Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, then proceeded to wait over 15 minutes to be helped as no one was behind the counter. Had to ask someone outside of the department to get someone to help. Then, as I was waiting, they took someone else's vehicle ahead of mine. Seems like I will be here forever. I didn't want to believe the bad reviews but I guess I know better now not to come to Walmart for an oil change

The guy name Loro, he is very kind!! I went there 2 weeks ago, it was early Monday morning at 7:30am and it was cold and raining. I asked for filling the air because of low pressure. He helped me with kindness. I wanted to leave him some tips but he said no and said this is the service. Thank you for making my day!!God bless you!

This place is a complete joke. No quality assurance.After 3 hours, they released a car with different-than-ordered tires. Expected PSI is 35 on all four wheels, whereas the monitor in the car presented 24 and 44! It's completely unsafe not to mention the car belongs to my pregnant wife.We will never ever again go to that Walmart Auto Care Center. Avoid it for your own good.

I have been using this service for almost two years and they advertise that they would do basic maintenance such as tire pressure and washer check. But they never checked those even after I asked them to do. They repeatedly say it includes the service but never ever checked. So I complained it then they said they do not check unless warning signal comes out. So ridiculous. After I complained, they checked the tire pressure, but I later found out that a nozzle from the engine was disconnected. My engine was about to die. So unprofessional and one of the stupidest ever.

Was threatened by the technician who gave us are keys back told us he won t be so nice about it next time if we don t get the expensive oil change. When I told him no one inform us that we needed that oil he said and your car is not in the system. Which is funny because that s the second time there and once again never was told this. Just very unprofessional.

Must Avoid!!! Never bring your car here, ridiculous times with employees who don't give a dime about your car. Came here for a road hazard warranty where they couldn't do anything to fix my tire so they wanted to replace it but wouldn't tell me how much they'll charge me before hand? They installed my tires so badly since the beginning I had to replace all my tire sensors since they installed them. If I would've known before hand I would've ran out of there. Also never lose your receipt because their computers magically never have your customer and warranty information .

The slowest techs ever. They take forever to do the simplest task even if there is no one in front of you. Barney guy is always rude for no apparent reason. Cannot even talk to the guy without him having attitude. If you have 3 hours of spare time then sure come here. Up to you

I had a blow out on Sunday Morning, and Armando & Staff had me a new tire mounted and ready to go within 1 hour.... It was Sunday, so theyare a little sluggish on Sunday, but otherwise,.... Great Job....

was in a bind. 1 tire was losing air. they where cracking jokes - took pics of my car and did not get on what was needed. i mentioned that i did not have much time than the manager called toni ran me off- told me if i didn t like it to take the car somewhere else. screw them i wont b back

Appointment at 11 AM for tires, they didn t even start until 1:30 PM. Didn t leave until past 3 PM. The other reviews are spot on. Don t come here!

Guy helping out was very friendly and wasn t pushing extra things to get fixed. Quick oil change. Did charge for a tire rotation that they didn t do. Overall good price and service.

Manager has spoken with me on my issue and did his best to rectify the situation. (He is a good manager). However, there is an employee who sold tires. He shouldn't be working that counter. That individual is dismissive and created an unnecessary problem. I was not rude or demanding. All my questions were directly related to the tires.

Went one day, waited 3 hours, and they managed to replace the wrong tire. Had to dig it out of the recycle bin and put it back on. Swore I would never go back.Then forgot and went back. They took their sweet time. Said it would take an hour. After 45 minutes they finally started and told me it would only be another 45 minutes. Everyone seems unmotivated to get customers out the door. I'll never come here again and won't forget this time.

I feel like I got "BULLIED".First they made me wait 2.5 hours for One Tire change.They also didn't want to check in their system if I had a tire insurance and wanted to charge me full price for new one.. The Old man in front "YELLED" at me saying you should keep the receipt of insurance with you at all times. It's like he is demanding me or commanding me..OR SCARING ME?. Not sure where he got his MANNERS from but he should keep it at HOME.Then thankfully I found the insurance and they are like OH YOU HAVE IT? Ok never mind he got it.. Took ONE more hour then finally charged me a lot for new tire even though I had insurance.And LASTLY he didn't even put my spare tire in the RIGHT PLACE! I opened the trunk and it's there occupying my whole trunk space.So he expects me to PAY FOR THE SERVICE and then DO IT MYSELF?MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE SERVICE EVER. Close this place or hire new people HONESTLY!

I literally had an oil change at this Walmart last year and it was done in a reasonable time. I went for an oil change last week and it took 10 minutes. They didn't check the tire tread though & I didn't even notice until a few days later it rained and I was sliding all over the place. I checked my oil change receipt and noticed they hadn't check the tires at all (which is standard with an oil change). I went back last week with replacement tires in tow after I was informed that my front tires were bad. There was 1 car in the bay ahead of me and no others. I was told the wait time was 1.5 hours. I checked back 2 hours later and they still hadn't touched my car, just told me they hadn't gotten to it yet. I got sick of walking around Walmart and left. I'll never be backI see quite a few reviews about 3 hour wait times. If they had been honest and told me the wait was 3 hours I would've left immediately. 1.5 hours was doable since I got a manicure and did some shopping but 3 hours is insane considering that I got there before 4pm and there was only 1 other car in the bay.I lived in Las Colinas for 10 years and went back to the local Walmart there on a Friday after work with several cars in front of me. They were done changing my tires in an hour and a half.

