I took my truck in to get it serviced and everything seemed okay until I pulled out and check the undercarriage and realized it the technician had left off the oil filter cover. When I went back and demanded that they return the cover the manager offered to get me $20 and come back off my next service. I told her I'm not coming back especially after something like this and I don't know what else the guy might have done wrong. They seemed professional and nice but in the end it's what kind of service do they do. This location has had lots of problems in the past and apparently all the problems and the employees causing those problems are not gone. They put the professionally acting ones dealing with customers and let some kids work on the undercarriage. I'll never use them again. I will expect a full refund and I will dispute charges

Everyone is amazing at this Carrollton location! Andre was my main guy that helped me with my full service oil change on my Audi. He was phenomenal. The whole team was amazing. Excellent customer service and where I will be coming for all of my future oil changes!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!I took suburban there and had a difficult experience with the staff. Contacted the manager and was treated less than optimal with her. She says she fixes the problem, but about half way through my oil change I had oil pressure issues. Come to find out it was dirty oil from their bulk system, clogging up my filters. 300 plus dollars later it is all better.

Did a simple oil change, after driving car started with a weird noise. Oil spill all over the street, towed car back and they tight oil filter and plug then got ho.e and now car doesn't start,have a bad noise in the motor!Car was fine before i took it here. They sent my car for diagnostic and it's been there since September with no solution. No returned calls,they fired manager that was helping with this matter,now all is on a limbo.Worst place for service.

Decided to try Valvoline for my oil change because I had a coupon. However, the coupon only brought the pricing down to regular price of competitors. Love that the techs are female. However, if you're looking for a smiley welcome, you're not going to get one.Service was speedy. However, the paperwork stated they checked and topped off my fluids but that did not happen. Also stated they reset my oil change light and they did not do that either.Not really a bad experience, but also no reason to try it again.

I got an oil change and my vehicle has been dripping fluid. We took it in to check it and they were more concerned about telling us they couldn't have caused the leak than really looking. Leak didn't start until after oil change and still has a leak. Not helpful and they don't take ownership of issue they caused.Update - I sent email with requested info and haven't heard anything back. I took my vehicle to a different shop and there was oil all over the bottom of my vehicle from the leak. There is no way the techs wouldn't have seen this leak. They don't care about their customers.

The service of valvoline is not good at this location. I went there to change oil of my car and they do it well but they didn t fixed skid plate properly and they let me go. I was driving back to home and in middle of my way the skid plate came down on road and i call on this location and they told me that they can t send anyone for help and i need to take my car to them. The skid plate was hanging from the bottom of car while i was driving back to them. I told them clearly if i drove back to them the skid plate will be damage but they didn t send anyone and i drove back my car to them.Just because they didn t send anyone my skid plate got damaged.The employee was little rude and manager told me that they have to order new skid plate from honda and they will call me when they recieve the skid plate but they didn t gave me any proof or receipt for it.

Great fast and convenient service. They don't always have someone for inspections but they'll tell you when they will. Oil change prices seem steep but also looks to be in the typical range of some other shops as well. Check Groupons or online for coupons.

I would use this location with caution. I noticed my wife's car was leaking a lot of oil after getting serviced here. I checked the oil and it had been very overfilled. I checked the service tag and it read that it had been given the correct oil but the v8 amount. We have a v6. It had been overfilled by one quart. She had been driving it for a couple of months before I noticed this and now I'm concerned about the rear main seal, as that is where the oil seems to be coming from. I brought the car back down to Valvoline and the employees were polite, and found too, that a mistake had been made, and drained the extra oil. However, the both the employees and assistant manager did not seem to be concerned about the overall integrity of my engine, as I continue to be now, and sent me on my way. I'd really like to speak with the primary manager about this mistake, as I'd like to get the car checked out by a mechanic, but was told that any work outside Valvoline would void their liability.Further Update: This company doesn t care about their mistake. I did email and call the help line but got no response. Luckily for me and for them, my car is still going, though I did have to repair some oil leaks that may or may not have been caused by their error. Don t use this company! For your own good, stay away!

Do not go there! I repeat,,DO NOT GO THERE for any services, they ll rip you apart. They charged me double the price for a simple oil change..

