Ash and his team here are truly amazing. The customer service is top notch. They listen to you when you explain the issue with your vehicle, and they go above and beyond to do everything to ensure your car is fixed and that you leave a very satisfied customer. I have been coming here for all my services on my car and am 100% satisfied every time. Highly recommended if you're looking for honesty, great customer service, and satisfaction.

Got here at 7:53 this morning I was first customer for 4 new tires it s now 2:45 still not completed. They have broken 3 tires sensors and everyone is lost in shop !! Only person that really cares is the lady upfront she is upset it s taken this long . And I m not happy myself. I ve never experienced anything like this in my life !! If you use them for anything you are crazy .Another man has been here for 5 days yes 5 days trying to get the air out of his coolant system . He needs to get to Houston to work he thinks he will lose his job . This place is unreal . I ve hated Firestone centers a lot but never had this experience. Firestone you need to do your research before giving a franchise. They sure messed up on this one !!!Service: Tires

The prices are competitive as the dealer quoted me 3x what Firestone did, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A few months ago, the other shop could not do a front end alignment due to their alignment rack ramp was too high for my son's Nissan 370Z. Surprisingly, they recommended FIRESTONE just across the street from them. I was very fortunate that Firestone was able to do my service request just prior to the lunch hour . I am very satisfied with Firestone professional service, thank you.

Took my car in for a air filter change. Fast service. I was in and out before you know it. My car has body damage. They took a look at the damage and gave me information about getting it fixed. Very nice and friendly people. I will for sure return

Staff here are very knowledgeable in the services they provide. They were able to replace my positive battery terminal clamp with no issue along with providing an outstanding alignment at a great price. Car runs like brand new!

I've been a customer to different Firestone locations and this location has been the best. I bought 4 brand new Falken A/T Tyres, got them installed fast. They also offered a free wheel alignment. Leo was very professional and offered great customer service. I will continue to do business here.

If you're a hard-working person, please don t bring your car here. I usually don't leave reviews even when a business failed me, but I spent over 1k, and the noise was still present; then they said it was the oil timing belt after I was initially told that the first service would fix the issue.

They are honest, 4 tired and a Balance and rotation for a fair price. They did not try to mislead me. We have been using them for about 2 years and I have no complaints.

I was having problems with my wife s 2014 Altima, brought it here and they were able to get me in and fix the issues right away. Very reasonably priced along with great customer service. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied

Mr Ash and his crew took excellent care of my daughter Honda CRV. They went over and beyond to replace things on my daughter car that wasn t covered by warranty and I really appreciate it. Mr Ash was honest and informative every step of the way. Very respectful and friendly shop.

I took my vehicle here for an alignment and had to return it 3 days later because it was still driving bad. While waiting for them to look at my vehicle for the second time three customers came in after recently picking up their cars to say issues were not correct and new problems were showing. Do not recommend this location.

After Discount Tire attempted to claim that all four of my TPMS systems were malfunctioning and proposed a charge of over $300 for their replacement, I turned to Firestone. My vehicle specifically indicated which one was not working, and Firestone efficiently addressed the issue. In less than 35 minutes, Firestone rectified the problem without any additional unnecessary charges, a stark contrast to the experience I had with Discount Tire.

Can t thank Ash & Harvey and the Team at Firestone, Cedar Hill enough. They took great care of my Toyota Camry breaks, struts, new tires. They are so knowledgeable & professional & aim to please their customers. They work in the spirit of excellence & are friendly with a great work ethic. I recommended them to a friend & she was totally satisfied with them & the repair work & price to fix her car. Give them a try!!! I will definitely be returning! Thank you, guys!!!

I had a front end alignment with purchase of 2 new tires, I went back moments later because tire indicator was on. Drive about 30 miles it will reset itself my guy reset it already. Well 2 weeks later and over 100 miles indicator is still on.

Harvey and Ash are awesome!My check engine light came on Saturday. I called and spoke to Harvey who asked if I could bring my car in Monday morning, of course, my response was yes. Monday morning I took the car in, the tech ran the diagnostic and told me what the issue was. Harvey started to call around for the part but was not having any luck locating it from any of the parts stores. I m not sure if it was Harvey or Ash, but one of them called Hyundai to inquire about the part, which was in stock and Ash went to pick it up. I took the car in the next day to have the repair done, only to find out Hyundai had giving Ash the wrong part, Ash drove back to the dealership to pick-up the correct part, my car was fixed and I left a happy camper.My experience was very pleasant and professional and the Cedar Hill location is now my go to location for all my car repair needs.Thank you guys for going above and beyond to get my car repaired.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I worked with Harvey, he was great. The mechanic had my car in and out the time they said it would be. They have only been in Cedar Hill for 4 months and I am so glad to not be driving to the Duncanville location. They even work on motorcycles, yes you heard me, mine is a can am though.
