I recently visited Texas Collision Center in Carrollton for my car repair, and I couldn t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.First and foremost, Jay, who assisted me throughout the process, was incredibly helpful and refreshingly honest. He provided clear explanations and updates, ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. It s rare to find such transparency in the car industry, and Jay s professionalism was truly commendable.Adriana, the receptionist was so kind and friendly, adding a welcoming touch to the overall experience. Their warmth and efficiency made the administrative aspects seamless and pleasant.In terms of the repair itself, I was amazed by how quickly it was completed without compromising quality. The updates I received along the way further reassured me that my car was in good hands.To top it off, they went above and beyond by cleaning my car, leaving it looking as good as new. I was so happy with my experience here and I highly recommend Texas Collision Center for anyone needing their car repaired!

TCC has the best customer service and made me feel so welcomed from the beginning. They answered all my questions during the estimate process with patience and ease which ultimately made me choose them as the body shop to repair my car. I received timely updates throughout the repair process and couldn t have asked for a better experience! My car looked good as new and would highly recommend them!

Ask for Jay if you re getting work done. He was very honest and did an amazing job repairing my Supra with body damage from a collision. I was going on vacation about a week before my estimated completion date and he worked to make sure it was done early before I left. He also kept me very well informed.I highly recommend both Texas Collision Centers as well as Jay!

Just had my wife s 2019 Kona repaired. Great experience with the staff at this location. Justin was my service manager and had all details and information about my vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had. He made sure all parts that I asked about received attention and the proper service, he also kept me in the loop regarding updates on my vehicle. Thank y all again I plan to bring other vehicles to this location.

Silverio at Texas collision was amazing! I got into an accident and they got my car in within hours! Him and his team went above and beyond! He updated me twice a week and was able to get my car done within 3 weeks! Great service and amazing body work! Highly recommend!

This facility is beautifully setup for customers comfort. The lobby receptionist is so pleasant and kind. This company, Texas Collision , is what companies should strive to achieve.

I have only positive things to say about this place and the staff. From the front desk girl who was so sweet and accommodating every time I called, to my service advisor, Jay, who was AMAZING. He made my baby look good as new after a wreck, and kept me in the loop each step of the way. You can tell he really cared about the quality of his work. On my car, he even sent a part back because he said it just wasn t up to the standards he would accept if he were the owner of the vehicle. That was just one instance during this repair process where he went the extra mile. Seriously, Jay- God bless you! I appreciate you and all of Texas Collision Center going above & beyond for me.

My car was sent to the Texas Collision Center in Carrollton due to a rear-end collision. Jimmy assisted me, and he was very professional, helping me communicate with the insurance company. The car was repaired very well, although there were a minor issues, they were quickly addressed. Jim ensured everything was thoroughly checked before allowing me to leave. It was a happy experience overall. However, I have a small suggestion: it would be even better if the status of the car could be updated to the customer during the repair process. Thank you, Jim, and thanks to every staff member involved.

Great service and this why - the repairs were done promptly and communication was great. What stood out to me was their willingness to listen when I was not pleased with a few minor details of the repairs. My service advisor Justin was willing to listen to me and consider my observations and then took action to rectify them. The reality is that no shop is going be perfect, but it says way more about them when they willing to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would come back to them!

Best customer service I have had in a long time. Justin went above and beyond for me to repair my car and even addressed some issues with it that they didn t have to. I truly appreciate him and would highly recommend Texas Collision to anyone else. Thank you Justin and team.

I have used Texas Collision Centers a couple of times and they are the only specialists I will trust with my car.The first time I needed them I went to the Plano location and I was very impressed with how professional and accommodating their facility was. Their bathrooms are super clean and they re waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing. They even offer beverages and snacks for their awaiting guests.The bodywork on my car was absolutely top-notch and they made certain that I was happy. Chris Lennox was at that location at the time and he treated me like royalty.Most recently I went to the new location in Carrollton and Jim took very good care of me!Having an accident in your vehicle is a very unfortunate event and the team at Texas Collision Centers does everything they can to ease your burden. From the first time you call the front receptionist to the moment they hand you your key, you are treated with the utmost in care and compassion. I highly recommend them!!

I received exceptional service at this new location for Texas Collision Centers! I happened by chance to this location due to my car situation and this was the best place I could have hoped for to take care of my vehicle. Love these guys! They were friendly, helpful, and timely. They set realistic and detailed expectations and kept me in the loop on how far along my car was in the repair process. Jay in particular is a rockstar! So thankful for him and his team.

I had a great experience at Texas collision center in Carrollton.Front desk receptionist had a great customer service with smile.Jim is awesome , he made this repair process so easy for me. I came to Texas Collision Centers for a bumper repair and was extremely impressed with the service I received! From the moment I called until the moment I picked up my vehicle, the team working on my car was courteous, kind, and extremely communicative. I was updated frequently regarding the status of my repair and they complete the repair extremely quick. In talking with friends and family who have had cars repaired they all warned me that it could take weeks to get my car back and to, not get my hopes up. However, I got a call within 7 days of dropping it off stating that my car was ready for pick up. I never leave reviews but was just so impressed at the care and consideration that each member of the team gave me throughout this process that I had to show them some love! They will be the only place I go to for repairs from now on!Service: Body & Trim

Texas Collision Center of Carrolton made getting my truck repaired a great experience. My insurance said that I needed to call a trusted repair vendor and set up an appointment. When I called the Carrolton location, Adriana answered. She was so kind and funny, and actually listened to what I had to say. I knew right off the bat that this was going to be a great place to go. When I showed up a few hours early for my appointment, Justin was quite busy with another repair. He immediately began to help me and get everything I needed set up, he also kept me updated on repairs throughout the process, a true professional. The Carrolton location does an excellent job with repairs and customer service. I would choose them again if i had any issues in the future.

Great communication throughout the entire process and made sure my car was looking shiny and new when I picked it up. The drop off process was simple and they even have a coffee/hot cocoa bar and a free vending machine for while you're waiting on Enterprise to pick you up for your rental! This was my second time using TCC but my first at the carrolton location and they did not disappoint. Incredibly friendly staff and great work actually the board. Hopefully I don't wreck my car again but if I do I know exactly where to take it.

Texas Collision is the best place to take your auto for body damage repair. They are very thorough on the details for the repair and they text weekly on updates and on track for the delivery date for completion. I was very satisfied with them.

Justin at the Carrollton Texas Collision Center was great to work with. Not only did he stay in contact with me but he worked as efficiently as possible. My car was returned super clean. I can recommend him.

I appreciated communications during the repair process. Facility was nice and reception/office manger and estimator/case manager were very professional and friendly. Work completed was exceptional and vehicle returned cleaned up inside and out.

I m so happy that I brought my car here. The customer service was superb. I was getting updated on the status of my car almost everyday. My car is as good as new and they even cleaned it!! The Texas Collision Center in Carrolton handled ,my claim very efficiently coordinating the process with State Farm. I have had a fair amount of work done at body shops over the years and I will have to say that my experience at Texas Collision is at the top. It's a brand new facility with all of the best equipment and the team of people at the location in Carrollton are great. I worked with Jay and he kept me informed from start to finish.The guys that started Texas Collision used to be over at Service King, so they have a lot of industry experience and it definitely shows in the operation that they are running. If you want your car done right, you can't go wrong with TC Carrollton.
