Great experience from our sales rep Derek and Lorna our finance advisor. Thank you both for staying as long as you did so we could make the right decision on the truck of our choice! ?Friendly not pressuring at all. Best experience thus far in purchasing our new Chevy truck.

On a late Saturday evening, we purchased a beautiful new 2024 trail boss, and our salesman Joseph was absolutely phenomenal!!! He took the time to listen to us, check out plenty of different vehicles, and understood what we needed for our family. The finance team as well was absolutely wonderful and listened to our concerns! They stayed late for us and didn t even seemed to be bothered by it!Joseph, thank you so very much for your genuine help! We truly enjoyed working with you and will continue to come to you for pot next vehicle! We left feeling over the moon! Because of Joseph, we will forever be a Northpark family!

I have never felt more taken car of when I walked into a car dealership. I have been shopping around for a new truck for about a month and went to 3 different dealerships and then came across one truck that looked promising here. When I can in, it was already in the process of being sold but Mike V the salesman was very confident we could still find something I liked. This guy was absolutely amazing and he didn t want to just sell me a car he was actually invested in finding me the right one at the right prices. He wanted to make sure I knew what was happening through out the entire process and that I knew what the end result was. Mike was 100% transparent with everything and upfront with the few hick ups along the way. Being a first time buyers and a young college student, I really felt like he treated me the way he would want some to take care of his kids. I have nothing but praise for Mike and the finance guy Justin for the way the took care of me and in the end I end up walking out the door with a new truck and I couldn t be happier. I am definitely a life time customer now.

My experience at the dealership was awesome, Cesar Martinez was amazing and very attentive. He really helped me clear every question I had and was very knowledgeable in every aspect of my deal and situation. Andrew as well was very helpful and I m grateful to have met him too since he helped me get a nice deal for my new vehicle. Had the opportunity to work with Jesus Mendoza. I bought a warranty that covered dent removal and several other things. From the initial calls setting up appointment Jesus made this experience the best I have ever had when buying cars. Amazing experience I recently lost my car and was in need of a new one that I loved. Coming here I was greeted with such enthusiasm and happiness. Destiny was more than helpful. We were set to walk out of there with a truck. We did just that, but things went way smoother than any car buying situations we ve be been in! I had an excellent buying experience at North Park Chevrolet. Michael R. was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and personable. I was very pleased with the price I paid for my "new" Chevy Blazer! The transition to Justin in the finance department was seamless, and he did an excellent job explaining the terms, payment, and warranty options. It was a bit of a drive, but I wholeheartedly recommend checking out North Park and working with Michael and Justin.

Thanks to Reginald for one of the smoothest new car purchases I ve ever experienced. After dealing with two prior dealerships that week I was about to give up on buying a vehicle. Fortunately he answered my call. After I explained the situation and told him which trucks I was interested in, he confirmed they were on the lot and guaranteed they d beat whatever price I had already been given by another dealer. I made the three hour drive and drove home in a new truck. Thanks for one of the easiest transactions ever.

Monday morning my check engine light came on so I took my vehicle to Vara Chevrolet since they are down the street from where I live. They told me they could get me on the schedule to get checked for a week out. I called North Park Chevrolet and explained the problem I was having and that I would need to tow my car asap and get to work. James got me on the schedule. When I got to the service department I was greeted by Joseph and he directed me to the front desk. Alvaro took my keys and said he would have James follow up with me about my rental and vehicle. I told them that I needed a ride and they got me shuttled to work and also let me know that I could get the shuttle to pick me up from work when my rental was ready. Thanks to these 3 gentlemen I had the best customer service experience!! This is why we came to Castroville and will keep coming because of their exceptional customer service!

