Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I experienced a level of customer service that is rare these days but very much needed. To them they were just doing their job but to me they did so much more!

They had the 12 point star tools in stock that competitors had to order. My car was already dismantled, so this was a great save. Their price was also lower, which made it even better! Finished the repair and avoided leaving car on stands overnight! Thanks, O'Reilly.

I went to the location at 537 Belt Line in Cedar Hill around 4:10 today because the DRL message was displayed on my dashboard. I was told by a man with a manager shirt I don t know what that is . Really! I left , went to Kwik Kar a few stores down ( 525 Belt Line ) and the worker replaced the bulb in about 15 minutes. Really poor customer service at this location.

Amazing customer service! Perry was a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. I was there when they had a customer returning an item purchased, he had to go to another location and purchase what he needed in a hurry but they ended up making a mess of his potential return. Not only did they manger walk him through the steps of why they were confused, he refunded him and fixed the account. By far the most pleasant experience! Shout out to Dre as well for helping me out!

Best service! My battery went down they were unable to install battery due to type of car. The team at this location went above and beyond made sure I was able to get back on road to travel to dealership.

Excellent! I was told at the dealership that I needed a new battery. I went to O'Reilly and they tested my battery. It was good and it only had corrosion on one cable. I got it cleaned and I am good.

O'Reilly is terrific. The staff are personable, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure you know what you need and help you save money to get it. Plus they have an inventory that ensures you find things you disnt even know you needed. Go here.

On may 20i called looking for 2 parts the guy that answered the phone said he could get both however he would have to get them shipped from the seagoville Texas store much to My surprise I was only handed one part when I went to pick them up. seems they only had one of the parts I needed the other would have to come from the dealership witch is fine but the guy didn't call me back (and yes he had my name and number)and tell me anything I had to find out about it in the store (SMH).on a good note, the guy who helped me in the store (not the same guy on the phone) got me the number to the closest dealership and the manufacturer part number. He was extremely apologetic and very helpful in making it right well done. Will I do business again yes I like O'Reilly's they just got a few bad apples.

5 years my favorite store because they're always attentive, always friendly and always super helpful. Most auto parts stores are run like the post office. Youve seen it, a long line of customers waiting and waiting with one clerk working while people mill around and walk behind the counter then disappear while you're growing more frustrated with the inefficiency and lack of empathy. NOT this store, they will jump on a register to get you out of there and back on task. Seems like most employes are gear heads or at least DIY mechanics so ther's a ton of readily available knowledge here. Check 'em out!

This is one of the best auto parts store I have ever visited. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and always make sure you have everything you need before you leave the store. They also will go outside to assist if needed. I just love O'Reilly I don't go to AutoZone any longer I notice my parts last longer now when I get them from O'Reilly

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! This by far is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I went into this store to get my battery checked because it was acting up and dying. The first guy came out to test it and before he even pulled out his tools, he was trying to blame the alternator. I told him I already had the alternator replaced and he kept trying to argue with me. Finally he tested it and then he told me it tested good, but gave me no printout. He closed the hood and said, "Sorry it's the alternator". I went back in the store and asked another clerk if they could please charge it. He tried to argue with me then grudgingly got the equipment. As he proceeded to charge an irrate black woman comes yelling out the door saying, "We already told you it's the battery!". I was shocked. Never in my life have I been treated this way by a store associate or manager

Awesome...the sales associate helped with everything I needed. She also asked me if i were a First Responder or if I were a Veteran, to which I am both. Great place with friendly staff and for all your auto needs.

arrived 15 min. before they closed and Ronnie the assist. Manager helped me out. Battery was diei g and needed to be replaced. Autozone wouldn't do it.I am now an O'reillys customer. That's customer service for you.

Great manager was really helpful he even price matched a battery that other competitors were sold out, came in under his cost but because it was the policy he matched the price.
