They did an awesome job with my car after the hail storm. Josh and Kristina kept my up to date with everything ensuring me not to worry. I m new to Dallas and have never experienced any storms like this before. I highly recommend Royal Autobody!!!

I dropped my car off after going to two different places that said it would take 5 weeks to repair minor body damage on my Lexus RX450H. I brought my car to Royal and they quoted me two weeks, they finished in seven days flat AND they delivered my car to me 20+ miles away NO CHARGE! Thank you Josh, Katrina, and Cory for the great quality and customer service! They also restored my headlights for me

Finding this company was a miracle. After months of dealing with insurance companies to get my auto repaired I was introduced to this company. The owner, Josh and his team really took care of my car and made it brand new again! They kept in touch with updates regarding my vehicle and were always quick to respond to any questions. Josh even went out of his way to make sure I had my vehicle before the holidays and I can't thank them enough!

Excellent, Fast, Affordable Work. Josh was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend you keep in touch and follow the updates with your car. He was very reassuring along the way. He got it done in half the time another shop quoted me. Worked with my insurance quote and made "Butter" smooth again.

THEY ARE THE BEST TALK ABOUT GREAT SERVICE! AND NOT ONLY THAT THEY PAID MY DEDUCTIBLE THAT WAS $500... That s right I didn t have to pay A dime for my car to be fixed! KATRINA WAS SOOO NICE SHE ALWAYS KEPT ME UPDATED WITH WHATS WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR... IT TOOK ABOUT 3 WEEKS FOR MY CAR TO GET FIX BECAUSE OF THE DAMAGE I HAD BUT MY BABY LOOKS SO GOOD YALL!!! Like it brand new! They even fixed parts that I tried to work on myself just to make my car look a better -I will never do that again , BUT ALL AROUND I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY WILL HELP YOU OUT IF YOUR MONEY IS LOW.. THEY WILL HAVE YOU CAR LOOKING NEW IN NO TIME !!! Thank YOU TO THE PEOPLE AT ROYAL AUTO BODY REPAIR ! j

Horrible service, if i could give them a zero star i would. They did a horrible job on my car. When i picked up my car after amount 4 weeks. My engine light was on in my car, didn't even bother to tell me until i got in my car and noticed it. The paint job they did was so dark and noticeable. When i told her about it, she said that how it going to look. i did not accept that. So they painted it again taking another 3 weeks. This time the paint matched but my car had a textured look on it. It was ugly and they would not fix it, said that's how its suppose to look.They also left wax all over my car and in the cracks. Asked her about it and told me all i needed to do was wash my car. They had my car for over 3 weeks and could not wash my car to wash off the wax they put on my car. Plus they didn't even fix my rims either, saying it wasn't on the estimate, which it was. so i had to come back again to pick it up. After all that 6 month later the paint started to peel off. i contacted them in august of last year to get it fixed. She told me they would call me to schedule an appointment to fix it. it has been 10 month and nothing. i called several time through those 10 months to talk to the manager or boss to see what was taking so long to schedule me. But every time, she would tell me he will call me back. Still nothing!! They ruined my car. Don't waste your time even if they promise to cover your deductible.

Man, I don t even know where to begin. These guys did an INCREDIBLE job with a big dent on a complicated area. Some kid had crashed into my car on a skateboard and left a pretty big dent but Greg did a super professional high quality job to restore it. Overall awesome guy that does exceptional work.

