Wow! Needless to say, I'm impressed with every aspect of this company. From the initial interaction, customer service, and communication, to the final product and timelines.I found Xtreme Collision through my insurance company due to a hit and run in a parking garage. I read their reviews and decided to give them a chance and was not disappointed. Mark made sure to communicate every step of the process with me and the repairs took around a week, which is almost unheard of. I was expecting to receive calls off "awaiting on parts" or "slight delay" but nope. Rim, trim, tire, back panels all repaired or replaced and repainted to perfection within a week. They also mix all paint in house to ensure perfect color match.Highly highly highly recommend Mark and his team from Xtreme Collision for any body work needs.

I found this shop online because of the reviews, and there s a reason for such great reviews! I worked with Lydia and couldn t have had a better experience. She was so knowledgeable (and Cadillac certified, which was great for me) and got my car finished faster than expected! I hope nothing ever happens to my car again, but if it does, I will definitely be back here and asking for Lydia. They detailed and cleaned my car, and the work they did was amazing. Totally seamless. Thank you again Lydia

Top tier experience from this location. I had Mark as my service provider and he was very attentive to my needs. He called me every Tuesday & Thursday to give me updates about my car and when I received my vehicle back it looked BRAND NEW. The damage that my car had taken had been completely restored. This is a very friendly and professional shop & I would recommend it to my friends, family, and strangers. 10/10 experience overall

I only came to this place because it was recommended but after finally getting my car back and able to look at it now that it isn t raining. Terrible.I didn t realize getting glass out with a vacuum was that hard. Not just that my tent doesn t match my other windows. Now I have to back to another place to get it done. Oh and the cherry on top, my keys weren t changed because of legal reasons but the last Collision place I was at 6 months ago was able to do it. Weird.

I am more than pleased with the craftsmanship of Xtreme Collision Repair. I had an accident after only having my Genesis G70 for roughly 4 weeks. Lydia was communicative throughout the duration of my car being in the shop, keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs. Mark has a spirit of excellence, is meticulous, and tedious to ensure repairs are top tier. Thank you Xtreme Car Collision for your commitment to professionalism and making me a happy customer. I had a wonderful experience working with Lydia. She was really sweet and cooperative. I dropped off my car with them and throughout the process she was in touch with me letting me know what was happening with my vehicle. She also gave me a very competitive price when compared to other collision repairs. They are really easy to work with and are willing to work with you in any issues. 100% recommend them to anyone. I will be going to them in future if I have any issues ( hopefully I don't).

Excellent experience from beginning to end with Xtreme Collision. I received updated about my vehicle every Tuesday and Thursday. My repairs were also completed ahead of schedule. When I picked up, my car was polished and detailed cleaned on the inside. Mark S was the main person I was in communication and I always felt informed.

Took my Lexus IS to Extreme Collision after a fender bender accident. They were very friendly, communicated the status regularly, and had my car repaired, looking like new and back to me in a week. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend Extreme Collision.

Very pleasantly surprised! My car was involved in a hit and run, and Xtreme was able to get it looking brand new again! Was told the turnaround time would be 25 days initially, but was able to get my car back much faster than that. Big thank you to Mark for taking care of me, and even going above and beyond to shuttle me to get my rental even though he didn't have to. Thank you again!

Lydia and Clayton are awesome! Kept me informed and always returned emails or calls. We had a time dealing with an insurance company, but they stayed on it till resolved. My wife s car came back looking like new! They did an awesome job! Highly recommend them.

Dropped off a vehicle for repair here and had an amazing experience! Lydia was a pleasure to work with, she kept me updated throughout the entire process and let me know exactly what was going on with my repair and the insurance company. I ran into some issues and Lydia really went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and was taken care of. Really value the fact that she did so much extra work for me and bridged the gaps in communication with the insurance company. Couldn t have asked for more in regards to professionalism and customer service. Clayton was also extremely helpful with my estimate and making me feel comfortable with the process of the repair since I was unfamiliar. Would highly recommended, thank you to the entire team at Xtreme!

