They did an amazing job on all the body work and the paint. Very happy with the results. Very honest and friendly people. Also very helpful with rental cars! Edward did an amazing job communicating during the whole process.

My car was severely damaged from the McKinney hail storm a few months ago, Edward and his team made sure every step of the way was simple and taken care of for me, even came to my apartment for me to sign paperwork so that I wouldn t have to drive out of my way. Best customer service from an Autobody & Glass repair shop I ve gone to and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone! They truly believe in quality over quantity and only want to give you their best. Got my car back today and you would never be able to tell it was originally damaged by hail. Thank you Edward!!

Great experience with them! I had to pay out of pocket for hail damage and they gave me a great deal while also doing a great job. Edward was very helpful and went above and beyond to deliver excellent service! I high recommend Safon to anyone looking for quality work.

I ve used them for glass before and they gave me a great deal even after using a Groupon. Then I used them again for minor body repair after my car was backed into, and they gave me an amazing out-of-pocket deal and didn t report it to insurance! Thanks Safon! Will go to them again always, and HIGHLY recommend for any body or glass work!!!

What an excellent place to get my car fixed. My Sentra was loaded with hail dents from the storms in april. I put of fixing it for months and i'm so happy I changed got it done with them instead of another local PDR shop! Car was out and repaired in 5 days and other shops had begining of January... easy choice, excellent service and would absolutely refer people with hail damage of any sorts!!

Very pleased with Jerry at Safon Autobody & Glass. I had major hail damage all over my car from the last storm & he got me no out of pocket deductible & also got me a free rental car for the 4 business days that they had my car. I'm very pleased, cause not only did Jerry save me from paying out my $500.00 deductible, but they also did a phenomenal job! My car looks brand new again. I would tell anyone with hail damage or any type of damage to go see Jerry. He is great . Thanks Safon Autobody & Glass.

They have rude advertising techniques. They put their flyers on our front doors and our cars. Nobody wants annoying ads at their doors and on their cars! It is disrespectful and rude. This was especially bad because they tried to take advantage of a bad situation (recent hailstorm) to promote their business. Don't encourage these tactics by giving them business.

My moon roof on my F150 was damaged and they replaced it for a fraction of the price I was quoted anywhere else. Edward and the team were very professional and friendly.

I received a check for some items sold to this shop and the check bounced. I have called several times and owner does not have the respect to pay us for our product. Who would do business with a company like this ?

What a waste of time for low quality work. Not worth the high cost for the recent hail damage. There are still small dents in my car.