Had to come into this place to get my fender fixed up and they took care of it real smooth. Quick and easy without any problems. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area or in need of work on their car. If they had a 6 star button I d do 6 stars .Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I took my car to Royal Autobody Repair because it was the closest shop to me. However, my experience with them was so great that I will definitely be coming back here for any future service. Katrina was so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond with their service. They helped me find a car rental, assisted me with the insurance, and fixed a crack I had on my car in addition to the painting I went in for. The car looks great!Service: Painting

I have used Royal Auto Body many times over the last several years. The work is top notch and so is the customer service. Josh the owner is phenomenal. He was so helpful with the insurance company and made the process so easy. He went out of his way to deliver My car to my home. He even offered to return my rental car.I highly recommend taking your auto body needs to Josh and his team

Katrina was great! She always replied and was right by my side to answer any questions! They got my bumper painted and placed on in a super fast pace. I was running late to work and they had it put on in less than 20 minutes! Great company to work with, with great service! I picked up my car today and the work Royal Autobody repair performed was great. A truck completely destroyed my driver's side door, side mirror, door panel, as well as my rear left door. I drive a 2011 Toyota Corolla and was devastated by the accident.A friend looked up local shops and sent their information my way. I called and spoke to the receptionist, Katrina, on 2/23/22 who informed me that they would be able to take my car in and get started on it right away. I sent photos and emailed the estimate from my insurance. She reviewed the photos and said that the estimate was too low and that a supplement would be needed. She warned me about the delays in parts but stated that she'd order the doors right away while the supplement was in review.I am new to how all of this works, so I called.. A LOT. She was patient and answered my questions. My car was finally dropped off and confirmed to be at the shop after being towed (No fault of Royal Autobody Repair). I was expecting them to start on the car right away, or submit the supplement as that is what I originally discussed with Katrina and of course I was racing against the rental car coverage clock smh. My car was at the shop for about 9 days without progress. Katrina informed me that she thought that they could start right away, but the techs were delayed because of parts from other cars were delayed. I was disappointed, but decided not to stress. I spoke with the owner once to discuss the progress. He was polite and even pulled my bent grill out for me (not originally on the estimate, thank you!).Overall, the work was great and I am pleased with my new door. This is a small shop and they are not open on the weekends (Carrollton location). Go in with patience and not expecting things to be done ASAP. My parts came quickly and I was notified when it was complete. My car was returned clean and shiny!! The shop also gave me a discount on my deductible, which is greatly appreciated.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This review is way past due, but better late then never! Royal Auto Body is a fantastic company! My Dodge Dart was wrecked, and I was approached by Josh in a parking lot, and he told me that I could get great work done without paying my deductible. I thought it was too good to be true, but after speaking with the owner, he assured me that there was no gimmick. The only small issue I had was with all of the body work done to my vehicle, one headlight was not plugged in. I took my vehicle back, and they fixed it immediately. Customer service was great anytime I called to check the status of my vehicle as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing great bodywork, but without worrying about a deductible!

Extremely professional and friendly service. Other body shops were quoting 3-4 weeks each to have my cars that were hail damaged fixed. Royal Autobody got both of my cars fixed and returned to me before my mother in law's car was done - she went with a different shop. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much for everything!!Service: Body & Trim

Had a great experience. Met JB at a gas station who saw my hail damage. Went in the next day and walked me through everything. Contacted my insurance, they drove me to the rental car service and also waited to make sure everything went through. They finished pretty fast. Katrina the secretary also did a great job of communication. Got my car back looking a lot better. The day I picked my car up I met josh and he described what they did to my car. My trunk was broken and they also fixed it as well. Now only did my hail damage get fixed but they also fixed my trunk. I d definitely recommend and I will be going there from now on. Thank you guys for all your help

My son got into a bad fender bender, causing damage along the whole passenger side. Royal AutoBody repair, only took a few days to fix the repairs and the his car look brand new, fog light and all! From the start to the finish, everything was great! Katrina was extremely helpful in setting things up for me and is extremely knowledgeable. Josh and his crew did an awesome job, my car looks great. Josh went out of his way to deliver my car to me. They really care about their customers.I will certainly recommend them, and already have.

OMG! This place is absolutely amazing. They really go above and beyond for their clients. My car looks brand new after being in their hands! The team at Royal Auto Body Repair are awesome! They were honest and up front about time frames to get the car repaired, and actually overdelivered and got the car done faster than expected. They did a beautiful job on the repair and an excellent detail on my vehicle. The car looked brand new! If you have hail damage (like it did) or need any other type of repair I highly recommend this company.

