Gabe was so helpful in working with me to create a custom paint job for my triumph speed twin 1200 motorcycle gas tank. My thoughts on design were brought to reality and the communication. Timeline and overall quality was worth every penny. HIGHLY Recommend From a very picky consumer.

I highly recommend going with Gabe at Proper Moto. The process from start to finish could not have been more smooth. He was very communicative, helpful and responsive. He was able to find the paint I was looking for despite me not having a paint code to provide. I couldn t have been happier with the end result. 10/10. I will be back should I require any more paint projects.

Special thanks to Gabe @ Proper Autobody! My Mercedes GLA 250 looks good as new! The quote was fair and the repairs we're done when he said they would be. Not a day late! Gabe made sure to communicate everything with me from beginning to end. Very professional and comforting service ! I had no doubt that my bunny(yes my car has a name) was in good hands! If you need body/collision work/repair on your foreign or domestic car I recommend you give Proper Autobody your business!!!

I wish I could recommend Proper more. Gabe was an amazing resource and educated me on my rights as a consumer when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. He fought for me and partnered to make sure the car was finished to OEM standard.The work on my car is impeccable and looks even better than when it came in. I seriously cannot recommend them enough.

There's a reason why Proper Autobody has a 5 Star rating. Their work speaks for itself! Gabe communicated well throughout the entire process as I had what I believe to be different circumstances than a typical body repair job. If you want the repair done right, Proper Autobody is where you should go.

Gabe has done body work, paint, repairs and maintenance on all my motorcycles and vehicles for years. There is no one I trust more for timely and affordable work. When needed he will send a truck to tow to his shop. I d highly recommend using Proper.

I can t say enough good things about Gabe and his crew! They were the only ones who would look at and work on my old 91 FJ80 Land Cruiser! Most shops said no without looking. Gabe was such a professional on every aspect of the fix! SUPER HAPPY! Will be using him again!

Gabe did a phenomenal job with the paint work on my motorcycle. We discussed my vision and he executed beyond my wildest dreams! I received update photos and could tell by the prep work that the finished product would be amazing. The quality of work is exceptional and the attention to detail is purely flawless. Gabe went above and beyond fixing my Jetta after a wreck. I m not a car person and it was clear that he cared more about the quality of the work than I did. A true craftsman. He went out of his way to make sure my car had the best possible parts. The car looked great when he was done. Also my insurance company was awful throughout the whole process and he did a great job navigating that and making sure I was taken care of. I would absolutely recommend his shop to anyone. I needed a shop that had experience in welding roll cages so I can take my car and have the side bars welded on to my bolt on roll cage. Proper automotive did just that. I recently wrecked my truck. The wrecker driver recommended Proper Automotive in Cedar Hill. He said they did great work so I had him take it there.I took a number of pictures for the "virtual" damage adjuster and received an estimate of about $2,600. Ha! No big deal. But then Gabe and his people took a closer look and found that the frame was bent in several places. He sent an updated estimate with pictures to my insurance company and, sure enough, my truck was totaled.From that point on, Gabe helped me work with the insurance adjuster and get the claim settled. He knew exactly what the process was and let me know what to expect every step of the way. He really knows his business.I got a new truck shortly thereafter and took it to Proper Automotive to have some modifications done to it. They did great work, in less time than I imagined and at a price well below what I expected.So I have now found a great repair facility and will never take my vehicle to anyone else.Thanks to Gabe and Tristen for your help, your expertise and your friendship!

This place did a fantastic job on my vehicle. We were in a hailstorm the previous year and we took our car to get an estimate and return to have the damages fixed. Gab was very responsive and gave us great customer service. He gave updates on my vehicle throughout the whole process.

I wanted to find a local collision shop to get an estimate for repairs. I contacted Proper Automotive, spoke with Gabe about getting an estimate to fix my husband truck. He was very professional and within a few hours I had an estimate. We submitted the information to the insurance company and by the end of the week I was dropping the truck off for repairs. During an arctic winter storm Gabe completed the repairs. Our truck looks amazing. We will definitely be using and recommending for future needs. Gabe is the best he explained every step beginning to end. He just completed my 2018 F150 that was wrecked by a trash truck. I highly recommend this shop especially for insurance claims. So far so good. We have a vehicle there and let me say that Gabe is phenomenal! His communication is clear and he takes action. Any questions are answered and I can't wait to see the final result. Soon after...I will have him look at my Infinity for some body work. It is rare to find someone at a great shop that also has great service and excellent communication.

I have an 2018 Ford Transit with a big a big dent on the roof. A damage floor from removing old flooring. Also have a very industrial looking running boards.I called Gabe and set an appointment for an estimate, we meet the next day and started working on teh van the following Monday.Gabe and his team did a GREAT job and finished as promised.The price seems very reasonable.I will not look any where else if I need any of may cars need any body work.Thanks Gabe.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my truck in for a minor dent. I had never really been thru this experience and Gabe took care of me. He walked me thru the process and even dealt with my insurance company who were being a pain. Got my truck back and it looks amazing. They even detailed it before I picked it up. Gabe goes above and beyond to keep the customer happy. Gabe and his wife Jill were the best. I met Jill through the marketplace and she gave me her husbands shop info bc I needed to get my front end fixed through insurance. I called him and he was immediately a familiar sounds. He assured me of all the things he was doing, how the insurance works and guided me in the right direction as to what I should expect from my insurance company as well.He uses quality products and follows all necessary guidelines to fix the job properly and efficiently.He drove me to enterprise to pick up rental. He offered to come get me from enterprise when the job was done.I even opted to have him fix a really bad door ding that was unrelated to the insurance claim. You can t even tell where it was! It was perfect!He s very knowledgeable about all things car related- so just the simple questions I had about the mechanics of my car he answered effortlessly too.I ll definitely come back if I need more work done to my car.Thank you so much. It was such an easy and great experience, finally.

Most body shops would not take on the work required for my old muscle car. But these guys did! My car needed various major and minor repairs all over and when Proper Autobody was finished, it was flawless! The quote given to me by Gabe at the beginning was the same amount in the end. My family has taken 4 vehicles to Proper Automotive and we were 100% satisfied with the results. Gabe worked with insurance to make sure everything was covered. He delivered in timeframe promised. Each vehicle looked brand new when we got them back. He worked on a truck for my son a car twice for my mom and another car. We will definitely take all our business to Proper Automotive.
