Was coming through Carthage and had a blow out. My jack was missing a piece to it and I was out of options. I called this business and they showed up 15 minutes later to help me. Super nice and friendly. I would absolutely recommend giving them a call!

Can't thank yall enough. We were travel for softball and had issues. Yall were able to get us in on a busy Friday. Truly a life saver!!! Thank you from Louisiana visitors!!!!

Great customer service. I came in without an appointment and they squeezed me in in just a few minutes. My repairs took less than an hour and I was on my way. Fast and friendly. I had purchased a set of new tires previously and would definitely recommend the Carthage location for any tire needs

LIAR LIAR!I was told the work on my wife's vehicle would take 2 hours if I brought it in Fridayat 8 am. I called after 3 hours and was told they would call me right back. Never called. After half an hour I called again and was told, "They are in the middle of working on it, and it will be a while." When my wife went by an hour later, they had not even started on it. They straight up lied, and had no reason. No integrity at all.

They did and awesome job on my MKX brakes and rotors they are very nice and take care of you quickly

I had a flat tire this morning when I went out to my car.I called Carthage tire and was told they were short handed due to Covid.Collyn Folsom took my name and phone number and called me later to let me know her husband would ne out to help me.Around 12:30 he showed up and Collyn was with him they put my donut tire on and took my flat tire with them to fix and told me they would call when it was ready .Now that is more than customer service it was also neighbor helping neighbor.So thanks to both Collyn and her husband.

This place out does even big city businesses. The staff is very honest and they'll tell you what's wrong with your vehicle without trying to get extra things sold or extra labor price. I recommend this business even to people who have to go out of their way multiple cities away. This is an excellent business and their work is extremely good

After quoting me a price I told them to go ahead. It took almost a month and a $100 more than originally priced. $900 later, I hadn't made it 2 miles down the road and it started have the same mechanical issue as when I brought it in. Another month of having my car they charged me another $1030. I called Firestone to get a quote for the same work. Their price was $760. I feel I was taken advantage of. I'd never recommend this establishment to anyone. If anything I'd strongly discourage anyone from using them.

I went to get my tire fixed, and a another customer came in after I had already been awaiting. They took his truck in first and left me waiting! That is not right. Don't go there if your aren't from Carthage because they will ignore you!.

Just needed a check up on my tires during a long road trip. Staff took my car in gave it a full once over, topped up my fluids and tires and didn't charge me dime. Amazing place and people. Thanks to the guys looking my Smart car over.

Had issues with tires that another tire shop had installed. The guys at Carthage (Shawn & Jeff) went above and beyond to get my truck straightened out. While waiting for my vehicle I saw numerous other customers come through the shop and they were all treated professionally. Appears that the staff working at the location has been there a while are very good at what they do. I'm just about senior citizen status and have been to a lot of tire stores in my life. This was by far the best experience I've had.

Will not use again. Didn't fix the AC problem after giving them $364 later. Went in to see if they would try to fix it and make it right. Sure they would but no idea how much more it would cost. Unbelievable.

Friendly professionals! Lowest prices within 40 miles of Carthage. Just be prepared for a wait.. I was there for over an hour and a half with my toddler, but I would still recommend their services to anyone!

after a 2 hour wait at Gateway to be told my tire CAN'T be patched, these guys fixed it in 5 minutes. Would recommend over any other tire shop in town!

They don't keep any tires in stock. They order in all tires and parts so be prepared to wait a day for your car back.
