillac SRX. Wife was not real happy with the looks at first but after doing a bit of research we pulled the trigger on this there where a few things wrong with it and told the sales man and when we picked it up all was perfect we did notice one thing when we first view the car it had a back cover and bar but when we go it it did not have it. No big deal all and all this was a very good experience will be definitely ybe back

If you buy a vehicle from these people, don't expect them to fill up the gas tank before you leave. Nope, you'll leave on "E" and they'll tell you where the closest gas station is.

I purchased my vehicle about 3 years ago from Ahmed and everything went well, my payments were reasonable, they worked with me on the price on the car. When I purchased my car I had a great experience and my car is still working well I had no problems with my vehicle. I am about to purchase my second vehicle from here.Please realize these are used cars when they are purchased by the dealer they are only aware of some of the issues with a vehicle. You take a chance when purchasing any used vehicle not just here but any where.

After driving many junky cars in her price range, we purchased my daughters first car from Ahmed. He was honest, kind and helpful. The SUV was nice and has performed well for a year, needing only expected maintenance and minor repairs. She s made multiple trips between Omaha and Texas in the car with no trouble. As a dad, I couldn t be happier and plan to buy another vehicle from Ahmed.

They sold me a lemon! This car needs struts, shocks, brakes, tires, motor mount, tune up, electrical work, body work, a tail & turn signal light, all the fluids flushed, rear wiper, air bag diagnostic, and more. The washer fluid is plugged, I also found out all the interior lights were turned off because the door and interior light comes on anytime the steering wheel shifts hard left. I specifically asked if they knew of anything wrong with it, and they said it only needs a clear coat because it's peeling. If you're a single woman and need an honest salesman/car dealership, then do not go here! EVERYONE HAS BEEN WARNED!UPDATE: Ahmed lied about going 50/50 on repairs. They even tried to keep my car overnight night (leaving me stranded 90 miles from home) after claiming they couldn't even find anything wrong with the car. I've had the car less than two months and have put over $1000 in repairs just to keep it running. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, NOT ONE REPAIR WAS A REPAIR I ORIGINALLY MENTIONED. There is a big difference between purchasing a used car and purchasing a lemon! Just in the last week, the friend of an ex purched a lemon as well, but was able to force them to take it back and return their money.

Kathryn made buying my first car in my name such a breeze ! she is so honest and genuine, this is not just a sale for her she really helps you like a close friend. although my credit was not the best they were all so patient and made sure that they did everything they could to make sure i got an amazing car. they are very reputable and really get down to the nitty gritty on checking and fixing the cars up to par to sell. not to mention the selection is pretty luxurious. so yes i definitely recommend !!! Also Owner is amazing! The sweetest

I purchased a vehicle from Texas Luxury Auto it is a nice vehicle but extremely over priced. Ahmed wouldn t negotiate the price of the vehicle he assured me the vehicle was worth the asking price, 3 months later I tried to refinance with two other finance companies to lower my interest rate. That s when I found out the the vehicle was $3000-$4000 upside down. I was very disappointed because I trust Ahmed he told me the vehicle was a good deal for price they wanted for the car. I don t like doing business with dishonest people.

Bill and Ahmad were amazing with pricing, knowledge, professional customer service. Their cars are top of line and they are not like normal used car places that just charge high prices for a junk car. I love my cars that I bought and the prices were perfect. It s was fast, convenient, and felt like family. You guys are the best and will definitely return for future car purchases. If you want a great car at a more than affordable price, go visit the guys at Texas Luxury Auto in Cedar Hill. One of the most valuable parts of the experience is the honesty you get from everyone there. I was so comfortable with my experience there that I sent my baby sister a month later to get her own car. Highly recommend doing business with these guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would. While they are nice people, they disguised the many problems in the vehicle I bought so that I wouldn't notice when I test drove. 2 weeks after buying the truck I had to get the whole front end redone due to bad ball joints and control arms. The mechanic on the job said it was obvious they put grease in the joints to silence the squeaking and there is no way they didn't know it was a problem. Add to that a bad catalytic converter, wrong spark plugs, bad ignition coils, and it's been 4 months and they still can't get my plates to me after multiple phone calls. Awful service.
