If I could give NO stars I freakin would!!! The main man (manager) whoever, is rude as hell, always acts like he s too busy to talk, if your black he ll over look you.. He s done it to me multiple times.. I had a 9am appointment was waitin for him to acknowledge my presence and finish talking to other before me and he completely ignored me, then a Arabian lookin lady comes beside me 10-12 mins later she just goes up to him and then next thing I know he s takin her inside the garage part.. I immediately asked her what she was gettin done cause I had been there FIRST she said a oil change I then noticed there was an office lady so I expressed to the office lady that I had been there before her so I should be gettin serviced first. So the office lady walks me to the manager dude and asks about my 9am appointment he then says he doesn t have an appointment and if I m coming from Midpoint (my car dealer) then he no longer works wit them.. I immediately get pissed because he s extremely rude and careless the way he delivers info he really doesn t care. He shows it very well. Time before that he was rude to me. I call my car dealer they seemed to be confused and tried calling him, no answer. So they obviously didn t know what was goin on either. That s not my fault, I shouldn t get punished for that, I have nothing to do wit whatever was goin on. My car was severely messed up the brakes, roders and a lot more. So my dealer had me go to another location. At the new location the manager was understanding and polite and willing to squeeze me in due to HIM turnin me away when I had an appointment. All ima say is I will never go back there in life, I absolutely hate his attitude and him at that I wish nothing but the worst at this mechanic shop

Usually, I don't write reviews or send feedback. However, when something is worth mentioning, I feel obligated to let others know. Those guys deliver great work at a very reasonable price. Everything is explained up front, so you won't be surprised with any hidden charges. For my vehicles, I finally found the right mechanic shop. Certainly, I would recommend them to anyone. Service like it used to be, fair, friendly,with integrity - I have been going to this Texaco (Extreme Auto Care) for auto repair for 10+ years, through 2 owners. What I look for in an auto repair shop, is fair prices for the right repairs to be done, They consistently "do the right thing" in recommending only needed repairs. We are a 3 car household, and I could site multiple examples over the past year where they have "done the right thing", whether it was a loose headlight connection (vs replacing headlight), lubricating a belt (vs replacing alternator), etc...One time in 2014, I was out of town on business, and my daughter's vehicle would not start at our home, about 2 miles away. I called them, and the owner, Adam, immediately drove to my house, diagnosed the problem, retrieved needed parts, came back and fixed her car at my house, all within the next 1.5 hours, for a very reasonable price.

I used to work around here but live in Denton. I still dive 45 min one way for an honest mechanic shop.

Always greatly satisfied with the services here. The guys are nice and friendly and will take great care of your automotive needs. Can't recommend this place enough!

Took my car to get break pads and resurface my rooters, they only did the front no the back they left the front once warped and made me by new ones then I took it to get a wheel bearing replaced they could not or did not want to do the job. They don't want to struggle on doing the work. They rather have you buy all new parts than to struggle a little to save you money. Lazy.....don't go there unless you want to spend money on all new parts.
