Troy was on time and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our daughters truck. He explained what it would cost and what it would require to repair it. He quickly located the part and was back out the next morning to repair it. This was so convenient and he was definitely less expensive than taking it into a shop.

Troy worked replacing the belts and tensioner in our Ford F550 bucket truck,he was straight up with the price,very professional and was sure everything was perfectly working before he took off,I highly recommend him!

I reached out to Troy on a Sunday and was pleased to have him answer! He arrived at my home 10 minutes earlier than scheduled appointment! Troy got to work on my car promptly and was able to explain in detail what my issue was. He changed amajor gasket on my engine and replaced a door handle...all in just a few hours! Troy is fair in his pricing and in the times that we are in... it's not always easy to find an honest Mechanic. Troy was very respectful and knowledgeable in his field of work. He is actually returning soon to complete another job that my car needs. Troy will be my go to Mechanic! I am 100% pleased with is work ethic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

He showed up 30 minutes late, he did not have the right pair of pliers that he needed to do the job so I had to provide them for him.He lifted up my car at the rotor with the Jack bending the metal shield behind the rotor causing a screeching sound every time the wheels would roll. Instead of doing the smart thing and raising the car up to take off the tire and strengthen things up properly he didn't it the lazy way and took a long screwdriver and bent the s*** out of the shields even worse pressing them up against the ball joints. The picture provided is after I straightened them out a bit but they still are pretty bent up.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Troy did an excellent job repairing my car , I was satisfied with the work he had done! My car needed to be repaired after getting in a car accident and he got the job done. What an absolutely wonderful experience I had with ACL Mobile Mechanic! Troy worked on my 2008 Chevy pickup and did a major engine repair. He is very thorough when he checks out and diagnoses the issues going on and makes the repairs needed in a timely manner. He is polite and an amazing mechanic! The prices are extremely reasonable and he is as honest as the day is long (as my grandma used to say!). I highly recommend him if you are looking for a mechanic that believes in doing things the right way and won't take advantage of you. All you ladies that need a great mechanic- Troy will take wonderful care of your vehicles! Troy brought my F150 back to life with a new timing chain kit, oil pump and water pump. He is honest as the days long. My truck runs like new!You wont be sorry in calling him. Troy saved my life and job today. Came in and fixed my vehicle. Also let me know what else I should be looking out for that can potentially lead to a problem. Affordable. Thought I was going to have to break the bank to get my car repaired. Would recommend.

I called yesterday to have them come to my house to look at my truck. He said "tomorrow at 9:30". I texted him my address and he replied "9:30". At 10:10 this morning (I hadn't heard from them) I texted, "never mind, I'll get someone else". My text was received and read immediately, yet I got no response. One star because there is no zero. Very poor customer service.

Troy from ACL Mobile Mechanic was a total god send. I had two major leaks in my engine that needed repair and was very frantic about having it fixed but Mr. Troy came out to my job and fixed it in no time, calming my nerves and saving my pockets. I would 100% recommend this mechanic business! I was getting the run around with other mechanics and decided to give this new business a chance and I do not regret it not 1 bit. He had my car fixed in less than 2 days. If you decide to use this service be aware when booking. That you need to call Troy and make it clear that he needs to come to you. I did speak with him but did not do this. My fault when it comes to us not having our appt.I did try calling Troy at the same # i spoke with him over the weekend. At our appt time. No answer. I sent text and no responses.Troy was aware my truck was not in running condition. We had a long conversation about it the first time we talked.I am confused at the service or lack there of i am receiving from him. Seeing how he has so many great reviews. The main reason i chose Troy.I wanted to avoid things like this since i took time off work to make the appt.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Troy was great throughout the process. Diagnosed the issue and fixed within a few hours...but, after he left a different issue Popped up. He immediately came back and was able to troubleshoot the next issue, fixed it and did not charge me for the extra part or labor. Very good experience with this business. Troy showed up early and had my truck fixed in a couple hours. Had a bad oil leak(vacuum pump gasket and loose bolts which is a common problem on 6.7 powerstrokes). Very reasonable pricing. I heard this guy to come and do my crankshaft camshaft sensor read diagnosis and computer fine and he only did one in charge me and he would not come back to the other and claimed that my engine is bad so he would not return I do not recommend this mechanic thank you
