Had another great shopping experience with Fidel's! Found one of the cheapest frames we needed! This place is one of the best! super cool and friendly very helpful and great prices nice workers and helpful! Even helped us take a part off and works with you! Any used parts needed this is the place!Still our favorite!!!

The Fox says "Fidel's was the only yard between DFW and San Antonio that had the AMC 2.5L engine I need to get my wife's YJ back on the road. They even pulled it out and loaded it on my truck for a very reasonable price. I also saw a bunch of hard to find parts there for classic domestic cars from the 60's and 70's as well."

Awesome guy great price I love this place the whole front end was caved in and he even helped me get the exact color. Truck is finished thanks to you guys and she is awesome.

I always check here first, Fidel s very fair with his pricing and normally has a good selection of parts.

I would 100% recommend this place. My truck had a tire issue and I needed immediate help. I'm from out of town and needed to get home. Neo helped me out immediately. He had to look around to get the part I needed, but didn't hesitate to do it. He was polite, helpful, informative, and just an upstanding guy. I was able to get my issue fixed and couldn't have done it with out him. You will enjoy your experience with Fidels Auto Salvage. Especially if you get to deal with Neo.

Phenomenal service. First time customer, and Fidel, Chris, and Apolo were a HUGE help. I manage the Hotworx gym in Bastrop, and anyone of you are welcome to come get some free workouts in anytime.

Ran around all morning junk yard to junk yard looking for a front fender. Fidel s was my last stop and they had it and in the color I needed too they were friendly and pulled that fender off in like 15 minutes and I was outa there. Not a bad price either I ll check with them first when I need another part

Ordered a part in the morning.. called them at 5 to see what happened and then they tell me they didn't even have the part! No one called me to let me know. Wasted a whole day! I could have ordered part from somewhere else. Nobody bothered to call me or anything. Worst service I've ever experienced!

Called Fidel's after searching car-part.com for a driver side fender. All the details of the condition of the part were very accurate. Rebecca was very friendly and professional with me and quoted me a fair price for the fender which i gladly paid. Would definitely utilize their services in the future.

Gave me a quote to ship a bumper cover, then less than 24 hours later they are too "busy" to ship parts. Why give the quote?Bumped to a 3 after they reached out and did work with me, but the original review was not because the quality was not good, it was because the answer changed.

Fidel is a great guy and this is my go-to salvage yard when I need something for my cars in the Austin area. They have a ton of cars and are very helpful. Do yourself a favor and check here before going anywhere else.

I called to ask whether they had a specific part in stock. I was told they had it on hand and was given a price over the phone. I drove over an hour to pick this part up, and when I got there I was told to check the yard for it myself (in the rain). They did NOT have the part in stock and when I told them I'd driven an hour after confirming over the phone I got a shoulder shrug and a "sorry".Edit: I have seen the reply from Fidel's and have adjusted my review accordingly. This mistake cost me dearly in both time and expense, but I very much appreciate both the sincere reply and the apology. Thank you.

Hwy 71 Auto salvage is not this biggest salvage yard in the area, but they still have a pretty good selection to choose from. I was able to find some parts that I have been looking for for a while. The guys at the front counter were friendly and helpful. Something I noticed right away; no long lines or entrance fees to go look. When I had what I wanted and was checking out, the guy who helped me told me $60. I personally thought that was steep, but when I was about to put some stuff back, he asked me how much I wanted to pay, so I said $30. He said he would do that for me as long as I spread the word, so here I am. I was fairly pleased with my experience with them.

I have been to Fidel's many times and ever experience has been wonderful. They always have the parts I need and then some! I always walk with away for more than I intended but I never pay more than I hoped for. Fair priced, polite and professional people. I will give them my business for many years to come!

I've used fidels for 12 years they lost my business today. I am in marble falls. I called in advance to make sure they had the part which they confirmed. Drove 2hrs in rush hour traffic get there and they don't have the part. It was 545 and the part comes out in 2 minutes they turned me away

I highly recommend fidels auto salvage .. very good customer service they go out of their way to accommodate ur services needed.. he fixed my gmc envoy quick even gave a warranty on his services my vehicle ended breaking down in Brenham today I called fidel and yes he took good care of us.. to top it off he gave us a very reasonable price on all repairs . SO PLEASE CALL THEM FIRST And Beka is a angel in disguise with her great customer service and cares about their customers.with that being said I GIVE THEM 20 STARS IF I COULD FIDEL AND BEKA YALL ARE THE BOMB .COM..THANK U AGAIN SHARON CUETO AND RENE MOLINA

They had no idea where the cars are located. Not helpful at all, and only want to give you store credit for returned parts. Also they did not want to pull any parts.

I came with all my tools ready to remove a rear axle assembly. Come to find out, they pull the parts for you. Great pricing, and had the rear end I needed. They even offered to drive me home with the part, while I was waiting for my ride.

I called ahead and they said they had the side mirror that I needed. When I got there they sent someone to pull it for me but apparently their side mirror had broken too. Since this is the second side view mirror I have had to replace on this car I wasn't surprised. He told me he could have the part for me by the next day and to call tomorrow. I was getting into my car when he ran after me to say that they were on the phone with another yard nearby to see if they had the part.They did and it was in good shape. By the time he gave me directions and sent me over to the other location they were already pulling it for me. The second place gave it to me for the same price ($30).Overall, I would say that is good service.

My experience here was nothing if not pleasant. My visit was short and to the point, Maestro directed us to the matching car and then pulled the parts in no time at all. He was super friendly, smiling warmly everyone he addressed us. If I absolutely had to pick something to criticize, I suppose that I would have to mention that there are a few hazardous type obstacles when searching for your vehicle or part. This is a junkyard though and for the most part the main pathways are clear of any incredibly hazardous debris. Though I might not let my kid run through the junkyard freely I would most definitely say that this is a family atmosphere, as in community.I would certainly recommend this is establishment to anyone who may be needing a part.

Wonderful place! Well organized large selection of vehicles and parts. Met Alex today at check out courteous and friendly as was all the staff. Prices are very reasonable. I'd recommend them to friends for parts, good service and reasonable prices.