I wanted to give this place a try because it was closer to home than going to my other car place. Let me say, I regret it 100%. I ordered ONE tire over online for pickup and it wasn't even ready after 6 hours so I had to go in person and say I'm here for my tire because seriously, how hard is it to have a tire ready for someone? It's a terrible place to get tires changed. I waited for over an hour from entering to leaving just to simply get 1 tire changed. ONE TIRE. The employees didn't know anything about customer service, one employee in fact (Daniel), just didn't care about his job to be honest. He had no sense of urgency as if he gets paid to take his time. He was on his phone answering text messages multiple times in front of me, taking pictures of his co-worker, and doing the slowest walk I've ever seen an employee do (no lie) and never smiled once. Dont get me wrong, he wasn't rude, he just wasn't considerate of others time. For what could've been a 5-10 min job, he took half an hour. The other half hour I was waiting for them to attend me because there was already a few people complaining when I got there (wasn't surprised). I am no longer going to do business here again. This is ridiculous. Don't do your business here guys, unless you like bad customer service and waiting a lot for nothing. Go to place in Harry Hines, they will take care of you a million times better than here. I'm just going to buy my tires from walmart and get them installed somewhere else to be honest because the prices are nice, but when it comes to them doing service on your car, NOO! I can't speak for all walmarts but this one definitely needs to improve.

First time using Walmart Automotive in Carrollton off Trinity Mills. Battery just stopped out of nowhere. Called around. Walmart Automotive had excellent customer service by Mr. Rene, Manager and the staff. Very respectful, and understanding. Explained the entire process to me. They also offer free battery checks. Saved $55 for a Benz battery with a 5yr warranty.

OK. I would start out by saying that if I could give this place 0 stars I would, but the timing wasn't that bad for four new tires and they seemed to have done a pretty good job on the auto side of things... But the "customer service" that I received was appalling! I completely agree with those that say you should get new employees.. But i think one in particular should definitely go. There is an older gentleman that works in the front. I don't think that I've seen anyone in a customer service position be so rude to customers in quite a while. When I got there I spoke to him and told him that I needed 4 new tires. He started to set me up but already he was short with me and hardly looked at me. I told him that while on the phone with a young woman earlier, she told me that they could save my best tire and replace my donut with it. He looked at me like I was stupid and said that they didn't do that. Well, that makes no sense to me because if I'm going to pay close to $400 on new tires then you could at least do that one small thing. While I waited for him to finish up with his computer input, someone who had been waiting patiently this whole time (who this man never even acknowledged existed) said excuse me.. You charged me too much for this battery. He had the battery and receipt in his hand along with an ad that I'm assuming had the sale price on it. This older gentleman looked up and snapped...Uh, I didn't charge you too much for anything.. Now if you'll just wait, we'll see what the computer charges you for the battery...I then asked him how long it should take, as I had my young child with me. He didn't even say anything.. He just kind of looked at me and shrugged... SHRUGGED!!I swear, by the time I was done I wanted to speak to someone in upper management about him. When we came back to pay and leave, there was a younger woman at the courter who was just as sweet and helpful as could be...but if one employee is THAT rude to customers..it doesn't matter how sweet the others are. Walmart, please do something about this older gentleman. I seriously have not been treated so rudely and coldly. It wasn't just his rudeness. He hardly made eye contact with me... He didn t say a word to the 2 people waiting in line behind me like "I'll be with you guys in just a moment" or anything like that. All added up.. His behavior makes me want to never come back here again and tell everyone I know to do the same. So here goes. If you're reading this review, don't go here unless they get rid of the older man in the front of this auto center!

They destroyed my oil filter housing cap and did wrong thread with tight. Now they saying "lie" i have missed oil change every 5k miles because of that it got tight..Please speak truth to customers don't think customers are fool and zero knowledge in it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very bad and slow custumer service. The guy attended the lady customer who came after me in a BMW. When asked why this guy responded saying that she was there before me. Infact I saw her coming and even she aknowledged that I came first and was on the line, but not this guy. Either he has a vision problem or lacks some basic customer service skills

My battery finally called it quits in the Walmart parking lot. I went inside, informed the employee of my situation, and purchased the Maxx H6 (after taxes and core charge = $147.00). After I purchased the battery, the employee then informs me that none of her technicians can help me install it because they are short staffed and 2 cars are ahead of me. It's 11am..

I asked to change the rear tires because one of them has a hole. They changed the front tires, charged me full price, and left the rear tire with the hole. They finished the works without notifying me and left me waiting for 2 hours while they closed the shop. I ll never come to this place again.