I wrecked my car and they were the only ones that would take my car the next day. They made sure the insurance company noticed all the damaged parts on my car. They kept in contact with me the entire time and have great customer service. I don t usually take the time to write reviews. But Royal Auto Body Repair did an excellent job in repairing my car which had been in a minor accident. The car came back looking brand new . What s even more impressive is the care that the owner of this shop Joshua Francis took to communicate effectively with my insurance company and with me. It was like having a trusted family member take care of me and my care. How refreshing! If your car needs body work, you will have a great experience at Royal Auto Body Repair. I found this place after the guys at Caliber kept With the BS for two weeks and wasting time. The people at Royal waived my deductible so I said heck yes. Very professional, polite and sweet.. she never gave me bs and kept me informed. The work was on my front end of the Tundra. I bought that truck used have had it about 3 years and I ve never seen the front actually look right and look good. I definitely recommend these guys ... thank u RoyalService: Body & Trim

After my car was involved in an accident, I had to do a little research to find a body/repair shop. I came across Royal Autobody and chose them because they were closer to me and had good reviews. I had a good 1st experience with Royal Autobody. Katrina and Josh (the owner) were very courteous, professional, and understanding of my situation. Katrina, took the time to fill me in on the process and she brought me to Enterprise to pick up a rental. Unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled out; however, I have confidence that their team would have done a great job repairing/restoring my car.

A++++ Rating.....I'd highly recommend this auto shop. Josh and the sales guy Cody NOT only did an amazing job, but helped with my deductible, drove me to get the rental car, and finished the job way ahead of schedule. I desperately needed a car to get to training and Josh was friendly, courteous, and professional the entire time, which was about 10 days. I might not ever take my car to another place despite going to the manufacturer for repairs in the past. Message me for pictures if needed, but hopefully the post speaks for itself

I am in shock on how reliable and outstanding Josh and Katrina are. I got into a accident with scratches on my back passenger right door, it looked horrific when I brought it into the shop. I also had a hole punctured onto my back bumper. I have State Farm insurance and all I did was told them I want Royal Auto Body Shop to work on my car. Best choice I've made with my first and hopefully last accident I'll ever get into. But, I know now where to take my car to or refer them to anyone who is looking to get work done on their vehicle. My mom actually referred me to this place. They literally handle everything for you. You can't believe how shocked I really was when they buffed out my scratches, fixed my side door and my bumper. It doesn't even look like I got into a accident! I felt like I got a brand new car all over again. I'm extremely happy on their work, they take dedication and time. I promise you, you won't have to look anywhere else, this is the shop for you. I even live in Irving and still drove to Farmers Branch to get it done. Thank you guys for everything. From the 1st time we contacted Joshua at the shop about our 2014 Impala,he was upfront honest and trustworthy. Our car was badly damaged in an hit and run. Josh and his crew were diligent and patient with the insurance and assured us they were able to fix our car. When we got the car back today I was totally amazed how it looked. He performed a miracle. I do NOT recommend this place at all! We decided to use this company after we got a card on our windshield stating they pay your insurance deductible for hail damage. We picked up the car and right after we got it home we looked closely at the car and noticed there was at least one hail dent they missed and a small dent with paint chipped on the door. We immediately took a picture of it and send it to Royal. The girl said that was not there when she looked at it. But we drove straight from the business to home, there was no other explanation. It was literally 30 min after we picked up the car. They did not offer to fix it. We waited until Monday to speak with the manager or owner. He told my husband to just go and buy some paint and fix it ourselves! They charged my insurance company over $5,000 and they will not stand by their work! I was also looking over the quote they sent to my insurance company and it said they replaced our hood for $1,000, but we did not get a new hood! I will never use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Josh is AMAZING hands down best shop around !!! He did a fantastic job on our vehicle from the hail damage. Very approachable and very honest and straight forth. They won t waste your time if they can t help you out. Very impressed and Katrina is very professional and keeps you posted on the progress of your car.
