Drove my vehicle last week Monday for a repair estimate. Today is Saturday. I called numerous times following up with their promised estimate.Lo and behold, Juan, service manager assured me, estimate will be completed and emailed to me by the end of business this past Thursday, November 16th. I called again Yesterday, to find out it wasn't completed. Mind you, Juan became defensive by creating excuses and basically expressed a negative attitude in his tonality.By the way, Service King, throughout the years have always provided excellent customer service and attention to repair details.I was informed, Crash Masters acquired and or took over the franchise name.Well.. go figure.Paul

Took my 2023 Camaro to Crash Champions for some body work and tire rim repair after an accident via an insurance claim where they were one cited as one of the preferred providers. After comparing to alternatives of my own choosing, I went with them since they were very helpful and close to my house. Special shout out to Becca and the team as they kept me up-to-date on the progress and actually reworked part of the repair until they were satisfied with it (the initial repainting of the rim did not exactly match so they spotted that and re-did it on their own), and let me know what was going on throughout the process - Do not leave many reviews but can highly recommend this location for your car repairs based on quality of work and ease of the process - secured my rental car and were great to work with throughout.

Becca is awesome ! She keeps me updated everyday on the progress of my vehicle's repair without my asking. I hope I will never need to use a collision business again, but if I do, it will be this establishment due to Becca's excellent service.

There was massive false statements and communication across my entire experience. Everytime someone said they d call back, they failed to do so. And each time I was told my vehicle would be ready it was not and then each week I had to call back for an update I was told it would be extended out again. It took two months. The lack of communication cost me further out of pocket expenses due to car rental and work adjustments to accommodate the new estimated date . I had a personal item stolen out of my vehicle . Specifically a cowboy hat that was placed Inside . Right at the back of the vehicle with the back windshield. When brought up at pick up that it was missing. I was simply told it would be on the look out for it and that their personal was trained to put things aside if it was found . However it should ve never been moved . Especially due to it being in an area of the vehicle that wasn t affected.

Completely terrible service, took them 8 weeks to just replace front bumper and few other things. The whole car is dirty, no clean up or quality check. Spots on the passenger side as if soda was spewed. Dashboard parts loose inside and underneath the steering wheel. They replaced the hood in front but forgot to install the rod that holds it when you unlatch. Plus the lack of communication and follow up is bad.Service: Body & Trim

I went for my car repairs after getting rear- ended. Disappointed from the lack of communication and follow up, as well as missing items from my vehicle, not worth much but regardless still feeling annoyed that signing the waiver means that they ll raid whatever is left inside your car. The repairs seem good, glad to have my car back but will not recommend or return to this shop.Service: Body & Trim

My experience with Service King was tremendous! I had several places turn me away for the repairs needed because they were too busy and service king took me right in even despite them looking very busy themselves. The time frame on repairs ended up coming out quicker than expected and they still did quality work. The customer service was stellar which is hard to find nowadays. Very polite people that gave me frequent updates on each stage of my repairs which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend them for anyone needing auto repairs! I only came here to get an estimate.1. I think it is very dumb that you have to schedule an appt to get an estimate because all they do is take pictures of my car and tell me they'll email me an estimate. Why do I have to schedule an appt days in advance for just pictures to be taken and not even receive an estimate on the spot?2. they actually ended up losing the photos of my car they took and told me to come back in so they can take the pictures again. I ended up going somewhere else (who was able to provide an estimate on the spot). Service King/Crash Champions ended up sending me an estimate days later (I guess they didn't lose the pictures) and it ended up being 2.5x more expensive than another body shop I went to.I am personally never going back here again. the price difference was eye opening.

I came in as part of an insurance claim to get an estimate. They took photos and when they saw the scuff marks, they immediately went in the business and came out with a solution to remove the marks quickly and saw no other damage. The visit was easy and they were friendly and helpful. I was able to avoid any other issues and they offered to help if I found anything else. I highly recommend this business for others!

I took my car in for repair after an accident. They messed up the paint work and I had to end up bringing it in 2 additional times for them to correct the problems. In total they had my car for a little over 3 weeks and did nothing to try and accommodate me in that time by arranging a rental car. I was truly disappointed in my experience and will probably not come back here. I did reach out to the customer service line as well as the GM with further details.Services: Tires, Painting, Auto glass repair

Went into this Service King to fix my locks from a previous repair from a Service King in a different city. They accepted that warranty with no problem even though it wasn t repaired at that location. They ordered the locks right after examining the issue, got my car done in the same day I dropped it off, and even fixed the other lock from a previous repair. The general manager was great and got everything done efficiently. Couldn t ask for a better experience!

