Terrible communication with my shop foreman! Refused to do service call in truckstop parking lot! Told to go Carthage, TX for repair, hell no shop is in Marshall, TXUpdate thanks for not coming out I fixed it myself for less than $6.00, figured you saved me $600.00

On my way to work and engine blows on my truck in the middle of no where. Called around and Action Towing had the best price that didn't change once the job was done. I payed what they told me I would pay upon arrival. Jerry is they guy that hooked me up and took my truck an hour away. To top things off, this man drove me to work 20 minutes out and dropped me off! The amount of help and professionalism that I got from Jerry and Action Towing is unheard of and if God forbid I'm stranded around this area again...they'll be the first I call, hands down, no questions asked, flat out THE BEST! We broke down away from home late at night. I called my insurance & it took them 40 minutes to find a wrecker service that wanted $1200 for their service. We decided to call Action because I had seen their services at my work before. They took care of us for less than half of what the other price gougers quoted. They were very nice & our driver TJ was great. He took great care of the car & got my husband and I home safely. We will definitely call them again if we ever need any towing services.Service: Special vehicle towing

The brake system started acting up on my truck while stuck in traffic on I-20. I gave them a call, they came out to me as quick as possible. I had my trailer that king pin broke off of towed from bossier to Kilgore Jeff the driver showed up on time like he said was very nice and friendly how safe and as quickly as possible. Even talked with Keith and a few of the lady s in the office the where very nice also. Not to mention the price was awesome and didn t change afterwards. The driver showed up quick and professionally and courteously went about his job task. The truck he operated was very clean inside and out. I commented on the cleanliness,as that's rare in his line of work.He gave the all the credit to his boss. He told me it's the best company he ever worked for,and the down to earth boss he worked for kept them in the best equipment and the pride it generated within the company made those there wanting to do their best and be the best. And I have to say,of all the company's I've dealt with such as this,its the best I've ran across. Good job!

We broke down in Marshall Texas around 5 o clock in the morning an I called our insurance hotline and they sent a wrecker to pick us up and it was Action Towing. Richard was the driver, an he was really great. He took my wife and I to their shop and got us settled down in their waiting room. He said as soon as the mechanic came in he would have him start working on our outfit. They got our outfit fixed and we were on our way back home. Couldn t ask for any better service or friendlier people. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of assistance with their outfits. Thank You so much guys you are really great people. This was my first experience with this company and it was great. Jeffrey was very polite, professional and took every measure to ensure my car was lifted onto the tow truck with utmost care. I even asked for business cards to spread the word of this excellent service.

When I called they told us around 30 minutes. Then at 50 minutes I called back and they were sending someone different. The wait time was then 1.5 hours. Thank goodness it wasn t summer time. The biggest problem I have is I asked the driver if I should call my insurance company. He said I didn t need to that they d reimburse me. Even said I could call tomorrow. When I called them they said they won t reimburse me because I should ve called them first so they could send a contracted tow service. So I spent $275 to be towed and my insurance won t pay.

I had to be towed three times by Action. I was towed twice to Longview and once to Tyler. Each time, the tow guys were EXTREMELY nice, professional, friendly and funny. Their dispatch was also professional and accommodating. Used this service a couple months back when my mom's car battery died and needed to be taken to the dealership in Longview to be checked. They were very clear on towing prices, very careful with transporting my mom's car to it's destination and will transport your car back to you if necessary. Very professional/friendly/neighborly like service. Would most likely use them again in the future.

My Volvo 780 broke down on the way to Houston port. Thanks God I found Action Towing which did a fantastic job. My truck was picked up the same day and delivered to port before the cut off date. When we suffered a camper trailer blowout on hwy 31 in Longview, the Texas Trooper called for a tow to get us to a "safe" place. Casey came within 30 minutes. Instead of moving us, he had everything he needed with him and changed the tires using our spare and we were on our way in a short time. The experience couldn't have been better, prompt, courteous, professional, and willing. We owe our trip home to these Texans.

TJ came out to help me late on a Saturday night and quickly helped change out a tire. He even took me to the store to buy more lug nuts when he noticed they were stripped. He was very professional, and quick, and helped me out in a moment of extreme need. Get your roadside assistance to call them when you have problems because they will help you with whatever you need.
