If I could give this place 10 stars I would, I hit something in the road in my Lamborghini Aventador and they got me back in the driver seat in no time my car was looking better then the day I got!! Customer for life I would highly recommend giving this shop a try 10/10

Found this place through State Farm recommendation list. I saw they have good and positive reviews. My car's front bumper got damaged when a shredded tire on the highway got ran over by a truck and it flew up then swiped my bumper. It broke a few parts of the bumper and grill. A fragment of something hit my windshield as well leaving a crack. Doug and his team was able to replace the entire front bumper, windshield, and grill. They were attentive and would notify me if my vehicle is needing to stay longer or ready for pickup. They are very easy to work with. Doug made sure my car was well taken care of.Good customer service and detail oriented. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy with their work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We brought our vehicle here because they are amazing. All you have to do is read the reviews to know. I never write reviews however I am in this case because they did such outstanding work. We had to have replaced our Bentley Benteyga windshield as well as body touch ups and every wheel was damaged from those narrow drive throughs. We also had our brakes replaced. Their work was truly outstanding and we highly recommend always using WestWay for all your vehicle needs.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

I brought my car here because someone hit it in a parking lot. Their insurance recommended Westway because they are #1 and close to my house. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They communicated effectively and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle repairs. The process was super easy. They finished repairs quickly and I was on my way. The best level of customer service you could ask for. The work done to my car is amazing. It looks and works as if nothing ever happened. If you need a sign to get your car fixed at this location, here it is! Doug was amazing!

I got in a hit and run accident and looked up body shops around me with high ratings. This place was #1 and I can see why:friendly and helpful staff, and great communication throughout the whole process. These guys made something that could've been a financial (and emotional) nightmare for me, into a seamless process that left me a happy customer. They even detailed the car once it was finished. Looks more beautiful than ever! Also, I like the new bumper better (see before and after pics).Fair pricing, fast and friendly service. Happy to call this "my shop."

Had my window damaged from someone trying to steal my 2017 Camaro ZL1 so I took it here to get an estimate on Saturday, ordered the parts for repair that day, got a call saying the parts arrived on Wednesday, got it repaired on Thursday in about an hour. Great service from Ali and great work from the technicians!

I was extremely happy with WESTWAY Collision Center. I had some work done from a collision claim also some out of pocket body work that has needed to be done for awhile. Doug was great to work with and answered all of my questions. Everyone I encountered at the shop was friendly and made me feel like my car was in good hands. The body work is so good you can t even tell any repairs were made. They even hand washed my car and detailed the interior when I picked it up-who does that!I will highly recommend WESTWAY Collision Center to my friends and family.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!! If you need your car repaired, take it elsewhere. These people have no clue what they are doing and when they tell you they will keep you informed of the progress of your repairs every step of the way, it is a total lie.My car was towed here back in March 2023, and after they had taken it completely apart and put it back together (almost), they declared it a total loss July 27. Almost 5 months after it was estimated the repairs would take 19 days. Just the cherry on top after being hit by someone running a red light. I can't say it enough, steer clear!You can see in the photos the minimal damage from the accident, then the other photo is what they did to my car!Services: Transmission, Tires, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

Had a single vehicle accident after someone ran me off the road and had mechanical damage to my wheels. I picked this place because of the reviews and they work with my insurance. While my insurance was a complete pain, Doug made sure every part of my vehicle was fixed with genuine parts and without taking shortcuts. He did everything in his might to get everything back to normal. For this, I am forever grateful.Thank you Doug and the whole collision team for making sure my QX50 was fully taken care of. It runs wonderfully now.

Took my mclaren 720s and my Porsche Cayenne to get the boys at west way.They gave me a great price and a perfect job. Professionalism at its finest, great customer service and the guys were so friendly.I m even going back to get my mclaren tuned soon.They made this unpleasant experience pleasant.Thanks again guys you have a customer for life.

Westway took care of me after a frustrating accident and fighting with my insurance company. They were always incredibly friendly and I'd say prompt. I haven't had much car work done in general but this was a positive first experience for me. Doug was my estimator and he took great care of everything from cosmetic details of a scratched wheel to the reason I took my car there to begin with, the fact my door wouldn't open. My insurance company accepted all of their repairs and estimates. I didn't have to do anything besides get my car there and pick it back up. They have great communication by answering questions correctly rather than guessing and giving misleading information. I'd absolutely go back when I need to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

I will never recommend West Way Collision Center, they provided terrible service. From the start they were very eager to earn my business but once they had my car I did not receive a single phone call from them, I had to constantly call and get updates and when I did no one knew when the car would be ready or what stage in the repair it was in. I had my car picked up from them Friday May 21st and I just now got my car back Thursday June 24th. I was supposed to get my car back 1 week ago but they did an extremely poor job, paint was chipped, residue was left on the car, they fixed my trunk and it wouldn t open properly. Tint was scratched, the Nob that releases my wiper fluid was never reattached, the tools used to lift my car were just thrown in the trunk, and the left taillight was out. I came back a week later to get my car picked up and it still wasn t ready, I called them at 4 PM earlier today (it s is now 8PM) and I was told it was perfect and ready to go. My left taillight was still out, the tint was still scratched, the loose parts were glued on in a sloppy manner where all the glue was oozing out the sides. I am now waiting for them to fix these issues before I take my vehicle. I had such a terrible experience and the whole way through I was told excuse after excuse. They need to get a quality check manager to review the vehicle BEFORE telling a customer to pick it up. Extremely unprofessional and I will never bring my car here, or ever recommend anyone I care about here.Service: Body & Trim

Westway made the whole process so easy. They answer the phone promptly. They get back to you quickly and frequently. They worked effectively with the insurance company. They made the difficult situation of getting a collision repaired feel easy. They are courteous and respectful. Thank you, Westway!

Just a brief note:Doug and his staff went above and beyond to take care of my 3/4 ton pickup.I was going to take it to Dodge for the collision repair, but even someone at the Ram dealership, told me that sometimes they have a hard time matching the graphite gray paint so I went to Westway.Everyone was helpful and courteous.Doug even went out of his way to have a couple of other small dings taken care of- that had nothing to do with the damage that the truck was there for.Customer service was beyond exemplary! From now on, it s a no-brainer where to bring my vehicles!I appreciate you guys at Westway!Michael W.

Arrived at the facility and from the start the staff was great. Naomi and Deana greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful. Trevor explained the process and the length of time it could take. They also gave me a ride to the rental car place. Noah the shuttle driver was very helpful and courteous and gave a lot of insight on the process also. Updates on the body of work coming soon

From the reviews posted already, I took my Alfa Romeo Giulia here seeing the work that was done to other vehicles and I have to say, they did a phenomenal job on the car. From Angel at the front desk to the manager, Doug, they were all super friendly and did a great job keeping me informed, as well as always being available whenever I called. Would definitely recommend them to others & prefer them over the dealership, where I previously took my vehicle for a separate issue.
