My 16 year old daughter had her first wreck and we had no idea what to do with getting the car repaired. Sherri and Joe went above and beyond to help us out and make this nightmare as pleasant as possible. Sherri communicated everything to me and constantly kept me informed of what was going on. She talked to Geico directly for us and got approval for additional repair cost needed. Joe did an amazing job on the repair. He showed me the car after he took it apart and explained everything to me in detail. His attention to detail and perfection of work has the car looking better than it did before my daughter wrecked it. Repairs were completed on time just like they originally said they would. I can not say enough about Sherri and Joe and the quality of their work.

Absolutely wonderful!Sherri was such a great person to work with. Not only did they fix my car quickly, Sherri went above and beyond to work with my insurance company. They took time to give me regular updates on the progress and helped me understand every step.I appreciate the attention to detail on the parts used to repair my vehicle. The insurance company recommended sub-standard replacement parts and Dave s Body Shop made sure I received replacement parts that were high quality.They take pride in their work and it really shows.

2024 update: Not sure they're still in business. Haven't returned phone calls or messages in a about a week. Voicemail doesn't mention any vacation.2022: Dave's Body Shop did a great job fixing the hood on my "beater" Focus. Fast service, fair price, and great communication. When the need arises (hopefully nothing soon!), I'll be back! Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

A wonderful surprise. Close to home. Truly family owned. 30 years plus in business. Honest appraisal of damage to my car. Did not charge for use of laser tools to estimate damage. One shop that truly gives a free estimate. For a non insurance claim. Another shop added $250. For Laser use. To their estimate, though it claimed it gave free estimates.Finished work product was flawless. Repaired within the 14 day period. Used genuine Subaru parts. Did-not gouge on parts cost.I now found a body shop I trust.

My daughter was recently in her first accident and I decided to take her car to Dave's, which I've used in a previous accident years ago. I don't recall the previous owners (family owned), but I couldn't have picked a better place to take my vehicle. Sherri and Joe were very welcoming and informative. We chatted on numerous items. Whatever issues that came up, whether it was related to parts or insurance, they worked on my behalf to do what they could. I can't be any more happier with the service and work they provided. I would definitely recommend Dave's to anyone that needs auto body repair.

Sherri and Dave are just great. Both great professionals. We took our car there after an accident, they worked with the insurance company, helped us get a rental, were always available to talk or meet. They even left an event early so I can pick up my car from the shop when it was done. I absolutely recommend this shop. You will not be disappointed. The car looked brand new. They will fight for you! Keep up the great work!

My daughter's Honda Insight was damaged in our driveway resulting in significant damage to the left rear quarter panel. We took it to Daves for an estimate and decided to have them do the repair work. Joe and Sherri are very nice people and a joy to work with. They worked with us to get the repair work done while my daughter was on Christmas break (she is a teacher). They gave us a start day when we dropped off the car and completed the work on the date promised. Even washed the car before she picked it up. .The repair work is very well done and impossible to see. Looks good as new. Painting and pin striping blend in perfectly. Very professional work. Recommend this shop.

My son s car was recently rear-ended. Sherri was very easy to work with. They were extremely flexible with working with our schedule. Sherri provided updates on a regular basis. She worked with the at fault insurance to cover all the needed parts and labor that were not included in the insurance s original estimate and check they provided. We re very pleased with the finished results and very happy to have found Dave s Body Shop.

I could not have possibly had a better experience! Sherri and Joe were absolutely amazing to work with, to say the least. They went above and beyond in every possible aspect. Joe's quality of work literally blew me away, and I'm a perfectionist mechanic myself! Sherri fought for me with my insurance company at every turn. (a VERY well known and reputable company) I have a very rare car, and I wanted things done right. I love my car, and it's a long term project. I didn't want corners cut, especially paying out of pocket for extra work I had done. The repair was top notch, and at an extremely fair price. I will only take my cars to them from now on, and will happily refer anyone to them. It's so very rare these days to find a company in any business to be so honest and customer service oriented. Then add in Joe's level of work, and I can't think of a more perfect situation. They now have another customer for life! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

Took my daughters car to Dave's after she got rear ended and the insurance paid me with a check. Not only did they fix her car for the amount they paid but they also repaired an extra door, buffed out a fender and painted the posts between the windows that was peeling which was not part of the deal at no extra cost. They did a fantastic job and my daughter and myself are extremely pleased with the work they did, her car looks better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend them for all your auto body needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Daves Body Shop! The owners went way above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle! It's obvious they take personal interest in making sure their customers are pleased with their work. Also, I went to several body shops to get price estimates and they offered more work for a fraction of the cost. This is a small, family-owned business and this couple is the real deal. Their hard work really pays off. I could not be happier with my car! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

If you are in need of auto repair, I would definitely recommend. Sherry was a pleasure to work with. She communicated very well and often. Ever since management changed a few years ago, Daves Body Shop has surpassed the level of customer service that I expect in a collision repair center. Joe and Sherri are great people, and complete every job efficiently and with the utmost attention to detail. I had my 2011 Scion TC damaged from a nasty hail storm. Joe and Sherri were able to get my dents repaired using paintless technology, and had me in and out in less than a week. Highly Recommended

Amazing service from good people at fair prices, what else can you want? Our 4Runner was in a minor accident and Sherri and Dave had it looking even better than before the wreck while helping us save money where we could but also ensuring that quality parts were used. They were a delight to work with and I will happily bring them our business in the future.

