Amazing work and attention to detail. I am completely satisfied from top to bottom. Customer service was friendly as I had to pay with multiple cards and never felt like a bother, prices are affordable and reasonable for the service you are getting WHICH IS TOP NOTCH. I was heart broken hitting that pot hole and even worse I had to bang my rim back in place as a temporary fix to get home . These are expensive rims and they look brand new after the repair. Words do not describe how happy I am. THANK YOU GUYS

Extremely reasonable pricing and very high quality work. all 4 of my expensive wheels were rashed up and I had 2 dents from potholes. when i picked up my car, my wheels looked brand new!!

Before and after photos of my 1985 IROC-Z rims. They were worn out and clear coat was coming off and spotting. There were chemical spots on the paint and they were in rough shape. This place did an amazing job restoring them. They even redid the cuts on the aluminum part and painted the gloss colors exactly how I wanted. Awesome work, great service and quick turn around time. Couldn t be happier!

I bent both of my passenger side wheels and took them here to get fixed. The vibrations got worse than when I left it here to be fixed. I took my business elsewhere and they showed me the handiwork of this shop. They shaved the inside of the wheel to try to correct the issue, risking the overall structure and safety of the wheel. I told them not to do any work unless they thought they could get the wheel true enough to where the problem wouldn t be as noticeable, and I ended up paying for my problems to get worse. I highly advise against coming here and I m disappointed in the communication and workmanship shown to me from these guys.

I'm really disappointed in this businesses customer service. I had four rims repaired and one of them was not repaired correctly and long story, short...I had to have it re-repaired at another shop and asked for reimbursement from Wheel Repair Solutions. I have no idea what the ladies role is with the business that replied to my email but she went out of her way and spent a lot of time looking for reasons (all of which she was wrong about) to NOT reimburse me. I replied with explanation and then she completely ignored me. In my past experiences with any business they go out of their way to put the customer first. This creates a good relationship, returning customers, and more referrals. She lost a lot of business today.

I did extensive research and called about 20-30 different auto body shops before I landed here. From the exceptional customer service that they provided to the excellent care they took of my car, I highly recommend Wheel Repair Solutions for any kind of auto-body work you re looking to get for your vehicle! This is a family owned business and I had the honor of meeting and working closely with the owner herself, Connie. I went in to get a wheel job done on my car wheels: originally my rims were silver and brake calipers black, but I wanted my rims powder coated to gloss black and my brake calipers yellow. At first, we didn t really achieve exactly what I was looking for. My rims were perfect but the color on the brake calipers (by no one s fault) wasn t exactly up to my expectations. When discussed with the manager, John and the owner, Connie they really heard me out and understood my requirements for the wheels. She s a rockstar. She offered me great perspective in terms of the right shade of yellow Porsche brake calipers typically have and encouraged me to wait a little longer to get decal stickers for the logo as well. Without charging me a single penny they re-did the job and got it to my exact request. Thank you SO much Christian (the person I first talked to who is so kind and welcoming), John (for your patience and acceptance) and most of all Connie (for the amazing, caring and dedicated customer service you continue to provide). Thanks for giving me everything I wanted on the look of my car. Y all are awesome!!For all the sports car owners and specially Porsche owners reading this, please don t think of any other shop. Go to Wheel Repair Solutions and I guarantee you ll be happy with the work. They work directly with Porsche Dallas and they are super affordable! Best in town.

They did a fantastic job on one of my aftermarket bent rim. The color match was top notch and exactly as the wheel came originally! Service was the fastest! Drop the rim on end of day and you d get it next day!Would highly recommend!!! You won t be disappointed!

Being new to Texas I ve never experienced a shop so professional and fast with GREAT prices like this one.. my Amg wheels was tore up bad , cracked , bent, curb rash, and one the whole back lip was tore up from my my car falling on it they fixed everything even what I didn t ask for or expect them to do and didn t add one cent to it! All I wanted was the crack fixed to hold air but they did everything even repainted them.. HIGHLY recommend

Stop looking .THIS is the place for wheel repair! We were losing tire pressure on a rear tire of our Tesla and turns out it was wheel damage in a hard to see place that was pushing against the tire. A new wheel is almost $800. These guys got us repaired and up and running in less than 24 hours and saved us over $650 from buying a new wheel.

Return customer. In 2015 I hit a curb (HARD!) and knocked a big chunk out of two of my chrome Mercedes Benz AMG rims. One was leaking and the dealership couldn't fix it but wanted to charge me $1500 for a replacement (yes, for one rim) so I found Wheel Repair Solutions. Amanda explained honestly and intelligently that they could not promise I'd be happy since the finish wouldn't be uniform without the entire rim being re-chromed, but they would do their best to blend the polished finish with the chrome. Two days and $115 later and I couldn't have been happier. Now I've decided to get the other one done just to stop seeing that chunk missing. I took the wheel in and when Wade saw it, I saw his hesitation. He started to speak very politely and say "okay, heres the thing.... ". I interrupted and explained my previous visit, that I understood, and that I wanted to go ahead with the repair. He said it would be done the next day. I can't say enough good things about Wheel Repair Solutions workmanship and customer service.