Best service department experience I ve ever had! I arrived as a walk in to get my state inspection. Mr. Al Flores was very attentive and professional and was able to get me in and out within 15 minutes despite a heavy schedule. I highly recommend this service department without any reservations for their customer service and attentiveness to my needs. Thank you to Mr. Flores and your staff for this wonderful experience!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about North Park Chevrolet and Emerald! Let me preface this by saying I buy a car about every 2 years so that goes without saying that I ve been to many dealerships. North Park Chevrolet has been hands down the best dealership I ve been to. Everyone was so friendly but I must give most of the kudos to Emerald. She is the absolute best and is the epitome of what customer service is. She took care of me from start to finish and made sure I got everything I asked for and then some. She even went and got a step stool for my mom so she could climb into the truck. I got an excellent deal! I know that any other needs that come up along the way that I won t have to worry about receiving the best care.

A year ago I reviewed & gave a 2 star due to service received by parts person this year almost a year later giving a 5 star. Jonathan provided the best customer service. I asked for Micky whom I remembered I spoke to last year to file a complaint with about last year service I asked for him to compliment Jonathan but cashier said he was busy so I am leaving a review! Jonathan was excellent & even provided us a free wash after servicing 2 vehicles & the efficiency was excellent! Minnie

Best experience for both my sons that bought there first vehicles. Brandon sales and Justin finance were extremely helpful and worked with my sons budgets. Anyone that has ever bought a vehicle knows how stressful it is but they make you feel comfortable with no pressure.

The service department has been absolutely tremendous in their attention to detail servicing my vehicle with two particular individuals I recently worked with. Al, who greets me immediately upon arrival, always has a smile on his face as he gets the ball rolling for the care of my truck. Great communication skills as well as working with Johnathan Olivarez (service advisor) has been a great experience. I arrived at the dealership with a non repairable tire and through careful review Johnathan informed me that the tire was under warranty as well as a lost key and fob misplaced months ago. I was ecstatic with this information being unaware of both situations I was expecting a hefty payment for the tire and key. Al and Johnathan make me not avoid going to this dealership for service and care when I get greeted with a smile and punctuality and my contract is reviewed correctly. Thank you very much as I am delighted with the service!

I highly recommend North Park Chevrolet! I had a great experience buying from them from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. They give me an awesome deal on the '23 LT trail boss I bought. They have great prices on their vehicles. I got so good of a deal that I traveled from Tennessee which was a little over 2,100 miles round trip to buy this truck. I had the pleasure to deal with Mario Gloria, his manager Jeremy and salesman Joe Cook on the phone and when I got to the dealership, Dylan Delgado was my salesman. He done a great job! They all were very nice and went out of their way to work with me. Justin in financing didn't try to pressure me into buying extended warranty and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very pleased with my purchase. It was definitely worth the 2,100 mile round trip to buy from them!

I got to work with Mike Valdivia as my salesman and he was great. Fair and honest on pricing and got me out the door with no hassle at all. Beat other Chevy dealers offer by $1000 s. I traveled 6 hours to pick up the truck and it was clean and ready to go right when I got there. No waiting around for hours like other dealers. Highly recommend.

Joe Gonzales is a great Service Advisor. He has great customer service and keeps you informed at all time. He s the only advisor I will ever deal with period. Thanks Joe!!!I had weird issue with my truck. When I call Joe Gonzalez he told me to bring it in asap. When I got up there he took care of me immediately. My truck was taken back to the shop within minutes and the problem was solved. Part were needed to be ordered to fix the issue, but Joe called and texted me keeping me post on all the progress until it was time to pick up my truck. Thanks again Joe, your service is unmatched.

We drove all the way from San Antonio to get a new truck. There wasn't anyone in the lot except for other customers driving around, so we're not sure if this dealership is a drive through one. After asking for help, no one showed up even after calling multiple times, and then it took us getting into our car before someone came. This isn't the first time we've gone there and nobody helps us.

Took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment, while there I asked about a whining noise coming from the transmission area. I ended up leaving it there within two days it was diagnosed. I was given a loaner without hesitation from the service advisor Joe Gonzales. It took about 2 weeks to get it fixed but I had a great communication with Joe Gonzales and the north park team. Highly recommend going there for any service.
