Got in a nail in my tire and luckily this place was nearby. It was also raining and I needed new windshield wiper blades. I greeted them and they told me they could get it taken care of however they were short stacked and it might take up to an hour and a half. They would try to get to it as fast as possible. They were able to get the flat patched and replaced my windshield wiper blades in about a half hour.

This place was really helpful when the temps were low and I needed air in my tire. Discount tire was over crowded that day. The worker came out in 12 degree weather to air up all my tires saved me at least an hour.

Took my truck in a few weeks ago for a TPS sensor for the tire, they didn't have the part they had to get it from there warehouse, after there warehouse brought them 2 WRONG sensors I guess they finally got the correct one (atleast I thought). After paying around $140 I left , the tire light still on, Rick says just drive it, maybe since it's a ford u have to drive it before it picks up a signal. After driving it for a week the light never went off. Took it back dropped it off early in the day, around 330pm I call up there Rick says waiting on ford to deliver a OEM sensor, we couldn't figure it out. Put the "OEM" sensor in, I pick it up, Rick says we don't know what's wrong with it our machine reads it but your car won't read it. So I drive it another week light still on, finally take it to ford thinking they need to reset something, nope it's a BAD sensor. So for says it will be $136.25, I'm like go ahead and do it if it will fix it. Sure enough pick it up from forf, lights off and it works. You figure a tire shop would have some sort of knowledge when it comes to something with tires. So I'm out 300 dollars. Come to find out the old sensor was never a Motorcraft OEM part like Rick claimed. Take your money somewhere else, this sensor was some after market piece front the UK.

They are always great. The only issue I have with them is they are always swamped and it's difficult to schedule the correct day for their technician. They have "help wanted" signs up, so I hope they can find the help they need.

As someone who despises the idea of writing a review due to a bad experience; there are some instances where enough is enough and now you are responsible to not let anyone else have to suffer through the same experience. I recently purchased a home in Cedar Hill and through my searching of finding an affordable oil change in this town, Goodyear came out to be the cheapest coming in at $35-$40. So I decided to save the money and make this my monthly stop for oil changes but from the very start I was treated with the utmost disgust from the manager at the front desk. From the very start, the man had a very condescending tone with me as I was an inconvenience and a non-wanted future customer. But yet I tried to ignore the behavior and focus on the money savings. So I continued to report to the shop monthly for my oil change, and time and time again I was treated with the utmost disgust and a condescending tone. Anytime I would ask a question, "how long would the oil change take" I would be told 1-2 hours, even the times where I was the only car in the shop and I was the only customer in the lobby waiting. I would sit there and watch mechanics playing on their phones and talking with other employees. After several months of visiting this shop thinking I have been loyal customer, I chose one morning to drive to the shop and ask for some air within my tires. Once I got there, there was only 1 car in the shop and 2 of the employees standing waiting for a customer. So the employees approached me and helped me; as I was being helped by one of the employees, the manager rushed up to me and began to yell at me demanding me to report to the front desk and sign in. Which I do not mind signing in but I do not appreciated being yelled or treated in that fashion. Because of the way that I have been treated in the past and the occurrence, I will never step foot within that establishment. I now realize sometimes its best to spend a little more to get some better customer service. I will gladly give my hard earned money to a different establishment that will appreciate having my business.

I suggest not going to good year and specifically the one in cedar hill, Texas. They aren t honest and they take advantage of women. Myself being one of them. This location assured me months ago that my breaks were all good... now all of a sudden i needed $600 worth of work.... I just wish people understood what it means to just a good honest person. I even question whether all of this was needed... probably not! I m officially done with good year!

I been going to this place the past couple months for my oil change, but today experience was very disappointing.I specifically told the guy at front desk that I want a full synthetic oil change, then waited for the service. When I came back to pay, he told me it was 35$ something, which the receipt already printed out and placed on the desk. It was the same guy that checked me in, so I think he remembered that I want a synthetic oil change, he immediately changed the price to 60$ something. At that point, I already knew something went wrong because it was very suspicious, but I still paid and left.Then once I got into my car, the sticker they put for next oil was only 3k miles, so I went back inside to question them. Apparently, the answer I got was oops, maybe the guy didn t know how to do the math and then he printed out a new sticker with 5k. Hmm really? Obviously the system do the math. The only reason why it said 3k because they use a regular oil, and put in the system that info and explained why my very first receipt was 35$ and the sticker for next oil change is 3k miles. Very disappointing, and I will not be back.

I hate writing negative reviews and almost opted not to write this one but if I can save someone from my bad experience, loss of money and time, it's well worth it. I went to have my brakes replaced almost a month ago. Within 48hrs, I had taken my car back a total of four times because brakes were still squeaking. They had put the wrong size shoes or something on my wheel. Now, not even 30days later, guess what I hear....you're right, Squeaking! I would not recommend this place if it was the only place in Cedar Hill. Save your money, time and ultimately car! Go somewhere else!

RUN!! I ve taken my cars here for years. Not anymore. Check to make sure your lugnuts are tightened. DO NOT let these people work on your car. They put a $150 part on my car and overcharged me. It sounds terrible and had to be returned. Bad service!

Absolutely wonderful service! They looked at my car when it was making noise. They lifted up my car and took a look to make sure nothing was loose. They didn't even charge me. I will go back there anytime! Thank you!

This Good Year shop is not very honest neither are they knowledgeable. I went in for a tire and a front end alignment and left with just a tire but was charged for work for an alignment. I called back and nothing was done. Now the only place I'll be taking my car is to the dealership. These 2nd hand stores are not at all good and are not trained on most of the services they tend to offer. I asked them to check my power steering fuilds and it was never checked, so the guy came out and started to but couldn't find where it was located. This shop is a scam.

Went to the tire shop to just get air and possibly get a tire changed. It was 5:45 pm and the manager stated the air compressor was already turned off and couldn t help me smh . All I wanted was air to see if the tire was bad I would have paid for the air I m very disappointed.

Played?.... Dirty Trick?My 07 Chevy HHR had no power steering after oil change.Drove 2 feet and noticed it. I explained to service rep the only way to blow the 60 amp EPS fuse is to jump start across battery as opposed to jump points indicated by owners manual under the hood. He promptly got good fuse and replaced it with a warning that because I was a faithful customer for several years, there will be no charge....hmmmm...beware out there..

After almost a week of waiting for my new tire and calling twice, I finally got Freddy to tell me my tire wasn't protected under a coverage plan but still didn't offer any update on the status of my new tire. Very unsatified with the customer service here and lack of communication.

The staff is awesome. Needed an oil and tire change and was in and out within 45min. If you are looking for a mechanic or quote Good year I'd recommend.

I called 5 minutes prior to arriving because I needed my vehicle inspected. Although I saw 2-3 workers behind the glass at the counter, no one acknowledged me. After waiting about 7 minutes, I left without being served.

They have the best deal on synthetic blend oil change. But it is only in 1 viscosity, so be sure to ask to save the money.