I got my oil changed Saturday March 11 and.They forgot to put oil Cap back on now when we opened my hood to see... oil all over and no oil cap on. My engine is covered in oil, the foam under the hood is saturated, in fact it is hard to find a spot under my hood that isn't coated. Now my car has a burnt oil smell !!! after I asked them to clean at least a little, they answered very rudely that it was not their job.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I was made to wait for an hour as all of the Technicians assisted other customers who drove up. When it was my turn, I pulled into the service bay and sat waiting for almost eight minutes only to have the technician to tell me they did not have the required oil. I let him know that had he or any other tech spoke with me when I arrived my time would not have been wasted. I also pointed out that every other person who pulled up was welcomed and taken care of.I am giving my first one star as I have never encountered such an administration of customer service. I strongly feel that they could have at least said hey let's make sure that next time you come by, we give you a discount on price. This incident happens 9 March 2023. I hope someone sees this and makes sure to not let it happen. I would only recommend this place if you are willing to roll the dice.

The technicians were willfully negligent when working on my car. Went in for an oil change and the technician convinced me to get a new battery (the old one had been working fine for years, just a bit weak). After the new battery was installed, I drove away from the shop and my car died immediately in the middle of the road. Luckily I was able to restart my car to make it back into the shop.In the end, they were not able to fix the issue and told me to go see a different mechanic (even though they knew my car was not safe to drive. They basically just told me "we can't do anything more so good luck.") In short, they left me worse off than when I came in and made me drive home with car that was not safe to operate. I had to restart my car twice on the trip home! The technicians there demonstrated extremely irresponsible/incompetent/negligent behaviors. Strongly advise to stay away for your own safety.

I use to come here for my oil changes and Stats Vehicle inspections. Never had an issue with the oil changes. But DON T waste your time to get a State Vehicle Inspection because their machines to do them are always down . I came here a year ago and I received the same answer. Machine is down that does the inspections. I would recommend Firestone in Carrollton.

Jae was extremely helpful! I am a return customer and Jae was the first person to reach in and reset the maintenance message on my dash for me. I always have great customer service but Jae took care of everything for me.

My rating has nothing to do with the employes that work here. I have always had good interactions with them at this location, polite and professional. I also have never waited very long (I normally go around noon). However the Managers/Facility Supervisors need to take better care of the workers at this location. Only one small wall mounted fan works in the bay. Please get your employees some new working fans. They didnt compain openly about it, but it was obvious that they were misarable in that hot bay. Take Care of your Employees!

We went to get a battery changed, but it was something else. Nonetheless our neighborhood Valvoline is the best because the assistant manager is always so helpful, and the young guys are professional.

Very efficient process to get state inspection completed. Seemed like everyone had the same idea I did but due to the process in place, things moved very quickly.

The worst valvoline!! Never on time AND the girl with the big front teeth and brown hair IS RUDE and she was late also el o el. New staff them please they USED to be great.

Showed up at 8:10 AM, location was not open.Went up north and received service. Other location indicated that this specific location has a problem and that they frequently receive overflow traffic as a result.

I have been using this facility for oil changes for many years. After my last visit I'm not going to go back. We're service I have ever had at an oil change facility. Enough is enough

I came by to get my car inspected and they got me in and out super fast. I'm glad they paid attention to keeping my car clean and safe with gloves masks and staying socially distant. Charlie did the inspection and he was very nice and professional. Update, just got my car inspected there and it was just as fast and easy as before

First experience with Valvoline and it almost killed me. Got an oil change today in Carrollton and driving down the tollway my under cover came loose and almost made me wreck my car the noise scared me so bad and trying to swerve off the road in heavy traffic. At the Frisco location now waiting in line to get it screwed back on, by hopefully more competent employees. Way to go guys

Inconsistent service, but consistently inconvenienced, never can tell if you are going to be able to do what s needed to be done, when need or able to get done. App is worthless. Here the printer wasn t working, so wasn t able to perform in order to have state required document for inspection.

This place has the most honest folks around. There s never any high pressure tactics to get services you don t need. They even told me I was early in getting an oil change. They topped off my oil for free and suggested I come back in another 1k miles!

I waited from about 7:45 am to 8:35 am, only to be told by a non-keyholding employee that (35 mins after the posted opening time) the keyholding employee was 30 mins away, nothing he could do so we should go to a valvoline down the road. By this time the other 2 oil change places nearby had a 1.5 hour wait or a 45 min wait (I'm currently at Caliber right now, 2 mins into that 45 mins. The whole freaking purpose of getting to your shop before opening time was so I could get finished quickly and not have to spend my whole morning on this s h I t. But here I am wasting my only weekday off work doing this. I have other s h i t to do besides this, and I only get one weekday per month off work. And forget being able to get a spot for an oil change on the weekend. Im not rich but my time is valuable to me. The only oil change place I've been to that consistently gives a decent wait time and experience is Take5, but there isn't one anywhere near here (where I had other business this morning) or near my house, so that's why I didn't go to one of those. I'm here looking like a lazy idiot trying to get to an oil change place at 8:45am. Smh. Making me look bad.
