Great service!! Mr. Dash has been very helpful to me. I appreciate his attention to help me getting my issue resolved. I went for inspection and it didn t pass the first time so he told what needed to be done and me some things to try and let me come back multiple times without charging me extra. I so appreciate that. They do more than inspections so if you need your car worked on I would suggest this Quality Auto Care business. It means a lot to meet someone in auto care not looking to get over on you and is helpful.

Don't Go! Untrustworthy!!!my 3yrs old car A/C was working perfectly fine before taking to the shop.... afterwards it stop working, owner tried to charge 200 extra dollars to fix something that they broke...Owner said he fix the coolant leak but lied. Coolant light still pop up.. I guess my 1500 dollars wasn't good enough to be fix correctly.... Went back within 48hrs and Mr. Jamal said wasn't his fault SMFH

Dash was really helpful in doing my inspection. When I went the first time, it turned out at the registration office that it was one day too early. He didn t charge me again for the second time and was very understanding. I will definitely keep taking all my vehicles there for inspections.

I've been visiting Quality Auto Care since I got my first car. Jamal is like the "mechanic Uncle" for me and my family. He is compassionate, professional, and intentional about the work he does. I always remember to practice patience when visiting because automotive repair isn't always a breeze both during the process and with the pocketbook. Onward and upward for this team!

Jamal has serviced my father's cars, my grand mother's cars and my own cars for the last 20 yrs. I appreciate his honesty,he gives a fair price, and the people who work for him have always been great. I've never had any issues here. My dad had so much respect for him so I love being able to take my car to jamal I know I wont be overcharged and I know my problem will be solved. I've had to get transmission jobs down to oil changes, hes worth checking out if your a single woman and get a run around or get over charged for things, they are honest and handle business. Definitely worth checking out! Highly recommended.

Strongly recommend this business. I relocated from California and had my vehicle shipped to the area. With intentions of registering my vehicle the next day, my check engine light came on and my vehicle lost power. Not knowing anyone or mechanic in the area, I arrived at the business without an appointment. Not only did Jamal take my vehicle, he personally inspected and found the problem, ordered the (hard to find)parts and fixed the issues. He also updated me on the status and price throughout the day. In the end he fixed my vehicle, completed my inspection the same day. His prices were BEYOND reasonable. If you need quality service and a good and fair mechanic look no further. Quality Care and Jamal now have a new and loyal customer. Thanks again....

I came to get an inspection and Dash was very polite and helpful. Everything was very fast and I was in and out. I would recommend anyone needing auto care services come here, excellent customer service!

The name says it all. These guys won't rip you off and they'll give you service with a reasonable price. I had called around to see how much it'd be for somebody to put in a passenger headlight bulb (I had already purchased the bulb) and i was getting quoted outrageous, ripping you off prices. Pep boys wanted $60!! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and it was only $20. So glad I was recommended this place! Honest and reliable!! Don't let the outside fool you!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Since this new place was very close to home in Everman Area. I decided to give them a try. My car passed inspection but then a man stated he will not pass unless I pay for some windshield wipers and removed them. Then, noticed I had a piece missing from one wiper and rudely tried to offer me to buy their own windshield wipers. So I said NO decided to take my business elsewhere. He tried to still charge me 24.99 and refused to put back on my wipers. I had no paperwork or no service done. I owe NOTHING!! Obviously he doesn t know the no pass no pay!! Finally able to get my wipers put back on and left right away. Sadly Poor customer service and maybe if it was a different approach about selling products instead of blackmailing people for some service. This place won t last long either!!

I ve been sitting here parked waiting for my car to get serviced and these guys are just looking at me. No one asked if I was helped, if I needed help or what s the problem. I m actually still sitting here waiting for at least someone to help me with a flat tire. I e been her 30 min what am I supposed to do. I do not recommend this shop for colored people.

I have used this place several times for my daughter for upkeep on her 2004 car for travel to and from college. All repairs have been significantly cheaper and they even let us but our own parts. Jamal has been nice to us and we are people of color (in regards to other review regarding racism). My daughter is a junior in college now and the car is still rolling.

The owner Jamal is the most rudest unprofessional person I've ever paid my money to. I do not recommend this auto service shop. He talks to you as the customer with little respect, he never owns up to his mistakes. The mechanics are no better. No respect and professionalism with customers.

I first went to Cedar Hill Lube Center I first asked what the price was and to my surprise they were trying to charge me $65.xx just for the oil change. I don't know if they thought I didn't know anything about the pricing but never going there again so I went on my way and found the next place! This place Quality Auto Care this place was way cheaper than the later that tried to over charge me! They only charged me $25.xx for my oil change and $25.50 for my inspection definitely going again. I do recommend Quality Auto Care fast and friendly!

One of the most racist places I have ever been. They don't like people of color. Jamal the owner told an elderly woman of color to take her car to another place if she's in a rush. All she did was as him a question. They put too much oil in my car for the second time, and got mad when I brought it to his attention. I was told not to bring my car back#@owner God doesn't like ulgy no matter what God you serve#

For one the unprofessional especiallySo-called owner Jamal charge me for a state inspection told me it was gonna be 20 to 25 an hour text and I m charging me $30Just because I have one fuse that was blown so with that being said he still charge me and took my money even though he knew my inspection FailedWhen he was running to testI recommend nobody to go there for any kind of service I need to close the place down very professional and I always change in prices and getting over on people each worker has a different price for anything

FYI: customers I worked half a day for this guy he not what you if he is, my opinion. The guy who change oil can'tTell you if the oil is 5W or 10W, all he knows is to remove oil plug, change oilFilter, top off dip stick, don't inspect brakes, shocks, driveline, front or rear suspension, or ck for any leaks. As in Auto repair you get what you pay for.P.S. I don't get payed for working the half a day.
