Always great service!!! I've come here 3 times and everytime very consistent service. This time they had treats for my dog. Not only does the manager (Richard) make sure every customer is attended to within the first minute of being there they have water in hand. Everyone is well-trained everyone was super nice from what I saw with interactions with other customers. Great place to go! I will be back!

I took my car in for a state inspection today and I was greeted in the parking lot by a friendly technician with a bottle of cool water. He answered all my questions and said it would just be a few minutes. In a few minutes another technician came out and went through some of the functions of my car to see if it worked; headlights, blinkers, brake lights, horn etc. I then pulled around to get the diagnostic test. I was offered another bottle of cool water which was nice It was a speedy seamless and super friendly experience for me. I can't believe the customer service - it's absolutely over the top these guys were so nice and courteous. The price was right too. I would definitely recommend them. I have never gotten an oil change there but will probably go next time.

The service here was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. The young men that serviced my vehicle were all patient, understanding and very well mannered. I have always been one to only use the dealership for any maintenance when it came to my Jeep, but the level of customer service that I received made me realize that from now on all of my oil changes will be done here. Thank you Take 5 Oil Change for giving outstanding service.

Friendly and efficient service very transparent with their service, they d shown me my clean and new oil and explained the process and purposes of the new oil selection even gave me a nice cool water while I waited !

The prices at this place is terrible.. they give inflation a whole new meaning... I do like the service but they charge way too much.. you still have Mom and Pop shops around here in the Cedar Hill area doing oil changes for $60....why are they charging $100 or more?... I think I got my oil changed there for the last time.

I wanted to share that this location provides remarkable service. It lives up to name. I had the pleasure to have Brandon greeting me in a friendly and professional manner. He was responsive to my questions. He and the team serviced my car efficiently and appear to enjoy working together. They consistently provide top level customer care.

Excellent customer service. They offer a cold bottle of water upon arriving. Professionalism at its best. I remained in my vehicle. They top off your oil at the half way mark. The sticker provided informs the drivers when that time is reached.

I've been here many times, but first time reviewing. These guys are great, they work hard and are very kind. I almost went to another location closer but I decided to turn around because of the consistent service I get here

3rd time getting oil change done. Awesome service. Hugo was quick and had enough time to chat about cars in between service. Highly recommend getting your services done from this specific Take 5.

I have never had any issues at all with Take 5. I have been going to them for years in Duncanville before they move into Cedar Hill. I love when you first drive up, the workers have a bottle of water in hand ready to offer it to you. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. There is never a long wait and I have referred them to a lot of people.

Absolutely incredible! I m not sure their names (visit was 1/18/24 about 10:30am) but great experience. I hope they are there on my future visits!!! Quick service, approached me as soon as I pulled in (didn t have to wave anyone down), clearly were double checking their work/communication (verifying they heard the right oil (or something) and a few other times, and last but not least they were super friendly and easy to talk to. Felt like my friends were changing my oil. Loved my visit!!!

Hugo was my service tech, and he was very polite and professional, and greeted me with a smile. Also, the lead Tech came over and introduced himself and asked if everything went OK. What more could I ask? Very happy to give THIS LOCATION my business. The location in on Wheatland Duncanville is terrible, terrible terrible!!! It was fine when the manager was Mike years ago and then recently for a short period but I ll never go back in that location until it improves

Best experience! They gave a great impression from the first moment I pulled up. A worker came up and immediately handed me a bottled water and asked what I needed done. The service was fast and professional. I will definitely be going back for any of my car needs.

Kind, courteous, offered water before and after, moved in tandem swiftly, checked my filters... even the cabin filter, made maintenance suggestions, asked of I wanted the same oil treatment, told me the cost and verified with me.

I will be back. Customer service was professional and very quick. I went in for a state inspection and was impressed that it was all done while I stayed in the car. They informed me about a promotion that was running, but was not in any way pressuring me to buy in. I recommend this company.

They try and upsell everything. They almost got me today trying to sell me an oil change for $190 crazy. Air filter for $75. You have to watch them. I had to ask for a tire check, and it's part of the oil change. The manager was very courteous. Brought me a cold water while I waited in line. If the guys don't feel to dealing with customers maybe they should make them not talk with people. Very rude.

I usually come here all the time but as of yesterday when I came the guy helping me had a poor attitude and deposition about hisself. He act like he didn t want my husband telling him anything about my car on speaker phone. My husband was making sure I was getting the right grade of oil. The guy was very mean and answered back negative. Then he said rudely do your husband know you have a transmission leak and an oil leak too I said no.My husband asked where is it coming from and he said I don t know it s just a lot pouring on the ground and I said okay. I went straight to mechanic and he looked right away and told me the transmission fluid level was fine and of course oil level was good. No leak. But I will also get a second mechanic to look also. But their rude well this particular guy was rude at Take 5. Not all of them. But because of him I m not going back anymore after these many years.