My 2006 Mercedes E350 was rear ended by a big SUV, damaging the trunk, rear bumper, and rear quarter panel. I ve kept the car in pristine condition over the past 7 years, and I m very picky about who works on it. Joe does excellent work, and he brought my car back to showroom new - like it was never damaged. I usually expect car repairs to be time consuming and inconvenient, but Sherri made my life easy by coordinating the insurance and rental car. I ve never had an insurance repair go so smoothly. I got my car back in just a few days and really didn t have to take time out of my busy schedule. I highly recommend Daves Body Shop. Joe and Sherri know how to treat you right.

Just found my new body shop!My 335i BMW was recently struck in an accident and after doing some research I decided to go with Daves Body Shop and im absolutely glad i did. Joe and Sherri treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. They truly treat your car like it was one of their own. That especially made me feel comfortable as my car is my baby. The repairs were top notch and the paint job is absolutely beautiful and deep! They even helped me with my insurance claim after they recieved the wrong part 3 times. Most body shops would just put on the after market junk without questioning the quality, but not Daves! Everything on my car that was repaired is now OEM and NEW!I was very impressed with the overall services and customer care and am already saving funds so Daves can repaint my entire car!

My husband and I went here to get our van fixed back in October 2017. I finally have a moment to write.I would definitely recommend this place to fix you vehicle if you're in need of body repair. They are a small family ran company but they will make you feel very comfortable. They explained and kept me posted through the whole process of my van getting repaired. They verify every item that gets sent to them to make sure it will be a good fit for your vehicle, if it's not they don't take any chances they send it back until it is corrected. My vehicle came back looking like new and I couldn't thank them enough.

Had some hail damage (over 3000 dents!!!) and a full coating of tiny metal flakes that became embedded in my paint after my apartment complex redid the railing; these guys found the fastest way to fix my car CORRECTLY and saved me a bunch on my insurance rates by helping me fix it at a lower price than my insurance estimate!Joe hand sanded and buffed out all the metal shavings, while the office manager Sherri helped me find the perfect PDR tech to fix my hail damage.Thanks to their diligence and willingness to offer suggestions, I didn't have to spend thousands repainting my brand new car. I recommend them to everyone!

I took my daughter's car to Dave's Body Shop to have body work repair. She and I had a very difficult time with her insurance company, but Dave's representative spent time above and beyond what is usually expected to help us get the right price to have my daughter's car repaired. The car was beautiful when we received it. I'm taking my other daughter's car there for repairs also. I highly recommend Dave's Body Shop because of its excellent, friendly, and timely service.

Came to Dave's for an estimate and loved the customer service(after a disappointing experience at another body shop). Decided to use their services and was not disappointed with the repair work done on my Toyota Camry. Sherri kept me updated on their progress and repairs were completed when promised.

After hitting a large object in the freeway, in my Mercedes Benz S65 AMG, I quickly called Joe and Sherry at Dave's Body Shop in Cedar Hill, Tx. I had seen their work before and knew that Dave's was the place for me. From start to finish, they are a class act. They were up front on everything and kept me well informed through out the process. Car was ready when promised and IT LOOKS BRAND NEW. I can't say enough about the quality of Joe's workmanship and Sherry's ability to navigate the claims process with my insurance company. I highly recommend them. Thanks Dave's for making this process as enjoyable as possible.

My wife got into an accident that needed some repair work. Neither of us had ever been in a wreck and had to deal with the car insurance. Luckily, we found Dave's Body Shop. They were so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and explaining everything as we went along and always handling things in a timely manner. They even helped fight for us with the insurance on parts and things like that. I would recommend them over anyone else in the area.

They did a great job fixing the rear quarter panel on my Sierra! Looks like new. They were very friendly, prices were very reasonable, and they kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. Would definitely recommend.

Mrs. Sherry and her husband are the absolute best! They really care about the customer's need. Sooo thankful for them fixing my car! If you're looking for amazing customer service and an affordable price, Dave's Body shop is the place to go hands down!

Yes it took longer than i desired for my car to be repaired... but it was because the owners Dave & Sherry were fighting on my behalf with the insurance company to get OEM parts vs. Remanufactured parts put on my 2015 Taurus with 25k miles. For that reason alone it was worth the extra time. And from the results... time well spent. I would surely recommend them.

My daughters car was recently totaled and the whole process was confusing. We were unfortunately saddled with the other drivers insurance company and they behaved with underhanded ethics. The entire team at Dave's held our hand through the process providing insights to the process that proved very valuable. They had my best interests at heart from the very start of the transaction. In the end they couldn't fix my car but they will be my very first stop if I am ever faced with the need for body work again. Since I have teenage drivers I fear that will be sooner rather later.I state with confidence this team cares about its customers and will do anything they can to get you the best result.

Highly recommend! They are so friendly and work with whatever hours you are available. Did a flawless job! My insurance tried to put used parts but they made sure to fight it and only put the best parts on my car, very thankful for that!!

My experience at Daves Body Shop was amazing! This was my first time having to get body work done on my car and they walked me through the process. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure that I got quality parts and that it was all covered by insurance. This is the only place to go if you need body work!
