For my experience , I have been waited on and helped in a timely manner. The guys are helpful.I buy golf cart batteries because they keep them in stock.

Let s get something straight...the hands in this shop we re very rude and not understanding at all. If it weren t for the hospitality and kindness of the salesmen in the office, this would be a 1 star. That being said, their shop got us out of a bind when we needed an emergency tire change while out of state.

After insulting me for owning a Ford, Brad sold me a cork valve cover set when I specifically asked for the metal and rubber set, but charged me for the good one. Can't see inside a Fel-pro box to know what is inside until I got home 30 miles away and the box says once opened there is no return. Drove back the next day and had to pay $17.31 more to get what I had already paid for. His mistake set my project back a week, and cost me $17.31 plus 60 miles in gas. Will do my business at Napa from now on. He apologized for the mistake.
