Hey guys, after about 2 years I m back for another awesome review. This Speed Dee is my go-to for state inspections and oil changes. They are quick, friendly, reasonably priced and don t try to up sell me on things I don t need. I feel the focus is on quality for repeat business.Military / Veteran discount. Highly recommend this Speed Dee Location for oil changes and inspections, .but I don t recommend the Carwash next door. Not a great wash for the high price. That s about it for this awesome review. See you in 2 years.

Paid a lot of money for them to not fix a bunch of dash lights that came on after I went here for an oil change. Went to a different auto body shop and they fixed it at no charge.. do with this information what you will.

New to the area and was looking for a place to get oil changed that would do great work, give friendly customer service and not try to get over on me because I'm a woman as so many do when assuming we don't know any better. I didn't have to worry about any of that here. Soon as I pulled up, I was greeted with a friendly smile and prompt service... total time took about 15 minutes and was given a fair price... so grateful I found them as they will be my servicer for my present vehicle and any in the future... go try them out, you won't regret it

It is one of the best places to get your vehicle inspection done. Quick and easy, no hassle. I was able to get out in 10-15 minutes.

I moved to Texas about few months ago and was looking for a good auto shop near me. My neighbor recommended that SpeeDee is place to go and he said that they are nice people and don t charge ridiculous hidden fees. I already came for a battery change and oil change. Today I came back to get my transmission fluid changed and I m happy with the ppl and also the service! Fast and through service and good customer care.

I absolutely love this place. The guys who work here are phenomenal. They are honest and helpful and FAST! They have the best priced oil changes in my area and if I need something else done they are always fair.

Found my oil cap under my windshield wiper when got home. Oil on my hood and bumper. Opened my hood and saw oil from the opening where my cap was supposed to be all over my engine. I have to ride with the window open because of the smoke and smell. Probably should hire an attorney.

Only been here once, but they were open on July 4th so it really helped me in a bind and they were VERY fast. I did hear a gentlemen from a different bay say "does nobody celebrate Independence day anymore!?" I don't think he knows I heard him, but I won't hold it against the other guys that did a great job and helped me out.

I stopped to get an inspection. When the person came out they told me to drive into the bay. I was driving slowly, as one should, and the guy motioned for me to continue. Next thing I know the guy is yelling at me because I passed the mark that only he can see. I said, "You don't have to yell. You could've told me I was close". This dude had the nerves to tell me, "Most people know when to stop." So I decided to stop dealing with this person. Some words were exchanged, and then his wife (both of them run the shop) came out to stop him. This all happened in front of my 9 and 4yo and I was not at all happy with his display of professionalism.

I go here for my state inspections because they are quick and make sure that I am in compliance. My light was out and they were able to fix it on the spot.

I had been to several shops previously, 1 made my situation worse and the others wouldn t service my car since my battery was harder to reach. The crew at this location were AMAZING! They let me hang out in my car, continually updated me on how things were going, quoted a fair and decent price and also allowed me to take a look at the process! At one point because the earlier shop had broken and ripped out a few pieces I was asked to go inside for my safety, it had cause my battery to overload. Once they were able to replace the battery safely they were cheering as I drove off. Even if it took a while, I couldn t expect anything better!!!! I m no longer worried about spontaneous combustion, worth my wait.Service: Battery

Brought in my van for service. They drained my transmission fluid and didn t replace it.My perfect newer model van broke down on the way home. Less than half a mile down the road.Called corporate but they denied all responsibility.I had to go buy a whole new van.AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS.

These folks have been providing service to my vehicles for the past 15 years, they are very knowledgeable along with great service. I would recommend them to anybody for my self owning a limousine and transportation company. I was recommended to come here for an oil change and glad I did, the service was high quality and fast true to their name in a clean facility. The staff was really great, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be coming back.

I love these guys! They are a small shop and I know who's working on my car. They work quickly, and give me clear information about what needs to be done before they do it and they understand that sometimes you might have enough money to do all of the repairs now. Any time I've been in that situation, they've been happy to tell me what needs to be done right away and what can wait. They stand behind their warranties and they do a great job.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Worst customer service I ve ever endured!!!!! I had been there before and the lady that serviced my truck was awesome. But this time the owner was servicing my truck. I had bright my own oil then the owner started putting the oil before the plug was even in and they end up losing oil. He didn t mention what happened until I ask him, he then tells me he lost a quart. I ask what s the plan to replace the lost oil and he says he s going to put a different quart of oil. I told him he couldn t use different oil cause it ll ruin my engine. He then goes and brings oil same brand but not the same type I brought, I told him he couldn t use it cause it wasn t the same one I brought. He then tells me that s all I m getting so either pour it in my truck or I can leave. He was so rude and obnoxious . I told him not to put that in my truck he then closes my hood tells me to leave. I highly recommend no one go to this shop for any auto mobile service.Service: Oil change

I have been a long time customer here in this location because their services are excellent. Effective, fast, honest, price reasonable. The owner Nita, the staffs Eric and Angie all are very nice. The technician Shane is awesome and honest. I have several problems in my car but he quote me the price and gave me honest suggestion instead of trying to get me to do everything that not necessary. I really appreciated this. I feel very safe and trust them to serve my car. I will always come back here even i need to drive far away from my home to here after i moved.

A friendly greeting, prompt service at a fair price - can't ask for more! On a previous visit, the mechanic walked me through an issue he'd found and the service he suggested. I stepped away to do some quick research on my phone and verified everything he'd shown. I added the service, and picked up my car which was running more smoothly! Y'all are great!

Just visited this morning. I have been a customer here since I moved to Carrollton back in 2004. The service was great, the facility was comfortable and clean. I was attended by Brock who was very personable. The lobby was clean and considering the temp this morning it was very comfortable. I would recommend this shop to all my friends.Service: General repairs & maintenance
