Very clean and large. Large selection of Deli items. Good helpings for your money.Everything is in place and well stocked.I was impressed with Panola Pines Plaza Fuel/Deli/Covenant Store area.Young man who served me twice was ver welcoming and helpful.Parking lot was also well maintained, without any trash around fuel islands.

They didn't have what I was looking for on the menu, but she asked me what I wanted. She fixed it right up anyway, and it was I mean good.

Decent tacos and selection of snacks. There's a great selection on beer, as well. I knocked off one star because I often have issues at the pump, as a regular. Either the credit card reader doesn't work well, and it never seems to have receipt paper. I do like that the pump stalls are plenty big, and the trash cans never seem to overflow.

I go here all of the time. This store keeps a great inventory of different stuff. The employees are super nice. One of the bonuses of this store is attached to it on the left side of the building is a Mexican food restaurant that serves some really good food!! I would definitely recommend this place!!

This is a good truck stop. All the fuel pumps work well. The parking lot is large and mostly clean. The inside is clean and well maintained. Same for the restrooms. The deli is 24 hours, but the food is mediocre. You can walk next door if you don't like the food here. Good staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner and manager of this truck stop have done a good job.

Great service in the station, but you HAVE TO GO to Mom's Country Kitchen. Best stack of pancakes I've had in a long time. The staff is awesome.It's always awesome to go to a place where the staff knows the customers names. Being a local in Carthage, TX definitely has it's perks at Mom's!!!Must go if you get the chance.

Past this truck stop many times.This place is awesome it s got a big parking area, safe clean and quiet.The store open 24hrs showers and fresh food. I had breakfast sandwich Saturday am 4:30 the sandwich was really hot and very good.Great local place.

Wow!! Very friendly workers at this Truck Stop. The store was very clean. If you get 75 gallons of diesel fuel, you get free food,drink, and shower. Old school Truck Stop values, for truckers.The breakfast burritos and tamales are huge, and delicious.

Sanitary clean, very well lit truck parking area, what stood out most for me was the taco shop. EXCELLENTLY prepared, courteous and friendly staff. Recommend to any driver coming through on the loop.

The store is good, very clean, decent priced and fresh tea around 7amI was actually looking to rate the Mexican restaurant next door to it.I have been there 2 times.. first time chips were stale, salsa is store bought and service suckedThe second time which was today, I took my daughter and ordered her Mac and cheese and chicken strips and I cut the chicken open and it was still raw. Almost the whole thing. Every single strip.. good thing I didn t let her eat it first, I would had been irate. My chicken enchiladas weren t the worst but definitely not the best. Rice taste like they refrigerated it from the night before and heated it up again... very hard to chew. And the beans, well they are beans so where can u actually go wrong. We stay at the hotel next door and sometimes it s convenient to just walk over there and eat but I won t ever again.

Nice new and clean truck stop. Fuel, food, beer (if you want that) truck supplies being added, restaurant is now open, friendly staff. Only issue is lack of staff. They need more help to keep coffee stocked, restrooms stocked, etc. Other than that, great spot.

Tacos were decent, the cook was sweet but the cashier MUST HAVE been sent by SATAN himself. ABSOLUTELY RUDE WITH NO PEOPLE SKILLS! Great job convincing me to NOT waste my money in this place again!

Great parking areas, lots of truck space. Inside is large, and very clean, I love the size. What I don't love is along highway 59, there are stores have the size with twice the stock and options. Cigar selection is minimal, even limited on black and mild selection. It's that kind of store that carries hundreds of snacks, but not the one you want.

UPDATE 01/2020 - When filling with at least 75 gallons of diesel, they provide a free meal, soda and a shower. We always take advantage of the meal and soda. The steak quesadilla is really tasty and we look forward to it when we go there.ORIGINAL 03/2019 - We go here often to fill our RV with diesel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The store is clean and is well stocked.

Very rude cashier's. The older lady and the younger girl he really needs to get rid of them they don't greet you or nothing. The manager and the young guy in there are awesome. I really really like going here because it's convenient.

Awesome truck stop! Don't come along very many, but this place is great, clean, friendly. The parking spots are wide so easy to get in and out of although they could use a new painting of the lines.

Great place for truckers. You get a free meal and shower if you purchase a certain amount of fuel. Usually ample parking and no having to jack knife into a tight spot.

At 1:45p.m., the lady at the deli was rude,and had a bad attitude. Unfortunately I didn't get her name .But the chicken breast that she sold me was smaller than the chicken wing. I don't know what her problem is, but she doesn't need to to take it out on the customer.I'm never buying from this location ever again!!!

Parking for trucks is ok. Too many locals use their personal vehicles to save spots. Avoid buying snacks & drinks. Too expensvie. Get what you need at the Love's in Greenwood or TA Express in Nacogdoches, TX instead.

Great place to stop during a road trip! They have warm quick bites available - The Ground Beef empanada is amazing! They also have a good variety of products and showers and laundry place.

Got there at 4:30 a.m to get food for the day... Asked for breakfast which wasn't ready (I get it is 4:30 a.m) but every other truck stop will have food ready. Asked if I could order something and cashier said the cook had to make other things first. I offered the cashier $100.00 to go slap something together and person stated they couldn't bc that's not their job... U was friendly to both workers, my whole crew was! But Un happy, un motivated people should just stay at the house.

This is a great gas station to go to they have very good food I enjoy the chicken tenders with a biscuit and honey mustard I've never had any problems here the employees greet you I never had any issues with the gas and their prices are awesome and living in a small town like Carthage you need 24 hour gas stations like this great job guys keep up the good work

The restaurant there has great food and service. They have full menu of items to order from,. Or you can try the lunch buffet. The buffet is great, and if you leave hungry, it's your fault.

Huge various selections of snacks, alcohol beverages, & drinks. See they serve seafood & other types but haven't tried it. The service is good with spacious parking lot
