Tried to return a battery. Was told they weren't able to give us a refund due to not having enough cash on hand for $127 with the excuse that no one pays in cash anymore and they couldn't pull from multiple registers. Called another O'Reilly, they said they could and for us to show up. Extremely unhappy.

They have a lot of parts but lack some knowledge. My suggestion is go in ask for the part you need pay for it and go sit in your car with the part for 5 minutes. Then go back in and say this is the wrong part. Then they will do a little more research and get the right part. This will save you a drive home.

Just want to share how grateful I am to the young man working at the Castroville store. He was my heaven sent angel. I m in my 50 s not knowing much about fixing anything but when my explorer started like a champ omg. Thank you so much! I m from Uvalde, Tx and they did me wrong not helping me. They priced me a Mitsubishi alternator and sold me who knows what! I drive a Ford. Ty Castroville O Reilly. Ty young man!

They are great here at the Castroville store. The employee helped me get the correct hose and some antifreeze and the proper oil I needed to be running. I was in and out and had no quams. I will definetly use them again and refer them to my friends.

I am a woman who knows little about cars and parts but the employees are awesome in educating me on every little detail when I come in for parts and questions. They have amazing customer service skills and never fail me. They always have what I need and even help install the part if it can be done right then and there. Keep up the great work!

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Stock inventory is usually fantastic here though recently they have had some holes due to "delivery issues".

Nick as the assistant manager has horrible customer service, he is the reason why I will take business elsewhere. Gilbert was fantastic and was very patient and helpful.

FIVE STARS *****Alberto, Assistant Manager at O'Reilly's, Castroville, Texas has Outstanding, Superb and Phenomenal Customer Service.We had to change out our starter and instead of him leaving when he closed Sunday night, he stayed and kept busy working in his store until he was certain the part we installed would work on our truck.It's rare to find someone who would sacrifice his Sunday night to help see us off!My husband and I were truly touched by the sincere kindness and patience he gave us!May the Good Lord AND O'Reilly's Bless You and Yours for doing that!Thank You Much!Jamie and Karen

Called to verify in stock before driving 25 mins inventory wrong, had more expensive option but didn't want to match price. Lost $500 sale over $30 price match, inventory accuracy is off and now driving 1 hr to competitor

They have the parts I need, including random screws. Every O'Reillys I've ever shopped at has always treated me with respect, not like a girl who couldn't possibly know anything about cars. Always appreciate.

Went to start my car dead battery called O'Reilly's talked with Elizabeth purchased new battery she sent someone to my house to jump my car went back to store for them to change it out for me. Awesome customer service and thank you again to Elizabeth and team!

It's nice to see a big name parts dealer take a foothold in Castroville. Good hours, good selection of parts, and good customer service from what I can tell; military discount offered as well.

I'm not sure why the staff here always appears annoyed that you are there to spend money in their store. We could easily go other places so I'm not sure why the staff has attitude.