So many places today lack customer service, but not at Xtreme Collision Repair. I didn't have to wait ever, a friendly person answers the phone. They call and give you updates on what's happening. When I took the car in it was shamefully dirty. When we picked it up, we questioned for a moment if it was my car! Looked like it had been detailed. Someone recommended them to us and I'm recommending them to anyone else looking for a place to repair your car. Thanks guys for the clearly outstanding service.

Lydia was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. So on top of everything, helpful, and communicative. I never had to wonder about what stage my car was in or what the hold up was when there was one. She was also really helpful with the insurance process. Lydia really went above and beyond in every way- I wanted to hug her when I got my keys back. We cannot compliment enough the friendly and professional service we received. Mark Szafranic was very friendly, extremely careful and conscientious with all the details on the repair and kept us up-to-date on the progress. He would not release the car until he said it was good enough to "put his mother in it." "Fonzi" at the front desk was friendly and very helpful as well. Everyone we saw seems to love working there and don't have an "attitude" like some places. We are also very impressed with the quality of work. Our car was clean and almost like new after repairs. We highly recommend Xtreme Collision in Carrollton, TX to family, friends and anyone reading this.

Wonderful experience with Xtreme Collision. Had a crazy accident happen to me and after some initial dealing with my insurance they took over, did the assessment and continued communication with insurance without my needing to get involved. In addition to the repairs they also did a pretty nice cleaning of the inside of my car which I did not expect. My car was with them for quite a while (so depending on the damages on your cat you can't always expect a super quick turn around), but I'm super happy with the results!!

Outstanding service, from lovely and genuinely helpful staff! They were very honest in how the process was in getting my truck assessed and fixed, and also in giving time expectations. Fingers crossed I never get hit again, but if I do, I will be sure to give these guys a call.

I did not enjoy not having my truck while it was being fixed. Not at all.Yet, the people at Xtreme made it as painless and quick an experience as possible.My truck was in quickly, the work was done efficiently and professionally, and upon return inspection the damage was gone. Completely like new.I thank everyone there for doing a great job. I now have (though I hope to never need them again) a preferred collision repair facility in Dallas.Thanks again, everyone!

Brought my stinger here again after catching the curb of a street. I have a bad habit of making things worse than what they seem but Xtreme Collisok always reassures me that they have seen worst. The customer service is just beyond exceptional. I was told to leave my car for a couple hours and they immediately fixed her up good as new. If you are looking for a new car shop or skeptical about taking your car anywhere for repairs bring your car here. The craftsmanship here is incredible and the staff truly cares.

After having the misfortune of an automobile accident, my vehicle was sent to Xtreme Collision due to the extent of damages. This was my first experience with this auto body shop.Lydia Y. in customer service was excellent. She contacted me twice a week and gave me an update on my vehicle and answered all my questions. Xtreme Collision allowed me to stop by their shop to see the vehicle and handled the insurance issues.I found Xtreme Collision to be very professional and attentive to their customer.Thank you.

They did a great job at comforting & communicating with me during my cars collision repair. I appreciate them working with me to reduce my cars stay there after knowing of my personal situation.The entire process was friendly, easy and seamless. Car was returned to me, same as new (literally washed).Definitely would recommend this place to others.

I can t say enough good things about Brock Boyd and the rest of the Xtreme Collision team. Brock was very attentive and kept me updated every step of the process. This is the second time I have brought one of my vehicles into this shop and the work and craftsmanship is top notch as always. My vehicle was ready way ahead of schedule saving me time and money. They even took their time to clean the interior of my car. I was very satisfied with the outcome and I highly recommend this shop.

Everyone was wonderful. We had a perfect experience. We dropped our car off in dusty condition, had been hauling grandkids and when we got it back it was hard to recognize. The dents and dings on the outside were perfect for sure, but the entire inside had been detailed to perfection. (It was more than we expected, xtreme. We don't have many wrecks but Thanks so much!)

The best collision repair shop I have ever experienced. Brock was very helpful in explaining each phase, appointments wait times were very minimal, and staff is always ready to help. Work performed exceeded my every expectation and was top notch. Cannot find any flaw in the body work or paint. Looks like it came off the showroom floor. When the insurance wanted to use a cheaper aftermarket part, Brock was very helpful in explaining fitments issues and worked with the insurance to get the right part for the vehicle. This is the place you want to bring your vehicle for repair. This is the only place I will ever recommend. Thank you.