Excellent service, reasonably priced, and great experience!I hit a big pothole that brutally bent my aftermarket rim causing a flat. Sadly, the rim was no longer made so I could not just replace it. I thought my only option was to replace all of my rims until I discovered Wheel Repair Solutions.I brought in my bent rim to see if they could fix it and was happy to learn they could have it done by the next day. Not only did they fix it, but they also installed it back on my car and made sure everything was back in order. I highly recommend dropping by to see if they can help before you spend lots of money to replace your rims.

Have no issue with the quality of their work. I do have an issue with the color. The color was supposed to be quicksilver, wheel turned out dull gray. Can't give them more than 3 stars.

It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there. Took a wheel to get repaired as it was constantly leaking air and the person at Costco told me it needed to be repaired or I need to replace the whole wheel. I left it for overnight service, when I went back the next day I was told that actually it was just some corrosion that was easy to remove, so that's what they did, and they didn't charge me for a full repair. They easily could've and I would have been none the wiser! So grateful, and grateful to have specialist services around.

I've been having problems with one of my tires losing air. Several companies looked at and said there wasn't anything wrong with the tire. The dealership (Sewell) said the wheel might be cracked and told me to talk to Wheel Repair. Turns out the wheel wasn't cracked but it was bent. Wheel Repair straighten it and so far no problems. They have a great looking shop and quick turnaround on the repair. I'd definitely recommend them!

I just got my car back from Wheel Repair Solutions, I had 2 powder coated wheels with serious curb rash. They did an amazing job! Both wheels look as good as new, all of it done for a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back.

This place is awesome! A tire shop told me that my wheels were cracked and were going to sell me after market wheels. It's hard to find OEM wheels but after some research; we found this company that could repair them at a great price. I brought my car got there around 4:15. Talk about customer service! The gentleman that I spoke to was very courteous, friendly and professional. He explained the whole process. Again, I dropped off my car about 4:15 pm and it was ready for pick-up in the morning.Picked up my car and the wheels looked great. They told me that if I had any problems to bring it back. Customer service is great! great! great! Thank you for repairing my wheels.

I can t tell you the last time I went to a business and was BLOWN AWAY at the superior quality of work. My fianc�s rims were damaged on his Mercedes after hitting a curb. We knew taking it to the dealership would probably result in buying 2 new (very expensive) wheels. Wheel Repair Solutions in Carrollton made his wheels look brand new!! Not only that, but they had the car ready the next day. All this for $150 per wheel!! We highly recommend this company for anyone needing wheel or rim repair!!! Great customer service, fabulous prices and awesome results!!

I had a fantastic experience. Worked with Wade. Had a 1981 Fiat Spider. Got several quotes. Wheel Repair Solutions was fair but customer service experience was excellent. They really took care of me. But the best thing was the end result and I loved the powder coating they did to the wheels. Could not recommend them highly enough.

This place was recommended to me by my favorite body shop claiming they do great work and after my great experience there I trusted them. I called in advance to go over my vehicle. They had the year make model and wheel information and said it would be no problem. They told me to drop it off before 4 pm and it would be a 24 hour turn around. Sounds fair. It s for sure not the closest place to me that fixes wheels and my wife and I had to drive 45 minutes each way to drop off my truck. Short story is when I get there they informed me that they can t repair my type of factory wheel. All said and done it was a two hour waste of a day for both of us. Try this place if you want but I wouldn t give them a second chance.

Extremely helpful and professional. No where would take my wife s car in to fix the cracked rim and for these folks it was no problem at all. Very , very quick service too. Will definitely be coming here again with any wheel troubles.

Our tire had been losing air and we discovered there was a small crack in the wheel. Of course, my first thought was "That's going to be expensive!" I called Wheel Repair Solutions and was able to get in the same morning. In 15 minutes, they had my broken wheel off, my spare tire on and I was out the door. 24 hours later my repaired wheel was put back on and my wallet was only lighter by $110, which even included a 1 year warranty. One of the easiest car repairs I've ever had. Hopefully won't need to see them again soon, but glad I know where to go if I do.

These guys are GREAT!.Great service.Friendly atmosphere.Pleasant clean waiting room.Fast repair service.Economical, I think.I have been having bad luck with my wheels. This will be my third experience with Wheel Repair Solutions. They do great repair work. I just keep hitting potholes and my wife runs over curbs.This company can bend, straighten, buff, weld, and polish anything. You can't tell there was even a repair. Beautiful craftmanship!Chris, on the phone, is always friendly and helpful.

The back face of my wheel got shredded off by my suspension components. I brought it Wheel Repair Solutions solutions and they where able to fix it. It was less than one day turn around for my wheel and a fair price. I am extremely happy with the work and the repaired wheel actually balances better than my un-repaired wheels.

I can't say one thing bad about this place. I needed work done for 4 rims that (jack o diamonds in Tyler Texas) screwed me on and these lovely people did it fast and they did it the right way. After feeling bad about one situation, they made me feel better knowing that all businesses aren't just out there to steal your money. God bless you all.
