Great experience with this company on 3 separate occasions. They respond to your call promptly and coureously and get help to you as soon as they possibly can. The drivers have always been professional and very friendly. Adam picked up two vehicles at my house recently and was knowledgeable about correctly moving different vehicles safely. He was fast and efficient. I highly recommend USA Wrecker Service and will use them any time I need a vehicle towed in the future! Thank you, USA Wrecker crew!

Adam was the driver who helped my wife and I get our truck back from Bastrop to College station. He is the owners son and did an amazing job. I would recommend these awesome people to anyone who needs a tow.

I am employed at Gladney Automotive Solutions, and I encountered a situation where my customer's car broke down in the Austin area, an area outside of our usual Bryan-College Station location. After a couple of outrageous quotes, USA Wrecker Svc. gave me a very reasonable rate. Arrived on time and delivered the vehicle with no issues. I recommend to everyone. My husband said the driver was very nice also.

Best towing experience hands down! I called for a tow the morning after my car over heated. Explained what happened, where it was located, where it was going and asked for a quote. Also asked if I could pay with a credit card over the phone because my mother offered to pay since I couldn't. They agreed. When he showed up he was patient and kind to my 4 year old son and didn't seem to mind all the questions he asked. Upon getting my vehicle home where i needed he did in fact only charge me the price he quoted! He was such a nice, gentleman. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

This has been the most amazing, most positive towing experience I have ever had. They are wonderfully nice people. Not only did they tow my car TWICE for amazing prices, they even helped troubleshoot what was wrong with my car and recommended a mechanic. In a poor situation, this couple came across as angels. I wish there was a company like this in Houston. Highlyrecommend.

Arrived quicker then quoted. Then had my car loaded and ready to go in least than 10 mins in the drizzle. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent customer service and highly recommend to very one needed help. This company truly cares about their customers and they are there to help you in your time of need.

I never write reviews but this guy deserves it. My car broke down on me at Buc-ee s around 10PM. Spent an hour waiting on roadside assistance that couldn t find anyone in the area. After that I called four different tow companies that said they were 24hrs and no one answered. Called these guys and Chuck picked up on the first ring. He was there with my car on his truck within 45 minutes. The man is very nice and extremely professional. He is also pretty phenomenal at working that truck s flat bed. I m very impressed and so grateful. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

My wife and I found ourselves in a jam this weekend when our car died quite unexpectedly. After calls to many different towing services, Slim from USA came and took care of us. He was completely professional, and extremely kind. I hope the occasion to use him never rises again, but if it does, I will not hesitate to call USA Wrecker Service.

On Thursday evening a 30-ft RV trailer was brought to my property and due to miscommunication between myself and the friend who brought it, it wound up with the left hand wheels sunk into soft earth, and the trailer was sitting at quite an alarming angle.The next morning I called USA Wrecker.The man who answered the phone asked a couple of sensible questions and quite soon thereafter they were on site with two tow trucks and rescued my RV from its plight. Basically the two trucks picked my RV up and got it positioned on the hard surface of my parking area.They were obviously professionals and skilled at what they did, and took care of my property and even helped me get it level before they left. And their charge was very reasonable. Should I ever need a wrecker again, you can just guess who I'm going to call.

My car broke down in the middle of the freeway, I waited hours for my insurance company to get a tow truck to pick me up, I waited hours until I found USA Wrecker Service LLC to the rescue. USA wrecker does a great job and the owner has helped not only me but the company I work for multiple times. They are fast courteous, and reliable. They are always upfront with you and never "beat around the bush". If you are ever in need of a wrecker near the Bastrop Cedar Creek area give them a call and I promise you will be very satisfied!

So I was stuck in Austin for nearly four hours, just chilling by the gas station because my car had died. I live in Houston, by the way. So I didn t really wanted to call up a tow, to be completely honest with you. But I had no other option. So then, I finally just looked up a tow. The first one had good reviews, reasonable price, all that. But they were far as heck. So I went down to USA wreckers, really close to where I was at. They came in a jiffy. The guy was really nice and patient and was totally attentive to everything I had to say. 10/10 would recommend this tow company whenever you have the chance to.

Dave from USA did me the solidest of solids by getting my truck out of an intersection Pro Bono. The next day when my truck died again, I called him. 20 min later I was rescued! Excellent service and such great people! Recommend highly!

My husband was stuck in the mud and in the process of getting him unstuck, my truck became stuck as well. I called Lori and they stated an eta of 30 minutes, they arrived in 20!!! Great service, great pricing. 10/10 would recommend.