John Bradley and Tim Green were extremely helpful! I was driving my sisters car and my engine coolant light came on. I started freaking out and pulled into their lot, and they helped without any question! The staff was awesome, considerate, understanding and professional. I mostly dealt with Diane she is an excellent source of information. John the new Manager was soooo nice. I lost my key and he took off a significant amount of money from my deductible. That was a Godsend because it's the holidays and every little bit counts. I really appreciated that kind gesture. They did a wonderful job on my car and I am glad that I took my car to them and I will certainly take it back if I ever need any body work done to my car. The customer service is horrible. I can't get a call back regarding repairs that were done incorrectly. Management is the worst. I would NEVER do business again or recommend this company. Front R wheel and fender banged up on six year old Subaru. Repair blended perfectly with rest of car. Has more shine than when new. Best car wash and polish that the vehicle ever had. Very pleasant company to deal with in person and on phone. Car rental picked up and dropped off at Service King. * <-- sixth star.

This location had repaired two of my vehicles and in 4 years they still had the great customer service I experienced when my last repair in 2014. They also called after to make sure my car was running properly and their went any issues. Also this location has an enterprise attached their service was equally as excellent and it's extremely convenient to pick up a rental when your car is dropped off. Thank you all for a job well done!

I highly recommend Service King for any collision repair work. My service service advisor Katrina was on top of getting me updates and made getting my vehicle repaired a breeze. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. They even give your car back detailed and washed. I will always choose service king in the future, and I will definitely be referring friends/family. Very friendly staff! Hi did an excellent job on helping my daughter and I out with our quotes.Price wise though I was able to find a local body shop that quoted me literally less than half of what service king quoted. That's very telling for me.Still gave them work for the small amount I had to have done for a bumper but if I had them do all of it the car would have been flagged as a total loss for no valid reason.Cmon service king. You can do better. Don't tax us poor peasants to death.

I was in a nasty car accident on Dec 18 2018 and the front left side of my car got pretty messed up! I was without my Jeep for about 3 weeks. My service advisor was Becca and she was exrtemely sweet and very informative. She kept me updated the entire time through phone, email and text. I never worried once about how my car was being cared for. She let me know when it was ready to be picked up and I was able to go after work. I was greeted with a smile and was handed my paperwork rather quickly and then directed over the enterprise section to turn in the keys of the rental vehicle. They got me closed out with them very fast. I was probably in and out of there within 15-20 minutes. Jessica then came out and went over all the work that was done and special instructions on not washing my car right away as it had fresh paint. She as well was very informative and kind and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job on my Jeep, too! You can't even tell that car was ever in a wreck! I am overall very satisfied with my experience here. The customer service, knowledge, work, the people and atmosphere in general was refreshing. I would most definitely recommend my friends and family to this spot. Thanks yall for everything and making a stressful situation, pleasant! :)

I took my car here to get some paint work corrected from another Service King. They honored the lifetime warranty with no questions asked. They did promise and deliver it before they completed the work but after a walk around they agreed that it wasn't completed and corrected any other issues I found. They will work until you are a satisfied customer but it may take some time and a trip or two to get it all corrected.

I had work done at another Service King in Memphis TN. The work was horrible. I took the car here where I was greeted by Catrina. She was very understanding and did her best to assure me the job would be taken care of. She called with updates and really knows her profession. Catrina and the reception Diana are amazing!!

Jeremy was awesome and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Because they work by appointments you receive 100% of their attention when you are there. There is no rushing you in and out because they have 10 people waiting. The receptionist was super welcoming and very customer friendly. She ran a tight ship in the front but made sure she did it with utmost kindness. I can't speak to the repairs because my vehicle was totalled But they were even kind when they said for my safety they couldn't repair it. Other places I believe would have put back together just for the money. A repair shop with integrity.

They tried hard. They have good policies to send texts regarding status progress and delays. They let me know they were under staffed which explains allot. Some of these messages were delayed by quite a bit.. They also delayed in the start and inspection also explained by being understaffed. I can tell that normally this would be an exceptional business. So i gave it a 5 star. Diane and rosie i think her name is? Sorry im wrong are super nice. The work was perfect. I did tell the tow truck driver to give them a mesaage to be careful with led lights i had installed, which were knocked down and just stuck in a cup holder. Would have been nice for them to be reattached after completion of service.Service: Body & Trim
