This used to be the best location.. I don t know what happened.. they got you in and out quick for a recalibration now it takes 30-40 minutes PER VEHICLE. Do not go to this location and get a different breathalyzer company because this is the worst.. I m currently sitting in line and I have had the current two cars ahead of me for 40 minutes. And here is the tech standing on his phone not caring.

These place for one take forever to instal the device. 2nd I ve had the device less than a month and it doesn t work properly constantly blacks out flickers in and out making blow ever 2 minutes. Either the idiots working here don t know how to do their job or they gave me a faulty device! Worst place to go!!! Choose a different place to get a interlock system. In the picture I was driving my car and the device blacked out now I have to get my car to them and I don t have the money for a tow truck this is ridiculous!! B/S

I always come to this location, because it s convenient and the staff has always been very kind and knowledgeable. Jimmy Lee is the best tech in the field, and I m so happy to have him service my vehicle every time!

Shoutout to Jimmy Lee. I m sure no one enjoys coming here for their monthly recalibration, but jimmy sure makes the experience a lot nicer. Extremely friendly and i recommend this location over others!

Damaged my car, rare wood panel chipped and plastic protruding around ignition tumbler. The way they tried to access it wasn't even the proper way to access it. So they did the job wrong and damaged my vehicle while doing so. I even mentioned I'd help them with any panels if need be.

By far THE slowest location I ve ever gone to. And they seem to just operate on their own hours rather than what is posted. I can t even come here on my hour lunch break anymore because if there are more than 2 cars already in line I m going to be there even longer than that. Terrible.

Worse company ever, I got an email 3 days ago saying that they were processing the removal of my interlock device for 59.69 , I came to get my interlock device removed and I ended up paying 160 dollars , Smart start only cares about the money , I call this a B/S
