23 f450- not a lot of people can even think about touching these 19.5 alloys -Came in for a low tire and found a nail in the treadWent ahead and seen about a rotation on the f450 late in the day and got me in and out in about 45 mins. - Tracy brings a professional service to Carthage,tx that many shops and dealerships would love to have around here.Speed *****Knowledge *****Hospitality *****Staff *****

If I ( and wife ) may attest - the company (staff and owner )- were very upfront and honest. No one jumped to conclusions at to what was wrong with our F-150.The estimate, servicing and delivery all undertaken rapidly and effectively!The repair pricing was very fair. No problem. No shock attached to it.I was personally appreciative.I have personally thanked the owner and his staff for their efforts and honesty.I wholeheartedly support and endorse them

Everyone went above and beyond. They replaced my engine, radiator, and alternator in just a few short days. Heaven, the receptionist, was quick to answer all my questions and the guys did an outstanding job on my car. 100% recommend

They are short staffed & still fairly new establishment so "E" for Effort and the wait time was very very long due to it being Friday. Good customer service. I'm thankful to have gotten my radiator replaced from here. Albert & Tracy did a great job. I do like the fact that if you need a ride to and from the establishment that they don't mind picking you up. I would say that they should implement a scheduling and priority system.

Great service here at Bulldog Automotive...I was passing through town and had a wheel hub assembly problem on a 2017 RAM and Tracey took care of me, I highly recommend this automotive shop to anyone passing through or need any service done to their vehicle
