First time bad very bad experience they also charge more than dealership!!!! BThought about giving an other try again WELL MY CAR WONT TURN ON ANYMORE and they wont do anything.Think twice before going there I won t even go for a basic oil changeSee the picture belowLet the e broken thermostat on thereAnd fill the car with waterAnd charged me for coolant flush NICE !!!!!

Dishonest shop. I got my front end aligned and when I took it on the highway and it was pulling to the right. The receipt says 24 month warranty. Holidays came and I had no availability to come up there and have them take a look at it. I asked them to look at it and they said it wasn t under warranty and I needed to bring it back within a couple days of the service. They said it was probably the roads that knocked it out of alignment. The guy said the warranty is not for the service even though the receipt clearly says there s a warranty.

If you re purchasing from Groupon, please BEWARE of their ridiculous fees.You are not saving any money. They will ask you to pay the fees(over $20 for just an oil change), and it s literally the same price if you had paid at the store without Groupon.Not only that, whatever 21 checks they do, they couldn t verbally list what are the checks are.

We were visiting Carrollton from out of town when our radiator developed a hole. They were able to diagnose the problem, get the part and replace the radiator in about 4 hours which enabled us to return home the following day. Bonus, we were able to eat and shop in Carrollton's KTown.

Went to get my car inspected, was told it was about an hour wait and... it was. I was certain I'd be there forever but they nailed it. Friendly, don't try to oversell me, nice waiting area.

I would recommend staying as far away from this shop as possible. I was referred here by someone who had used the shop multiple times during the previous ownership, a father son team. They were supposed to repair my AC system, among other things and I spent well over $1000 on the "supposed" AC repairs only to find it didn't blow any colder or any more forceful when I was told it would work fine. I took it to another mechanic who I trust who informed me of the need to replace multiple AC components that should have been brand new from the work Rider had done. Either they didn't replace the parts at all or they did and they instantly failed because of improper installation. They also improperly installed and wired radiator fans that only worked 50% until corrected. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in the time and money I spent there.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning

I took our 15 year old truck in for repair to replace the radiator. Price was very reasonable and the work was completed quickly. My truck developed another problem with a leaking transmission line and they repaired it quickly and it was inexpensive. I feel like they could have charged a lot more for this repair but they didn't. I appreciate that they operate with honesty and integrity. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Estimate was completely wrong, my tech was terrible and customer service was horrible (Ernesto was the tech). Would never go back to this place, had a terrible experience and took far longer than I was told. They gave me more expensive oil then I asked for and charged me as so. Very responsive on Yelp and when I went in today for my oil change, the owners were very welcoming. I appreciate the fact that they are trustworthy and reliable when they quoted the oil change price on Yelp messenger and in person were reasonable. They changed my synthetic blend oil and oil filter change, topped off my fluids and checked my brakes all for $36.41. I did not get additional items up sold to me that where unnecessary to the reason that I came in. I have recommended and will continue to recommend to my friends and family to get their oil change there. Very personable staff. Owner has owned the business for 5 months and a bit out of the way from where I live in Richardson but based on the reviews on Yelp and Google and niw my oersonal experience, it was well worth the drive.

I was here on 12/3/2020 and let me just tell you I was impressed, they're all nice and seemed to be very thorough with the diagnostic of my vehicle, they found some issues that other shops themselves couldn't even find. The prices seem reasonable and the office is also clean and nice which is a plus. Four stars because every now and again they popped in and weren't wearing masks.

Rider Auto Care has been my go to shop for all my automotive needs since moving to Texas. Top quality work, professional, honest pricing, and overall really great folks.Chuck and Travis (father and son) always takes great care of me and my car. DO NOT TAKE YOU HOT ROD or any vehicle to Rider Auto Care, I took my 31 Model A to get a oil leak fixed. Paid $2800 plus tax. The Oil leak did not get fixed. It has been leaking since the day I picked it up. That was roughly 6 weeks ago. I call up there and they told me to bring it back in a few weeks. So I arrange transport for the car. My transporter gets there and they told him they will have to store my $100k hotrod outside for a few weeks because they are to busy to get to it. Very rude on the phone. I text the owner got no response. Needless to say I will take my hot rod somewhere else to have it fixed correctly. LOST $2800Service: General repairs & maintenance

My first time back since the owners changed. I ve never been charged an outrageous amount for full synthetic oil. The price showed 69.99 for PARTS and labor but somehow they added $10 for a premium filter plus $3.50 for shop fee? Totaled to almost $90! I ve never even been charged this amount at the Toyota dealerships. Believe what others have shared. This place up charges everything! Will not recommend.

Don't take any vehicle there. Horrible customer service, Took my Econoline van for a oil change, alignment and new tires. Long story short. They left my van outside for 3 days catalytic converter was stolen off of it and they said it was my fault. This place is a joke. I had my front end aligned here and it turned out great I would recommend them to friends and family My girlfriend got her car aligned here 3 years ago or so and my sister last year in 2022 and they all turned out

Great shop, friendly fast service. Knowledgeable & Fair!I talked to some other customers in the nice, clean waiting area, most were repeat customers getting oil change or full vehicle maintenance. Faster & cheaper than the dealerships! Glad to have them nearby.

We were passing through from Kansas to Wylie and had a flat on the Interstate. We pulled into Riley Auto Care just as they were closing. tAll three gentlemen were polite and helpful. They didn't have the needed replacement tire, so installed the spare and located the tire we needed in our destination town. These people are among the best I've ever dealt with!!

I don t recommend people to come here because they treat their first time customer by charging more money. They charge me more money for oil change, battery replacement and filter change service. I will not come here next time. The guy count for me total price was three hundred almost four hundreds but they added to almost five hundred. I learned the lesson.

A friend of ours referred us to them, what a great experience we had getting our car fixed here. Good quality work and very honest people which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this shop.

I was traveling and needed work done on my car. Met by the owner at the desk and the entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and at a great price and able to get me back on the road. Highly recommend this place.

Hard too imagine a business have 5 stars every one have flaws. Auto supply recommend I bring my BMW to exchange battery well after owner said he had a certified tech works on bmw. After awhile it took longer than expected that's when I was told my dash lights wasn't working. The workers accused me of knowing the dash was out. Come to find out they blew my fuse by maintaining charge while exchanging battery. They inconvience me by being with out a car Sunday and Monday. On top of that they someone drove my car to the auto supply without my permission and my car detail items was missing from my trunk what night mare never ever will recommend.

Awesome customer service and they were extremely quick! Something punctured my tire this morning on my way into work. They got me in and out in no time at all. Will definitely use them in the future.
